Goede ligging en kleinschalig, huiselijk modern en sfeervol . In de Medina, een mini oase, zeker de moeite waard. Ontspannen ontvangst met lekkere marrokaanse muntthee. Iedere dag schone handdoeken en heerlijk ontbijt. Goede verzorging. Aardig en behulpzaam vriendelijk personeel.

De hasj rokende buurjongens ‘s avonds. Ze doen niets maar staat niet goed. Detail maar niet handig; De wc klep bleef niet openstaan, als je erop zat, wat goedopere plastic zitting. En weinig kledinghangers.

Très pratique, agréable et propre.

El personal es increíblemente amable. Hicieron que nuestra llegada a Marrakech fuese extremadamente agradable y cómoda. La habitación no era muy grande pero para dos personas era más que suficiente. Todo estaba muy limpio y decorado de una forma exquisita. Las instalaciones del riad son preciosas, nos encantó la terraza con jacuzzi y la piscina, el agua estaba caliente cuando nos bañamos por la noche y era muy agradable. El desayuno genial, súper completo y abundante, el segundo día Mohammed se levantó temprano y nos lo preparó para llevar ya que teníamos una excursión, lo agradecimos un montón, estaba espectacular, necesito la receta de esas tortitas! Puede ser que no sea el riad más cerca de la plaza pero sin duda merece la pena por un personal tan cercano y amable, dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo. El riad es precioso y muy tranquilo, calidad-precio genial.

Por poner algún inconveniente, el espejo del baño estaba muy bajito, tenía que estar agachada todo el rato para poder verme y maquillarme y eso fue incómodo. También, había un tubo saliendo del lavabo por debajo, a la derecha. Cuando nos duchábamos o al usar el grifo salía agua y se quedaba algo inundado hasta que el desagüe se tragaba todo el agua. Dejaba un olor a humedad y suciedad en el baño y la habitación. Pequeños detalles que si se solucionan la experiencia será mucho mejor!

Very kind people and the cleaner did it well. The rooms were very clean each day. And we could use the rooftop, sun beds and swimming pool at the day we were waiting to leave. Very relax atmosphere.

Bon emplacement, pas trop loin de la place, chambre spacieuse. Merci à Karima pour le nettoyage et aux autres employés pour la semaine au top !

A wonderful Riad to stay in Marrakech! It’s even prettier in real life than the photo’s. Comfortable rooms with AC and a spacious bathroom. The personnel is super friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is delicious and the location is perfect - only a 5 minute walk to the busier part of the Medina but tucked away in a calmer area. Would 10/10 recommend!

Déçue par le petit dej (tout était hyper sucré, et bourratif : pains maison (qui étaient bons), cake sucré, miel, fruits etc. Pas de propositions d’œufs ou de plats salés. La nourriture proposée pour le déjeuner ou dîner est correcte sans plus (poulet trop cuit, par exemple)

Het personeel was super vriendelijk, behulpzaam en zorgzaam. Stuk voor stuk echt zo aardig! Heel fijn!!

In de badkamer liep het water niet door dat was best storend.

Faciliteterne var virkelig gode, stedet var dejligt og alt var rent og pænt. Værterne Wassim og Mohamed var rigtig søde og meget hjælpsomme. Mohamed var endda så sød at lave morgenmad to go, da vi havde et tidligt fly, som vi skulle nå. Stedet kan klart anbefales!

Ambiente accoglie e familiare, tutto perfetto: dalla pulizia al personale, passando per il cibo e la comodità della camera. Consigliato!

Lovely calming Riad as soon as you step through the door. Excellent location about 12 mins from main square (Jemaa). Wonderful staff and couldn’t fault the cleanliness.

Overall Riad was faultless but our room was a little tired - shower head & main light needed attention when we arrived but was all sorted very quickly

Wij hebben gedurende onze vakantie in Marrakech erg genoten van het verblijf hier bij Riad Eden d’Orient. We werden de eerste dag met echte Marokkaanse gastvrijheid ontvangen. Thee en koekjes stonden klaar en het personeel is erg beleefd en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was elke dag vers en erg lekker. Daarbij worden de kamers goed onderhouden en kwamen wij elke dag terug in een nette en schone kamer. De service is echt 10/10, al het personeel staat altijd voor je klaar! Met al een top ervaring hier bij deze riad en ik wil heel het team Eden d’Orient bedanken voor de service en de ervaring!

