Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Centered, nice staff and good showers
Horrible noise insulation, you basically wake up every night because someone gets up at 5 to catch a plane. This is the endgame of gentrification of the big cities of Europe. Essentially a large flat turned into small 10m2 rooms. Lots of Madrid are like this and the concept as opposed to guest houses, hotels and hostels (proper hostels!) should be forbidden.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026I was very disappointed with the way the new blanket set was handled. I was told that the new blanket set would be placed under the bed, in the area that is also used as a locker. Travelers typically store their carry-on luggage, backpacks, and other personal belongings in these lockers, which can be quite dirty. Some people may even store their shoes there. Leaving a clean blanket and pillow in that area without any protection or packaging is not hygienic. Once they are placed in an area where dirty luggage and shoes are stored, they no longer feel like clean, new bedding. I was also very disappointed with the staff member at the desk. She was not friendly, did not smile, and provided very little explanation. Even though she had already seen my payment, she insisted that I had not paid and attempted to charge me twice. This was extremely concerning and made the entire experience feel unprofessional and, frankly, it's a scam. I expect clean, new bedding to be handled and stored appropriately, and I also expect staff to communicate clearly and accurately regarding payments. I hope this issue can be addressed so that other customers do not have the same experience.

FATAL
