A wonderful home - very clean and beautifully appointed. Killer view - so restful. Loved our stay.

The view is one in a million. I love how the house is situated to highlight every angle of Te oneroa a Tohe. The kitchen is beautiful the bkack is a good touch.

the lounge suite isn't big enough for groups. We wanted to lounge and watch movies but some of us Sat on the floor.

Beautiful house, stunning views, comfortable beds, practical outdoor shower. Very close to the beach.

Has home necessities and perfect for a family getaway, everything is a good driving distance so not too far from the town.

House was amazing!! Incredible view. Every corner of the house smells amazing . I slept like a queen as the beds were incredibly comfortable. Clear check in and check out instructions. The house is warm and has an incredible energy and vibe. I Wish my stay was longer .

Great views, clean, well-equipped kitchen, modern design, bluetooth speaker for own music, comfortable beds, outdoor shower for rinsing off sand, EV friendly - could charge from 3pin plug in garage. All on one level. Looked just like pics.

Not a major but water pump a little noisy at night - would switch on and off if dishwasher running.

The views and place was very nicely fitted out and spacious

That we couldn't stay longer!!

Fabulous views and the property finishes were high end. It’s a lovely space to relax and I expect it’s great even when it rains. Highly recommend this lovely home.

For a space that sleeps 6, it would be great to have 6 comfy spots to sit. Sofa only sits 3 people.

The review questions don't do justice to the property and host communications - friendly polite simple instructions, nothing too difficult to remember to do, house is very clean, warm, high ceilings, modern with modern appliances and fixtures, large fridge and freezer, cooktop, large kitchen dining living area, large tv, wide hallway, carpeted bedrooms, good beds, bed linen and towels provided although we travel with our own, loved the beautiful walk in shower and all the hand soap and body wash, shampoo provided be the property, again we travel with our own just our own practice, would have loved to but didn't use outdoor shower as we didn't go to the beach due to the weather, it's good to know it is there rather than track sand into the house, great views of the beach and different parts of Ahipara, Shipwreck Bay and 90 Mile Beach, double glazed windows helped with the sound of windy weather, even though it rained for part of our stay where possible and because the weather was quite humid at times we loved opening up the large sliding doors to the outdoors especially the sheltered deck, we loved our stay here in proper comfort in a quiet part of the area without traffic, was still easy to access the local beach below we chose this property because of being relatively close to the area for a family event rather than travel from Kaitaia to the event. In a good way this has now spoilt it for any other property we may use from now on as this is our new standard. Travel this time is myself, my adult son and my brother, review is of our collective opinion. We really hope that anyone using the property kindly looks after it & treats it with respect. A Very Big Thank You to the hosts for kind emails, for allowing us to stay at your beautiful property and we hope you would have us stay over again.

Not a dislike - driveway exit was a bit steep we were worried and didn't want to ruin it with skidding on the wet gravel thankfully 4WD managed it without any problems - there are no dislikes about the property from us

The photos does not do it justice of this beautiful home, has everything you need and more. Comfy, homely, clean, the views, the māori pieces. Check in check out is a breeze. Host are amazing!

Beautiful new house with stunning views in all the rooms. We loved hearing the sea at night. Well provisioned kitchen with lots of the basics, to make it easier to cook there.

The design of the house inside and out is absolutely beautiful and so are the views of the sea. There's are games and cocktails. It was very accommodating and the owners were so lovely when we wanted to add another person. The best accommodation we have stayed at. The shower was also spacious with good pressure. All the rooms were well set out

Apart from the breathtaking view and amazing location, this property has a lot to offer. We loved the property for many reasons, the most important one being that the property was maintained properly and the appliances and equipments were working perfectly well! From extra facilities like having kitchen crockery and spices in the shelves to well maintained rooms and bathroom spaces, everything was top notch! They also offered Bose audio speakers and a smart TV to amplify our stay with movies and music! Would definitely visit this property again!

We loved how clean tidy and organised everything was you have everything you need along with how warm the home is we love how amazing our host Renee was I would highly recommend this home as your next destination so close to everything wether it’s a beautiful walk along the beach or a quad bike to hire your looking for what ever your looking for this home was by far the best we have stayed at and we have booked a few air BnB in ahipara highly recommended

The house is beautiful and perfectly set out.The kitchen is awesome and they provide a great pantry and the bedrooms are very comfortable. The whole house is functional and stylish.

Nothing to dislike, I think because of the location the internet cuts out.