Wir wurden super freundlich empfangen und uns wurde in jeder Hinsicht immer geholfen. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam . Frühstück war ein Traum. Jeden Tag frisch gepresster Orangensaft und frisch gebackenes Brot. Auf individuelle Wünsche wurde immer eingegangen.

Zimmer etwas hellhörig. Aber das hat jedes Riad.

Frühstück verbesserungswürdig. Nur Eckerl-Streichkäse, kein Schnittkäse. Mit Brot sehr "sparsam".

Hubo una falla en la comunicación donde no nos prepararon el desayuno para llevar a la excursión. Pero nada grave.

We had the best time at this riad. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. The riad was very clean, the rooms were beautiful, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Overall, we had an amazing stay. I especially want to compliment Naima and Rabia for their wonderful work. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Most of all, I would like to thank Mohammed for this unforgettable experience. He gave us great tips for our Marrakech trip and was always there to help us immediately whenever we needed anything.

Un Riad incroyable et un personnel au petit soins Chambre très calme et décoré avec goût. Nous avons séjourné dans ce Riad quelques jours et avons fait de très belle rencontres,le personnel et pleins de petites attentions. Quand nous somme arrivé nous avons pu mangé un repas alors qu’il était 16h,on a été nous cherché de l’eau en pleine nuits,des petits déjeuner très tôt le matin hors des horaires du petit déjeuner au Riad avant de pouvoir partir en excursion.. Pour les excursions ou les moindres sorties très tôt ou très tard Wassim et Mohamed seront toujours éveillés pour vous et vos moindre besoins. Wassim et Mohamed sont des hôtes incroyable et de très bon conseils,de même que les femmes de maison vous feront des petits plats délicieux. Nous y retournerons les yeux fermé,une excellente adresse !

Mohamed nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux dans ce magnifique riad. Son professionnalisme, sa bienveillance et sa parfaite maîtrise du français ont grandement contribué à rendre notre séjour agréable. Il a su répondre à toutes nos demandes spécifiques avec efficacité et attention. Il a également organisé notre transfert en taxi et nous a accompagnés jusqu’au véhicule.

Absolument tout était parfait ! Le cadre est magnifique, le personnel adorable, le petit déjeuner délicieux, et les chambres très propres ! Merci encore à toute l’équipe pour votre sympathie !

Je suggère aux visiteurs de faire réserver le taxi à l'aéroport par le riad. Nous n'y avons pas pensé et ça a été une aventure à 1h du matin....

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Wassim et Mohamed. Tout le personnel est très gentil et accueillant. Les chambres sont parfaites. La terrasse au rooftop est très agréable pour se reposer. Les plats sont délicieux ! La Rfissa est devenu notre plat préféré ! Merci pour tout

We received a very warm welcome from Wassim, who helped us with taxis and our luggage. Mohammed was also extremely helpful and even drove us to the Majorelle Gardens, which we really appreciated. The traditional breakfast was delicious, and all the staff, including the chef, were very friendly and attentive. The riad itself is beautifully designed with authentic Moroccan details, our room was comfortable and air-conditioned, and the rooftop pool was perfect for cooling off on a hot day. The location is great too, just a short walk from the souks.

Taxis don’t stop directly outside the riad, but it’s only a short walk and the staff are always happy to assist, so it wasn’t a major issue.

Me and my girlfriend liked everything, from the way we were greeted to how we were shown around the Riad before being shown our rooms. They have a spa and nail salon, a really cool relaxing rooftop area. Breakfast was really good. They have a relaxing games room. The service from Wasim and Mohammed was amazing, they are very friendly and helpful. They also arranged a taxi for us when we left. The Riad is clean and peaceful I would 100% recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Marrakech, it is close to pretty much everything so a great location too! Great experience!

We had a wonderful stay in Marrakesh. Wasim was a great host, welcoming us warmly on arrival with tea and biscuits and taking the time to explain everything we needed to know. The room was lovely and very clean, and the rooftop terrace with the little plunge pool was a really nice touch. Everything about the stay was perfect, and he also kindly helped arrange our transfer back to the airport on our last day, which made everything even easier.

