Piscina sucia,tenían horario para el aire acondicionado, solo te proporcionaban el desayuno y la habitación no era confortable.

Que el wifi es solo en el comedor, a las habitaciones no llega, el aire acondicionado hasta las 19h de la tarde no lo conectan y a las 8h lo desconectan, es decir que en las horas de más calor, no hay AA, i teniendo en cuenta que el techo es de láminas metálicas, hace mucho calor, el precio cobrado no es el publicado en la reserva, te dicen que está anulada y que si quieres la habitación es el precio que ellos te digan. Sólo son 6€ por encima de lo que aparece en mi reserva.

La carretera es un poco incómoda pero es una aventura que también se disfruta.

Reviewed Mar 27, 2026No hay Internet y las abitacion no tienen tv ni un radio. La verdad tendrían que mejorar mucho y las. Camas son de pésimo gusto los colchones son mas viejos que ustedes no tienen idea pero los invitamos a que ustedes ballan y prueben por si mismos...

No facilities at all, just the bed. No TV, no microwave, no fridge. The air conditioner is disabled until you pay an additional fee of 18 dollars per day.

Reviewed Apr 28, 2024We've stayed many times and in he past it was awesome, unfortunaely they've not kept up with maintenance and the room we booked was not the room we got and no one there cared.
We booked a room for 3 adults and he second bed was a small child's cot... ridiculous when we've in the past had a room with two full sized beds. We were literally the only people here so no excuse to not give us the room that was in the picture when I booked it. Breakfast first morning was cold omlette with dry soggy toast and we were told there was neither butter nor jam for the bread. It's sad to see the deterioration of a once great place to stay. Prices have risen dramatically while service has declined. It will be out last stay there after many years of going there.

we checked in and we ended up needing to leave due to the pool being unusable infested with tadpoles and beetles. We also found two cockroaches in the bathroom and a dead beetle in the bathroom mirror. The fans in the room when turned to full speed didn't have proper circulation especially for there being no air conditioning in the room. when we turned the fans on dust fell on to the beds. Not to mention, the white towels in the bathroom had brown stains on them. we requested a refund from the property and we expect a refund. we also have pictures to document the condition of the place

Reviewed Apr 3, 2023Everything. The room was nice, the shower as well, the staff were super helpful and funny. They give you a welcome drink and then the restaurant is very tasty!
On Booking it said the checkout was at 12 but then they called me at 11am saying the checkout was at 11... You should fix that.

Reviewed Mar 28, 2023The place is memorable and beautiful because it has a mountain view and ocean view where you dine and will most likely spend some time, the rooms have no views at all just in a garden setting that is well kept but with hammocks that need to be better maintained.
The bed is very stiff to sleep on not very comfortable and the faucet in the sink was broken which was a disappointment, our towels were old and had a hole in them and the sheets had some brown spots which for us was a major dislike, we did not feel comfortable sleeping in the bed at all.
