Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Lo que más nos gustó fue el trato del personal, además pese a estar tan céntrico es un lugar tranquilo y bonito. Bien cuidado y con un desayuno excelente. Está cerca de todo, es maravilloso.
No está bien insonorizado, desde nuestra habitación escuchábamos a los de la habitación de al lado como si estuviera en la nuestra. Además, nuestra habitación al estar al lado de la cafetería, la batidora se escuchaba desde bien temprano.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel à Lombok. Le logement est très bien situé, à proximité du centre-ville, tout en restant agréable et calme. La chambre est confortable et fonctionnelle, et nous avons particulièrement apprécié la grande piscine, parfaite pour se détendre après une journée de découverte. Un grand merci également à toute l’équipe pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité : le personnel est vraiment adorable et toujours prêt à rendre service. Petit plus très pratique : une laundry se trouve juste à côté de l’hôtel, ce qui permet de faire laver son linge pour un prix très raisonnable. Enfin, mention spéciale aux petits déjeuners préparés par Robin, qui sont tout simplement excellents ! Les smoothies sont absolument incroyables, et tout est préparé avec soin.

Das Zimmer bzw der Putz Anden Wänden bröckelt ab. Keine Duschwand-daher alles nass. Das Bad insgesamt kein hoher Standard. Wir hatten das Zimmer genau gegenüber von der Küche/Rezeption und das war morgens eher laut. Die Zimmer finde ich von den Bewertungen ander Gäste zu gut bewertet. Wir waren eher enttäuscht. Wir waren vorher im merumatta Hotel in sengigi und haben fast den gleichen Preis bezahlt aber haben dort ein Riesen Frühstücksbüffet und Zimmer mit Meerblick erhalten.

From the second we walked in the team welcomed us like we’d known them for years — genuine, warm, funny, and effortlessly professional all at once. They were there for us every day. We shared evenings, meals, and more laughs than I can count. The avocado toast, the smoothies and the Lombok coffee were incredible, the location outstanding, the rooms brand new — hands down the most beautiful place in Kuta Lombok. But what I’ll remember most is how it felt: like we belonged. One highlight I’ll never forget — I’m a drummer, and on our last evening Dady’s son invited me to jam with his band at a local bar called Ketapang. If you’re ever in the area, go and watch them play, they’re insanely good. Leaving was genuinely emotional. A week shouldn’t be long enough to feel like family, but somehow it was. Terima kasih banyak, sampai jumpa lagi.

Beim Frühstück konnte man sich Speisen von einer Karte auswählen und es war wirklich sehr sehr lecker. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier verlängert weil es uns wirklich so gut gefallen hat. Man kann hier total entspannen und einfach mal Urlaub machen. Es ist perfekt für Paare geeignet. Der Pool war auch wunderschön und erfrischend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen !! ☺️

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Unser Aufenthalt war mit Abstand der beste auf unserer 3 monatigen Reise. Die Lage ist zentral und man kann alle Läden und Restaurants zu Fuß erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist unfassbar sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem nur empfehlen!

Das Frühstück war super, es gab viel Auswahl. Die Lage ist Mega, ruhig in der Nacht und in 2min im der Straße in der sich die ganzen Restaurants befinden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Reviewed May 24, 2026Die Lage war ruhig und trotzdem sehr zentral in Kuta. Man konnte direkt über die Unterkunft Roller mieten. Das Frühstuck war sehr lecker. Die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und haben sich um alle unsere Belange schnell gekümmert. Sehr schöner Pool.
Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war leider nicht so gut. Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche hatten noch Flecken und es war ein komischer Geruch im Zimmer. Die Tür zum Bad konnte man nicht schließen, wodurch die Klimaanlage nicht so gut funktioniert hat (haben sie dann mit einer Wasserflasche immer zugehalten). Die Eingangstür schließt nicht fehlerfrei dadurch kommen viele Moskitos rein. Leider gab es kein Moskitonetze.

The staff were incredibly kind and friendly — they welcomed us warmly with welcome drink, they helped us arrange a scooter within just a few minutes and since we were leaving very early for the airport on our departure day, they woke up early especially for us and prepared breakfast in advance. Thank you for the amazing care! A great breakfast was included in the accommodation price and there was also a beautiful pool. The room was nice, although it could use a bit better equipment and maintenance. However, everything was clean and it was absolutely sufficient for us. There were many great restaurants, bars, massage places, and shops nearby — Kuta is truly a lively place but our accommodation was still peaceful and quiet. It was also a great starting point for trips around the island and conveniently close to the airport. Once again, thank you so much for everything. We would definitely love to come back again! :)

Reviewed May 14, 2026Beautiful homestay in a calm area of Kuta but still at walking distance to all amenities. They have a brand new pool with sitting area perfect to chill. The room was spotless clean, big and with all details. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable which is not easy to find. The breakfast was delicious and with multiple options to choose from. The staff was very kind and friendly, they helped us arrange the transport to visit some beautiful spots in the area. Definitely highly recommend!

The staff, Salah and Indra, are so nice and helpful, and will everything to help you with your needs. You can rent scooters from them, new and with competitive price.

Reviewed Jan 4, 2026We have stayed in a few guesthouses, Qwank is by the far the best one we stayed at. The staff are so friendly and helpful as well as the owner. They made us feel like family. Saleh, also taught me how to ride scooter which I will be forever grateful for. Thank you for that Saleh. The guesthouse is walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants but in a very quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta. They are also building a pool which will come in very handy in the future. I will definitely stay at Qwank again.

The breakfast was very good, the room perfectly clean and very comfortable, great shower with hot water and pressure. The staff members are just adorable, special thanks to Saleh and his young assistant, always there to satisfy us with the warmest smiles. Next time I visit Lombok I’ll definitely go there. I highly recommend this homestay💖💖💖
