The host was incredibly friendly and responsive. We were also able to use the washing machine and dryer, which was very convenient. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the sauna with their stunning mountain views. We only wish we could have stayed longer—it was a shame we could only book two nights.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Excellent séjour d'une nuit au Nedererhof. Chambre Alpenrose confortable et très propre, cuisine commune pratique et bien équipée. Environnement calme avec une superbe vue sur les montagnes. Accueil chaleureux et très bon rapport qualité-prix. Nous recommandons vivement ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Pour parfaire, il ne manquait que les vaches parties dans les montagnes pour la saison.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Pięknie położony obiekt gdzie można odetchnąć od zgiełku lub odpocząć podczas dłuższej podróży (tak było w naszym przypadku). Apartament bardzo czysty, wykonany z wysokiej jakości materiałów, nie można się do niczego przyczepić. Bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielami.

Reviewed Apr 22, 2026Küche und Zimmer sind unglaublich herzlich eingerichtet und man hat wirklich alles, was man zum Schlafen, im Badezimmer und zum Kochen braucht. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar. Schön, dass es sowas noch gibt.

Reviewed Apr 3, 2026Truly nice location with breath-taking views and all the necessary facilities around the farm. Rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. There is everything in the common kitchen area for self-cooking and chilling out. We did not bring anything for breakfast with us and found an excellent Café Zeit about 3 mins drive away. We can highly recommend staying at Nederhof and would love to come back again.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026La struttura si trova in una zona tranquillissima, poco fuori Schmirn. In paese c'è un supermercato e (nello stesso edificio) un bar. La cucina è in comune e noi non l'abbiamo usata, ma ci è sembrata ben equipaggiata. La nostra camera era molto ampia, così come il bagno, con ampi piani d'appoggio e grande doccia. Letto comodo, silenzio assoluto di notte (in realtà anche di giorno). In camera comodo divano, tavolo con sedie, zanzariere alle finestre, tende oscuranti, grande televisore e armadio. Il gestore ci ha mandato via e-mail il codice con cui potevamo accedere alla struttura e alla camera in autonomia. Parcheggio di fronte all'edificio
Metterei uno specchio a tutt'altezza in camera e gli asciugamani erano un po' rigidi, ma sono dettagli

Reviewed Dec 29, 2025The location was stunning. Nestled a valley surrounded by mountains and farmland and grazing cows. The area was very quiet and very peaceful. The hosts were always reachable. They were extremely friendly and communication was excellent. The room was modern, very clean and the common areas were very well equipped. The stay included a free pass for the local area for the entire duration of the stay. This included discounted use of the toll gates in and out of the area while using the country roads (not the Autobahn) and also free travel to and from Innsbruck by the regional train.

Camera molto bella e con tutti i confort, bagno grandissimo. Cucina ad uso comune dotata di qualsiasi tipo di stoviglie, tazze, bicchieri, tostiera, griglia, macchina del caffè, lavastoviglie...di tutto. E poi la chicca è la stalla accanto con le mucche *.*. Posto davvero incantevole.

Reviewed Oct 6, 2025Fantástica experiencia. Es una casa compartida con habitaciones privadas con todo lo necesario y muy grandes. Las zonas comunes son de 10, cocina muy equipada, sauna… lo mejor sin duda el jardín y las vistas de la montaña, fue fantástico disfrutar de esa tranquilidad.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2025Muy atentos a nuestra llegada, nos informó claramente sobre que podíamos hacer en la casa, además de excursiones cercanas. Habitación amplia, baño nuevo. Alrededores preciosos, estuvimos paseando por el río todas las tardes.
Lo único que podría mejorar las almohadas no son de mis gusto, pero comprendo que para otra persona si estén estupendas. Volvería a alojarme sin problemas a pesar de este pequeño detalle.

Te sientes agusto y cómodo, todo súper limpio y muy confortable.las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas y de calidad, tanto la casa con sus zonas comunes, como la habitación con baño privado. Muy útil la cocina con todo lo necesario. También hay sauna y jacuzzi, aunque no lo utilizamos. Necesario moverse en coche y visitar la zona, que ofrece mucho.
La verdad es que nada que añadir. Esperamos volver algún dia.

Un peu déçu de n'avoir vu notre hôte qu'à l'arrivée. Personne à notre départ ni durant notre séjour.

Cuisine un peu juste aux heures de repas pour les 3 hébergements (10 personnes) et frigo un peu juste pour plusieurs jours.

The location was far from busy towns, and you could hear the cattle as you walked through the vast area. The property also had two cats, and it was a lovely place to relax for two days. There was access to a fully functioning kitchen to prepare your food. The views from the kitchen were amazing too. The property was clean, the bathrooms well kept, and it even had an in-built speaker in the shower!

From the sauna, the hot tub, the well equipped kitchen, music in the bathroom and well thought out furniture to the amazing location, the friendliest, fluffiest cats and the stars and white mountains and quietness. I will come back again in a heartbeat.
We liked everything! Just heads up: you may need winter tires for your car and maybe chains. No train goes there but there is a bus. you need to stock up un food if you stay more days (there is a small Spar 30 minutes away walking)

We loved the fully stocked kitchen(with an espresso machine for the morning!) the sauna(included in the price 😎) and the friendly cats. The beds were super comfortable. Our only regret is that we only stayed for one night. 100% recommended. Thanks Lukas!