Wassim a été incroyable, les dames d’une gentillesse incroyable, toujours au petit soin avec nous, parle un très bon français, un accueil incroyable, thé et gâteau. Le riad sent incroyablement bon, c’est cosy propre et intimiste. Décoré avec goût. Petit dej au top, terrasse incroyable tranquille avec la piscine sur le toit . L’emplacement est impeccable à proximité de la medina.

The staff were super friendly and hospitable, the riad was immaculately clean, superb location and the breakfast was the best I’ve had at a hotel. Would definitely return if I come to Marrakech again. If you’re looking for a cosy Riad away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech; this is the place for you.

The Riad is beautiful, Wesim was very nice. Breakfast was nice.

We had problems with sewage smells in/from the bathroom so that was not confortable. They did try to make it better by putting some fragrances in the bathroom but it didn't really work.

Sehr schön renoviertes Riad, gutes und frisches Frühstück sowie sehr höfliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Es ist auch möglich, verschiedene Kosmetikbehandlumgen zu buchen.

Wir hatten das Zimmer auf der Terrasse, was sehr großzügig war. Leider dürfte davor nicht ausreichend gelüftet worden sein oder es ist nicht oft in Verwendung, da es ein wenig gestunken hat. Wir waren aber nur für eine Nacht, was dann nicht allzu schlimm war.

De prachtige riad ligt heel centraal, alles is op loopafstand. Het is een veilige buurt waar je ook 's avonds nog rustig terug kunt lopen naar de riad. Wassim en Omar zijn enorm gastvrij. De taxi heen van en terug naar het vliegveld werd geregeld, fijn ontbijt 's morgens (vanaf 08.30 uur). De kamers zijn mooi ingericht, alles is schoon en nieuw. Wij hebben ook nog gebruikt gemaakt van een hamam en manicure behandeling. Elders zat al vol en hier kon het gewoon de volgende dag geregeld worden. Kortom, top verblijf!

Het personeel was heel gastvrij! Hele leuke riad!! Prachtig ingericht! Heel goed bed! Dakterras heel leuk. Ligging goed! Overdag makkelijk overal heen te lopen, in de avond met de taxi. Ontbijt lekker, wij zouden volkoren pita’s erbij ook nog wel lekker vinden. Het was alleen niet duidelijk dat we ook eieren konden bestellen, pas toen ik dat vroeg na 2 dagen bleek dat dat kon. Wassim regelde voor ons elke avond een vaste taxi, die kwam ons ophalen bij de riad en ook weer ophalen bij het restaurant. Heel fijn! Ook transfer naar/van vliegveld was goed geregeld.

Onze douchekop ging kapot, we konden toen helaas die avond niet in andere kamer douchen (we mochten wel van kamer wisselen maar dat wilden we niet), maar die werd gelijk de volgende dag gemaakt. Wij hadden best fris weer, daardoor was het in de kamer ook fris en wat vochtig, maar gelukkig hadden we een losse elektrische verwarming. Helaas hadden we wel een onaangename rioollucht in de (bad)kamer… Wij waren er tijdens de ramadan. Er is een kleine moskee vlakbij dus wij hoorden de oproep tot gebed heel erg goed om 5.30! Dit hadden ze vantevoren wel aangegeven aan ons. Dus we hadden oordoppen bij ons. Als je aangeeft dat je om 8.00 wil ontbijten dan wordt dat meestal later, dus iets om rekening mee te houden.

Vraiment très bon et copieux. N’hésitez pas à réserver un dîner sur place, tout est vraiment très bon. Localisation parfaite dans la médina

Riad Èden d’Orient was everything we could have hoped for and more for our first trip to Marrakech! It exceeded our expectations beyond belief. Omar and Wassim were incredibly kind, attentive and educational regarding local customs and traditions - which was all the more special given that we visited during Ramadan and were able to learn more about it! The facilities are impeccable! Just as clean and beautiful as seen in the photos! Our jaws dropped when we first walked into the courtyard! The breakfast is to die for, we couldn’t get enough of it! The location is perfect - the right balance between close enough to the bustling souks that you can walk there easily, but far enough that there is no noise disturbance! We really cannot thank the team enough for providing such a lovely stay, and would recommend it to EVERYONE visiting Marrakech!

The only negative about the stay was the noise from the ally next to the property. Neighbours talking in the street until midnight every night we stayed.
