È un alloggio troppo piccolo da affittare a quattro persone adulte .se anche mi hanno detto al momento della prenotazione che si trattava di un ambiente unico mai avremmo immaginato che fosse così piccolo. Il fatto che fossimo quattro adulti lo sapevano dalla prenotazione.Inoltre il divano era rotto e se mio fratello non lo avesse sistemato la sera dell'arrivo avrei dovuto dormire per terra. infatti gli host sono reperibili di giorno durante le ore lavorative. Ha pochissime attrezzature per cucinare. Il freezer è ghiacciato del tutto ed è inutilizzabile. tuttavia è discretamente pulito.

Asunto ja ympäristö hiljainen ja rauhallinen ja sijainti hyvä. Vuode ihan hyvä ja vuodesohvakin menettelevä. Tilava. Ei liikaa kemikaalien hajuja vuodevaatteissa ym. Avaimen saannissa oli epäselvyyttä ja informaatiokatkoa, mutta lopulta asia selvisi, onneksi ei ollut kiire.

Siisteystaso oli heikko, nurkat pölyisiä, matto likainen, suihkunurkkaus likainen. Pakastinta ei ole sulatettu vuosiin, joka ei sinänsä minua haittaa, mutta laitteen ikää se lyhentää. Mikro siivoton

The location is excellent. Very central with public transport links close by. Communication with the host was quick and easy. Quiet and secure building that is easy to navigate. The apartment was clean and tidy and had most of what we needed. Great value for money and happy to host us last minute.

The living/sleeping space could use a lamp as the only option at night is the big light. The TV remote buttons only worked 50% of the time. Perhaps it could use some more coffee/toilet roll but these are minor things.

The shower is a bit small.

A very spacious place for a solo traveler(like me). Could also suit 3-4 people. Very central location, a walking distance to all the city-center attractions and places. Also a few minutes walking from train/metro station, tram station is also almost next to the place. The host is very nice and responsive. He met me upon my arrival, gave me the key and explained everything. The apartment itself is well equipped with everything one might need(including a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine

The carpets, bed frames, mattresses, sofa, and chairs were all stained and extremely dirty. I honestly didn’t even feel comfortable letting my children sleep in that bed. I put them to sleep fully dressed in their outdoor clothes, placed my own jacket under their faces, and I spent the night sitting up. Even the bare floor was dirty, covered in dust and grime. The bathroom was the same — the floor there was also unclean and clearly not properly cleaned.

Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Location was at the heart of the city and affordable. Clean and reasonable. Building was quite old but for travellers, as long as you have a place to stay is already good.

Stains on the ceiling and walls. Peeling paint from the ceiling. Broken kitchen furniture. Mold in the bathroom. Worn-out fixtures. Only one lamp per room (on the ceiling). Bedside lamps above the bed - broken. Very slow internet speed. Leaking windows.

Apparemment assez frais, voire froid en hiver. Le chauffage de la salle de bain a été éteint pendant mon séjour de 3 jours malgré mon signalement. Douche minuscule avec un rideau qu’il fallait pousser au millimètre près pour ne pas mouiller toute la salle de bains.

A little gem hidden right in the center of Helsinki. We chose this place for our aniversary trip and had a very warm welcome with flowers. The staff was communicative and helpful. The aparment itself was comfortable, quiet and clean. Location was simply perfect and you can see a lot of attractions on foot. We can recommend this place wholeheartedly, especially if you want to discover the essence of this beautful city!

Slightly unpleasant, damp smell in the bathroom - maybe from old pipes? Perfect otherwise!

Problem was that host didn’t show up and we were left on street. Definitely do not rent this place.

Convenient location for my purposes; well equipped apartment. Manager met me in person and was very helpful.

Apartment access way was not very salubrious. Shower room was a bit cramped and in need of a refit. Some lights not working and some slightly scrappy DIY evident. Not a great view.

Удобно расположенная квартира в центре города, недалеко от станции метро KAMPPI. В квартире есть минимум всего необходимого для проживания чайник, кофеварка, плита и микроволновка. Также есть телевизор с Netflix и возмжностью смотреть YouTube. Вайфаем не пользовались, но был заявлен в наличии. Сама квартира в приемлимом для проживания состоянии, хотя небольшой косметический ремонт бы не омешал. Но в целом, все было чисто и аккуратно. С владельцем не общались, ключ нам передал сотрудник в процессе заселения.

В феврале было немного прохладно, к тому же полотенце сушитель в ванной не работал, так что не было возможность просушить намокшие на дожде вещи.

Location was great. Everything within easy walking distance or via Tram. Try the Old Irish Pub if you are up for a beer in the evening.

Mainly, shower isn't enclosed and toilet is directly behind you. You have about 6 inches for you if you pull the curtain to limit water spray in the rest of the bathroom. Floor is wet for hours after a shower so have to wear shoes or get wet socks. Felt more like an old style gym shower. Other would be the bed. It is shoved back in a walled cove so you have to crawl onto the bed from the foot of the bed... just not comfortable. Oh, forgot about the elevator... barely big enough to fit 2 people or 1 with luggage. When Nick showed me to the apartment (great guy), we were practically on top of each other to fit in the elevator with my luggage.

Excelente ubicación, cerca de todas las atracciones de la ciudad, pero en una calle totalmente silenciosa. El personal una maravilla de atentos y serviciales en todo momento. Ideal para una estancia de hasta tres pasajeros. Si volviera a Helsinki, no dudaría en volver a reservarlo.

The apartment is in an excellent location, close to everything we needed and perfect for exploring the area on foot. Communication with the host was clear and easy, and the check-in and key handover went very smoothly. Bathroom essentials were provided, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a convenient and very pleasant stay.

The apartment itself is in need of renovation and would benefit from some refreshing. As a suggestion to the owners – it would be very helpful to provide some basic kitchen essentials such as oil, vinegar, salt, and coffee to make the stay more convenient for guests.

The location is perfect, just 5 mins walk to the tram stop or metro, has an elevator and has a fan.

The bathroom is super tiny and the shower curtain is not extremely clean.

Location is the best, lots to do around surrounding, easily reach everywhere by foot in the center; nice staff, always response quickly and give good instructions for check-in and check-out; room inside facilities are ok, feel comfortable and worth the price.
