Ma réservation a été annulée par l’établissement. J’étais bien en route pour m’y rendre, mais mon transport a pris du retard. J’ai informé l’établissement de la situation et je leur ai précisé que j’arriverais finalement par un autre moyen de transport. Lorsque je suis arrivée à proximité de l’établissement, je n’ai plus reçu aucune réponse malgré mes messages. La réservation a ensuite été annulée et le propriétaire m’a confirmé que je serais remboursée. À ce jour, je n’ai toujours pas reçu mon remboursement de 18 €. Cette situation a été très décevante.

Die Dachterrasse ist der Wahnsinn und die vibes eine 10/10. Mir hat es an nichts gefehlt. Ich würde das cactus hostel meinen Freunden jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

generally the experience was good, the hostel was well made, with 5+ places where you can sit and rest, clean kitchen and bathrooms/showers...

1- the breakfast was not "exellent" as it was advertised on booking.com 2- not about the hostel, but it is very far up, you need to have wheels if you want to skip going up and down for more than 15/20 minutes whenever you want to do something. wether you want to go to the beach or the corniche or the shops on the main street or go outside tamraght... 3- not about the hostel again, but if you want to go to taghazout or agadir or anywhere nearby, you'll find it difficult to find transport (in affordable prices).

El alojamiento tiene una decoración, funcionalidad y organización muy buena. Si buscas un lugar práctico y cómodo donde hospedarte, este puede ser el lugar. La terraza es hermosa, con muy bonitas vistas.

Las voluntarias que trabajan en el hostel son muy simpáticas y se encargan de que los huéspedes cumplan las normas. El propietario supervisa el funcionamiento del alojamiento mediante cámaras y, aunque no está presente, puede contactar contigo si considera que se está incumpliendo alguna regla. En mi caso, invité a un amigo a la terraza porque desconocía que no estaba permitido. El propietario comenzó a llamarme por teléfono y a enviarme varios mensajes con un tono que me pareció bastante brusco. Entiendo que existan normas y no tengo problema en respetarlas, pero la forma en que se gestionó la situación no me gustó y me hizo sentir bastante incómoda.

The whole atmosphere was so friendly and relaxed. Yummy traditional breakfast to start the day and in the evening a great terrace to watch the sea and feel the cooling breeze. A great place to stay😃❤️🌞🌅🕌🌊🏄‍♀️

The staff were extremely unfriendly and came across as quite rude, which made my stay a very unpleasant experience. Hospitality starts with how guests are treated, and unfortunately, that was lacking here. The team would really benefit from better training in customer service and basic courtesy. Because of this experience, I would not consider returning.

Süß eingerichtetes Hostel. Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe. Schöne Dachterrasse zum Verweilen. Nah zu vielen Cafés und Restaurants. Nette Volunteers, die sich um alles kümmern. Wir können zudem den Rollerverleih des Besitzers empfehlen (Tide and Ride). Mit dem Roller kommt man schnell und gut von A nach B. Auto oder Roller ist hier notwendig, da sonst die Distanzen relativ lang sind.

Auf der Website stand eigentlich Frühstück wäre inklusive. Das war leider nicht der Fall. Uns wurde direkt gesagt wir müssen es hinzubuchen. Das sollte auf der Website geändert werden. Sehr hellhörig und undichte Fenster bei Regen. Durch Starkregen wurde unser Bett leider nass durch die undichten Fenster. Wir hätten uns über eine kleine Entschädigung und Entschuldigung gefreut. Es könnte bisschen besser geputzt werden. Gerade der Boden im Bad und im Schlafzimmer war nicht sonderlich sauber.

The location. Up top of the town, with probably the best view in Tamraght, it feels like a little paradise away from the hustle of the town. Yes it's a little (tiny) walk up the hill, but being greeted with a smile by the staff every time you get there makes it worth it

The hostel felt like a family. All of the volunteers were amazing. I highly recommend this hostel as it’s got a cozy feeling. During the evenings people sat around and chatted, had dinner together etc… Fantastic rooftop too for sunsets, yoga etc..

A bit further away from the center of Tamraght but it’s fine to be honest. Only true negative is it’s right next to a mosque so I woke up a few times because of it (but most people didn’t).

Felt like it was used for staff and their own personal party/motive. Semi-inclsuive. Cold water. Cancelleld events/plans.

Lovely place with great staff and vibes were always nice! Stayed three nights and returned the next week for another night because it was so good. Rooftop is the highlight, amazing views and really big space to chill.

Location is a bit far if you don't have transport and some rooms are right next to kitchen so noise is a factor in mornings.

Das Zimmer ist wie auf dem Fotos.das haus selbst ist ganz nett gemacht und sauber. Nur leider riecht es aus dem Badezimmer nach abfluss.

