Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce Riad qui est très charmant ! Nawel et son mari sont très réactifs et sympathique, toujours présents s’il y a un problème alors je recommande

Chambre fonctionnelle et résidence sécurisée.

La chambre et la salle de bain sont assez petites pour deux personnes. De plus, il n'y avait pas de gel douche, seulement du savon pour les mains. Niveau localisation, la résidence est assez loin de la médina (environ 30 min à pied) donc il faut prévoir un budget pour le taxi, surtout pour le soir. La piscine est commune à plusieurs riads et il y a beaucoup d'enfant. À noter également qu'elle ferme relativement tôt, à 18h30.

L’accueil des propriétaires très serviables, le Riad dans un espace sécurisé avec piscine (très agréable avec nos ados!), la proximité de la médina qui permet de se promener à pied, la facilité pour prendre un taxi à la sortie de la résidence…

Vraiment regarder bien un morceau de métal qui sorte sur le côté qui m'a déchire la peau

It’s nice that it’s in a guarded complex. The woman was very nice and easy to contact.

Bedroom was small, bathroom was not attached to our bedroom. It was very noisy in the building. Some mold in the bathroom. About a 30 min walk to the medina.

Csodaszép csöndes lakóövezetben található a szállás, a központtól egy 15-20 perc sétára.

A szobába nagyon magas a páratartalom mivel ablak nincs csak a riad belsejébe nyíló ami szinten zárt, ezáltal a fürdő penészedett.

Je n’ai rien aimé quand je suis rentrée dans la Riad . C était sombre, très petit étroit et insalubre , même pas d’armoire pour ranger les habits et même pas de place pour ouvrir les valises

It is a gated community which feels safe and calm after the medina. The community has some restaurants and small stores.

The rooms is quite small and dark, the towels or the room were not very clean. For 4 days, two people we only got one roll of toilet paper.

Riad parfait pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille. Il y a tout le nécessaire dans la résidence pour ne pas avoir à se déplacer. Les piscines sont très grandes et idéales pour les enfants qui veulent s’amuser. Le Riad est bien situé, possibilité de se rendre à pied à la place Jamaa el fna !! L’accueil était super, Nawel toujours disponible pour rendre service et donner de bons conseils 😃

La signora ci ha accolto benissimo ed è stata a disposizione per ogni nostra esigenza e richiesta. Se si vuole stare in tranquillità all’interno del residence ci sono molto servizi utili dalla farmacia. Al supermercato al ristorante. Tramite la struttura siamo andati in tre escursioni e direi che sono andate tutte bene.

Se dobbiamo dire qualcosa di negativo si potrebbero aggiungere delle prese elettriche in bagno perché sprovvisto

Traditional riad in safe, gated complex. Good location if you don’t mind waking ~25 from all major interest points. Clean, couple restaurants and general sores close by, communal swimming pools, parking.

The Host-very unprofessional and unprepared to host. Complete lack of information about facilities; how to enter the swimming pool or the roof top (locked during our stay) Location not ideal if you’re not an avid walker.

El Riad y la habitación eran muy bonitos La zona era muy segura, había vigilantes de seguridad en la entrada del complejo. El Riad está ubicado en un complejo cerrado donde hay todo tipo de cafeterías, restaurantes, supermercados, etc La anfitriona es muy simpática y nos respondía rápido a cualquier petición.

El baño no nos gustó, era muy pequeño y estaba fuera de la habitación. Fue incómodo, ya que la habitación estaba en la planta baja y el baño estaba ubicado alado de la entrada del alojamiento. La limpieza podría mejorarse, especialmente la del suelo. Además, no sabíamos que no se hacía limpieza durante la estancia. Para ir al centro turístico hay que coger taxi.

L’emplacement est idéal (dans un quartier sécurisé, avec tous le nécessaire : supérette, restaurants, piscine,…) La propriétaire est aux petits soins pour ses clients et très réactive ! La navette depuis et vers l’aéroport est très pratique

Le Riad possède un salon central, qui entraîne une résonance. Bien qu’une règle de silence est appliquée à partir de 22h, si certains clients ne sont pas respectueux, cela peut vite être compliqué de dormir. Si tel est le cas, n’hésitez pas à prévenir la propriétaire qui, à l’écoute, repose le cadre pour que cela soit le moins gênant possible.

Une chambre sans fenêtre sous 37*…. Des cafard dans la cuisine. Accessibilité à la cuisine mais placards de la cuisine verrouillés. Piscine commune à une grande résidence, énormément de bruits. Très sale. Se dit Riad mais n’en n’est pas un.

Lugar fresco y tranquilo

Great location just 15min walk from Marrakesh market. Situated in a private complex with all the amenities needed. Comfortable and clean room. Use of the communal pool included.

The room could be slightly bigger and a shame it didn't have a balcony but not a major problem overall.

