Logement parfaitement propre, spacieux, confortable en pleine nature. Vue magnifique sur les montagnes, terrasse très agréable. Localisation idéale pour profiter du calme d'un lieu isolé tout en étant à une distance raisons diverses commodités et d'activités variées.

Ērtas gultas, kvalitatīva gultasveļa. Lielisks skats uz kalniem - tie ir visapkārt! Plaša teritorija ārā, kur rotaļāties bērniem. Max 10min braucienā pārtikas veikali. Salīdzinoši tuvu arī daudz dažādi apskates objekti, pastaigu takas. Saimnieks super! Paldies!

Exceptional place to stay. Stunning setting, very comfortable, everything you need and more. The size of this accommodation is huge. No problems parking, patio to enjoy the stunning views .The bed was very comfortable and lots of hot water in a lovely shower bathroom. Fully recommend

Vielen Dank für die Unterkunft! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war super von Innsbruck zu erreichen. Perfekt, wenn man nach ein paar Tage Stadt noch aufs Land und in die Berge möchte. Supermarkt und Wandermöglichkeiten, waren sehr einfach zu erreichen. Auch ein kleines Café ist in der Nähe. Da es eher kalt war, hat uns die Sauna und der Hot Tub am Abend sehr gut getan. Die Besitzer der Unterkunft sind mega hilfsbereit und egal welche Frage wir hatten, wir haben immer eine Antwort bekommen! Vielen Dank, es war ein perfekter Mädelstrip :) Ach ja besonders das Radio in der Dusche, war eine Überraschung und ein großes Highlight!

Patyolat tisztaság az egész házban, jól felszerelt, minden van amire szükség lehet. A környezet bámulatosan szép. Érdemes elmenni a településen túl, lesz egy alagút és a végén egy vízesés gyönyörű környezettel. Lukas nagyon kedves és segítőkész. Mindenkinek ajánlom a szállást.

Nekem nem volt, a lányok azt mondták érezhető hogy férfi rendezte be.

Wir haben unsere Winterferien in dieser Unterkunft verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Der Gastgeber ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und verfügt über alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Im Keller befinden sich ein Skischuhtrockner, eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner sowie ein separater Raum zur sicheren Aufbewahrung der Skier. Parkmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls vorhanden. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einen Kuhstall, was für unsere Kinder ein echtes Highlight war – sie verbrachten dort begeistert viel Zeit. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauna im Außenbereich, die jederzeit und ohne Aufpreis genutzt werden kann – das war für uns ein großes Plus. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt, hat sowohl moderne als urige Ausstattung. Es fehlte an nichts. War alles super.

De hosts were very nice with us. The apartment was a combination of modern and rustic and everything to make our stay perfect. We enjoyed a lot our days in the apartment. The sauna and the hot tub were also great experiencies.

We loved everything! The house is stunning, warm and cozy. The hosts are very kind. The hot tub and sauna were a very nice bonus. We highly recommend it to anyone who comes to travel in the Tyrol region, we would of course be happy to come back again

Apartament przestronny. Kuchnia super wyposażona, czysto, ciepło, możliwość korzystania z sauny i balii w cenie. Doskonały kontakt z właścicielem, który uważnie słucha gości i współpracuje. Dziękujemy za możliwość wcześniejszego zakwaterowania. Po 12 h było to zbawienne dla nas. Polecam.

Sehr groß und moderne Ausstattung. Wohnzimmer sehr urig. Tolle Lage direkt unter dem Sumpfkopf

Wszystko cokolwiek bym nie napisał nie odda tego jak byliśmy zadowoleni z naszego pobytu w tym przeuroczym miejscu. Cisza spokój klimat góry do tego sauna, bania z gorącą wodą itd. Gospodarzom mogę tylko podziękować. Pozdrawiamy

Een super mooi, schoon en compleet appartement. Niks op aan te merken, zeer mooi gelegen tussen de bergen in een hele rustige omgeving en goede uitvalsbasis voor leuke tripjes in de buurt. Eigenaar reageert snel en is zeer behulpzaam.

مغسلة الملابس خارج المنزل علماً بأن هناك ٣ مغاسل و نشافة و يتم توفير مساحيق الغسيل مجاناً و تتواجد المغاسل في بدروم الكوخ

Velice čistý, dobře vybavený, prostorný apartmán. Dvě ložnice, stylový tyrolský pokoj, velká kuchyně s veškerým nádobím, krásná koupelna. Venkovní vířivka a sauna v ceně. Dům se nachází v krásném a klidném údolí s úchvatným výhledem na okolní hory. Všem vřele doporučujeme! 👍🙂

This place really exceeded my expectations. The size of the apartment, the combination of a modern, well-equipped kitchen and a cozy, old-fashioned living room, the view from the windows, and the parking right next to the door — everything was great. I'll definitely try to come again. It must be amazing in winter! P.S. The cats are super friendly!

The apartment is on the first floor. Just be aware that people may pass by the living room windows, so if you stay here, you should be comfortable with that.

Extraordinary location. Quietly located in the valley. Easy to reach. Apartament was very beatyfull. Very spacious. Sauna and hot tub included in the price was very big suprise for us.

This was a great find. Very roomy apartment in a chalet with modern stylish finishes, and an amazing traditional alpine drawing /lounge room with day bed above the porcelain heat source and views down the valley to the nearest ski resort. 2 dining rooms and a sauna and deep wood fired jacuzzi.

We had a great family time in Schmirn. The rooms are spacious and cozy. We really enjoyed the big kitchen with everything what’s needed in it. The owner was super nice, he told us about the local hikes. We also loved the sauna and the hot tub! :) thank you!

The apartment is located in a amazing nature valley in the mountains. The host was very nice and accommodating. The apartment was very beautiful. The kitchen was very big and fully equipped with everything necessary and more. Easily available washing machine and dryer. The whole apartment was quite spacious and has beautiful wooden work. The apartment was so good and the nature around the place that we decided not to go anywhere else to visit and stayed there and enjoyed. We will definitely go there again.