Es gab viele Fliegen im Haus und es ist leider sehr hellhörig, so dass man wirklich alles hört. Und auch nach draußen gibt es keinen wirksamen Schutz, so dass selbst, wenn es im Haus leise ist, von draussen die hunde ständig zu hören sind durch ihr jaulen. Aus dem badezimmer roch es immer wieder nach abfluss. Der ort ist leider auch nicht attraktiv, alles ist staubig und wirkt noch sehr im Aufbau. Das Haus befindet sich schon n ganz schönen fussweg weg vom auch nicht wahnsinnig attraktiven Zentrum des ortes. Ich bin nach einer Nacht abgereist, obwohl ich 7 gebucht hatte.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette auberge de jeunesse. La chambre privée était d'une propreté impeccable et la literie d'un confort exceptionnel ! Le petit déjeuner, servi sur la magnifique terrasse (vue mer), était délicieux et varié. L'équipe de Cactus est très gentille et attentive, créant ainsi une atmosphère chaleureuse qui met tout de suite tout le monde à l'aise. Des activités sont organisées régulièrement, ce qui permet de rencontrer d'autres voyageurs facilement. Nous recommandons vivement de séjourner dans cet hostel !

Beautiful location, the room was splendid and well kept. Everything we needed was provided for and the staff were so sweet.

I really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and the welcoming staff, which made the whole stay feel comfortable and easygoing. The place was clean and the vibe was great, making it a nice spot to relax and connect with others.

The warm welcome and friendliness of the staff. The social atmosphere, perfect for meeting other travelers. Clean and comfortable rooms.

The vibe was great! Breakfast is simple but very convenient for the price. I had such a fun time with Camilla and Myriam. The owners are kind and always available, which made the stay even better.

The only thing to note is that there’s a curfew at 10 pm, which I didn’t know beforehand.

The place is very clean and tidy. The vibe is cool you meet fun people and have fun together. The rooftop is chef's kiss.

Everything looked good and artsy , the view is fantastic 24/7 and the staff is so cool and helpful

A really welcoming place with friendly staff and amazing facilities like the gorgeous rooftop. I got surf skate lessons from one of the owners and it really improved my skating. I highly recommend and will definitely come back ❤️

The staff was fantastic. They provide both hospitality and company. As always when you go to hostels, it's the people you're there for.

“Séjour exceptionnel !” J’ai adoré mon séjour dans cet hostel ! L’ambiance était chaleureuse et conviviale, parfaite pour rencontrer d’autres voyageurs. Le personnel était super accueillant, toujours disponible et de bon conseil pour découvrir la ville. Les chambres étaient propres et bien entretenues, avec des lits confortables. Les espaces communs sont bien pensés. Je recommande à 100 % et je reviendrai sans hésiter !

Die Terrasse ist traumhaft schön!

Bei der Ankunft war leider das Bett in meinem Zimmer nicht frisch bezogen (Haare und Flecken auf dem Laken). Das Doppelzimmer liegt außerdem direkt neben der Küche, d.h. es ist oft sehr laut. Im Zimmer ist es leider auch ziemlich feucht und es ist viel Schimmel an den Wänden. Die Sauberkeit war insgesamt nicht zufriedenstellend.

The booking ad says Cactus Surf House has soundproof rooms. We specifically booked a private room to have a quiet place. We ended up in the double room next to the kitchen and common area and could hear every noise and every word from other guests. The floor of the room was dirty, as were the bathroom floors. The photos do not represent the location. We rented another place and moved out after one night. The hostel facilities and the breakfast were okay. It is just a pity they advertise soundproof rooms. That is just not true.

Skromne śniadanie. Parking na ulicy pod hostelem. Hostel znajduje się w dość odległej lokalizacji od plaży.

Zimny pokój będzie plusem w gorące dni, u nas niestety był minusem jako że przez okres naszego pobytu padało (na zewnątrz było cieplej)

Zimna woda pod prysznicem, oraz głośni goście nie szanujący innych że chcą spać i hałasowali do 1 w nocy

If I go back to Tamraght, I’ll stay here again! The hostel is big, nice and very clean. It has different common areas and it’s perfect for meeting new people all the time. My room was very spacious and comfortable. The rooftop is breathtaking and you just want to stay there forever…! And the volunteers running the hostel are very kind and will help you with everything. The vibes were very nice and, although there was quite a lot of people, I felt like home

Das Hostel liegt etwas höher gelegen. Auf dem Rooftop hat man dafür aber eine wunderschöne und einzigartige Aussicht! Das kleine Frühstück bestand meistens aus einem lecker gewürzten Rührei, Brot, einem Stück Kuchen und dem typisch marrokanischen Amlou (süße Peanutbutter). Dazu gab es Tee und Kaffee. Besonders schön waren die gemeinsamen Unternehmungen die das Hostel angeboten hat, wie eine Movie Night auf dem Rooftop mit Tee und Popcorn oder ein gemeinsames BBQ.

Die Wände sind etwas dünn, besonders am Morgen kann es manchmal laut sein, wenn man ausschlafen möchte.

Sehr entspannte Menschen inkl. Besitzer & Volunteers. Lage etwas weiter oben, aber dafür toller Ausblick. Zimmer sauber und schön eingerichtet.

Ontbijt en de bedden zijn fijn.

Ligging is naast een moskee (ivm gebedden kan het erg luid zijn)

J’ai adoré mon séjour à Cactus Surf House ! L’endroit est propre, le personnel est respectueux et toujours à l’écoute. Et les couchers de soleil sont juste incroyables ! Je recommande à 100 %.