La gente local que vive en la urbanización es super agradable y servicial, ninguna queja. El alojamiento en sí no está mal si quieres ir a Marrakech sin gastar mucho dinero, pero no está la gran cosa. La urbanización tiene piscina y un muy buen personal, es una zona segura con zonas para comer y bien conectada con la Medina, pero el riad en sí sin más.

Era un Riad pequeño, pero hospitalario.

Super séjour chez Nawel. Accueil chaleureux. Le riad est propre et le quartier est familial . La place Jam el fna est accessible à pieds a environ une vingtaine de minutes. Je recommande 🙂🙂😀

The owner is so so lovely and will bend over backwards for you to make sure your okay, she was really easy to reach and so kind, very knowledgeable and nothings too much!

Location was really good other than there is a big road to cross to get to the Medina which if your not from somewhere like this it’s very hard, other than that the location is prefect and there are taxis nearby if your not confortable crossing.

10/10. This Riad exceeded all expectations—everything about it is stunning. The location is excellent, the room was large and spacious, and it looked even better than the photos. The rooftop terrace was a highlight, and the food was absolutely delicious. Most importantly, Nawal was a fantastic host—warm, helpful, and incredibly kind. She truly made our stay special.

Only a 30min walk to city center with shops and stalls along the way. In a gated estate so very safe.

The property was excellent value for money. Nawal's hospitality and communication throughout my stay, from the mint tea to booking trips, was very much appreciated.

Pretty comfortable location close to medina. The stay is located in a residental complex with a very beautiful mosque on its territory. The hosts are really friendly and nice, we were also allowed for a earlier check-in😊

The room was pretty small but it wasn't really a problem for us.

Everything was wonderful. The host was so warm, and welcoming and helpful with anything you needed or asked for. The place was clean and the room was spacious. The rooftop garden was also lovely to have breakfast or watch the sunset and heae the call to prayer..

We had a private bathroom but not within the room . But I guess it was just the layout of the Riad It wouldn't stop me from staying there again. Highly recommend this place. The other rooms might be different 🤔

It was quiet. There was a shop in the neighborhood.

We were received in the dark with little direction on where to go. Then there was no water in the room to drink. It was late and we had a long flight. She did not ask us about the flight or if we needed anything. She only told us we had to be quiet because of other guests. The room is very, very small and dark. It is a 15-30 min ride to the center of the Medina. We did not hear from the woman who runs the place for 3 days. When she asked us how it was, and we told honestly what we experienced, she had no empathy and became argumentative. We decided to leave 2 days early.

Nawal was a superberb host, she contacted us before arrival and welcomed us when we got to the Riad. The room was very clean with nice comfortable beds. Nice place to stay with pool access and private secure parking. There are also few shops and restaurants close by. Definitely would stay again.

The hospitality, cleanliness, security, the owner was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend it for families, couples and even if you on your own it’s near to everything We had a fantastic time and experience.

The hostess was very nice and welcoming, the place is clean and equipped with what one might need for a night crash.

I like to swim and I booked there because it has a swimming pool, it closes however on Friday which was a day of my two day trip.

It was a great place to stay and also the host was amazing

The house is super cosy, it is situated in a gated community and feels very safe. the terrace is amazing!! definitely was our favourite spot. But the most outstanding is Nawal, she is a great host, helped us with *everything*, we felt like she was our family member watching out for us and caring for us. If we ever return, we will return to the same Riad for sure :)

A very attentive and nice host in every respect. A central location, at walking distance from the old town. Good, comfortable accommodation in a traditional style.

Noelle the owner is an amazing person and host, traveling alone with two small children can be stressful but Noelle made our stay very comfortable and she was attending to any need offering help both with the kids as well as guidance and tips about Marrakesh. I would stay with her again in a heart beat. plus the location is very nice with being able to walk downtown and with convenient stores around the corner.

Really clean, and a lovely staff. As soon as we arrived we got offered some traditional morrrocan mint tea that we gladly enjoyed on the magnificent roof terrasse. As for the meals it was not my first couscous but it was the first one where I really felt the taste specific to this country and all the joy you can expect from a home cooked meal. We didn’t have time to be bored as our lovely host Nawal offered us a plethora of fun activities to do. Rania was also really professional for her age. I definitely recommend this Riad to travelers especially couples or small groups who want a relaxing yet fulfilling experience.

Very nice house in a clean and well protected area. Close to Medina.

Nawal is a lovely hostess and helped us with many different things, for example booking a lovely hamam in the medina. The rooftop terrace is cozy with a nice view. We also had a fun cooking class with her, making Moroccan baghrir pancakes. The community is gated with gards so it felt safe, also in night time.

The room is smaller than average which we weren't aware of judging from the pics when booking. With our luggage in the room, there was not much space at all left. The AC in our room didn't really work, even though Nawal got somebody to fix it, but it wasn't really working.

We booked on short notice. The owner and her daughter served us tea when we arrived in the evening. We had a very enjoyable informative talk with the two. Our room was nicely decorated and very clean. The rooftop terrace is nice extra (epecially for smokers). All the shops you need are nearby, and getting to the medina is not hard at all. Highly recommended.
