Reviewed Sep 18, 2026La ubicación está en un punto medio de los sitios de interés, lo cual es lo mejor del hotel. Y también contar con microondas es un punto positivo, El tamaño está bien apenas para dos personas y el auto checkin es muy rápido.
Pues no sé encendía el calentador , cuando uno es de un país donde no tenemos estás temperaturas es fría la noche para nosotros , pero habían más ropa de cama y se solucionaba.

Convenient shower/toilet pod inside the room. Nice sized window and couch area. It was contactless and very very easy and secure building. 10/10

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Jeg kom til et rom som ikke hadde vært rengjort. Jeg ringte kundeservis med en gang. De sa at hotellet var fullbooket og de ikke hadde personalet tilstede for å rengjøre rommet. De sa «I am very sorry, but we cannot offer you a solution. Please contact booking.com for a refund».

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Es un hotel espartano sin recepción accedes con códigos, las instalaciones eran correctas y limpias, la habitación algo pequeña para cuatro adultos, pero sabíamos donde nos alojabamos y no hubo sorpresas, las camas comodas y los sofá cama eran algo justos pero para pasar dos noches suficiente. Nuestra habitación tanía un gran ventanal, con un pequeño ventanuco que podía abrirse para ventilar y bonitas vistas. Buena relación calidad-precio y muy buena ubicación.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Místo je velmi blízko centru a velmi dobře dostupné, vstupní kód je velmi praktický. V okolí jsou velmi dobré možnosti nákupu potravin, na pokoji je lednička a mikrovlnka. Postele jsou pohodlné, pro krátkodobý pobyt je ubytování skvělé.
V zásadě není moc co vytknout, s ničím jsme neměli problém. Možná při dlouhodobějším pobytu trochu mohou chybět úložné prostory na oblečení, ale nejedná se o nic zásadního.

Vanhentunut seinä materiaalit ja tuolisohva.

Had unpleasant experience that my code expired, so I couldn't take my bag before leaving, I was 4m late and then 45m agony. They didn't answer emails and booking massage, one nice gentleman called them and after 15m waiting for operator they answer, so cleaning lady let me in. So stressful, but they were professional after first calk but it was difficult to reach.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026La struttura è vicina alla stazione ferroviaria e praticamente al centro città. Ci si sposta comodamente a piedi e vicino ci sono negozi e ristoranti e altro che può servire. La camera è pulita e ampia, una matrimoniale per me solo, non disturbata da rumori esterni, dotata di asciugamani e bollitore, microonde e frigobar. Il mio soggiorno è stato di due notti. Ah, per accedere alla camera è come essere a Fort Knox, PIN alla porta d'entrata, a quella delle scale e alla camera o all'ascensore per chi lo usa, io ho evitato per non essere chiuso dentro, non si sa mai!!! Se dovessi venire nuovamente a Helsinki, ci tornerei.
Personalmente avrei preferito che le finestre della camera, bloccate, potessero invece essere aperte a disposizione anche perché qualcuno può avere un senso di claustrofobia. Un rinnovo ai suppellettili un po' consumati e un arieggiamento alle scale interne che sanno di stantio e consumate dai passaggi. La pulizia viene fatta oltre i 5 giorni, si potrebbe farla tutti i giorni con quello che si paga. Grazie

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Great location. A few blocks from central station. Room easy to get into using code but had to use it 5 times to get into the room at various doors. Ok though.
Very dated. Bathroom felt very plasticky. I was located on the corner and there's a pub close by. Was very noisy until midnight or so. Not a quiet area as it's above a Vietnamese restaurant. Picture of naked woman above the bed was quite strange staring at you but it might be pleasing to the eye for others lol. Curtains did not close properly so was light in the morning.

Purtroppo la mia esperienza presso Omena Hotel è stata al di sotto delle aspettative. Per diverse ragioni la struttura non ha risposto agli standard che mi aspettavo e, per questo motivo, sono stato costretto a trasferirmi in un altro hotel, sostenendo anche un aggravio di spesa non previsto. Desidero però sottolineare la professionalità, la correttezza e la serietà dimostrate dal servizio clienti di Omena Hotel. Dopo aver esposto la situazione, il personale ha gestito la pratica con grande disponibilità e mi ha rimborsato senza difficoltà le notti non usufruite, dimostrando attenzione verso il cliente e rispetto delle proprie responsabilità. Sebbene il soggiorno non sia stato soddisfacente, ritengo giusto riconoscere l'ottimo comportamento dello staff, che ha saputo gestire la problematica in modo rapido e trasparente.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Todella hyvä sijainti ja helppo löytää. Huone oli erittäin käytännöllinen. Eniten pidin valaistuksesta ja siitä miten helposti sai oikeat paikat valaistua. Lisäplussaa siitä että oli helppo lukea sängyssä ja sai valaistuksen oikein sekä myös pystyi valitsemaan oikean valaistuksen sängystä käsin. Se, että vessassa oli pysyvä valaistus oli myös hyvä juttu. Yöllä sinne oli helppo mennä.
En yleensä katso televisiota mutta nyt katsoin. Jostain syystä se ei pelittänyt vaan meni aina välillä pois päältä. Ehkä vika oli jossain muualla.

A differenza delle immagini presenti e delle altre camere dell'hotel che abbiamo avuto modo di vedere, la nostra camera aveva il letto matrimoniale con accesso unicamente dal fondo in stile "camper". Alcune parti della stanza non sono state pulite da tempo in quanto molto polverose.

Sängyn patjat pitäisi vähintäänkin puristella usein. Sinne kertyy kaikenlaista.

Er kon geen raam open en er was geen airco waardoor het benauwd warm was. Ik had wat laten liggen in de kamer en wilde het later ophalen maar het was niet gevonden. Niet goed afgehandeld van hotel
