Location, lack of personal safety. No front door to be able to be locked. People urinating outside the front door, 5pm, very drunk & drug affected. Did not feel safe. I left after 15 minutes, i did not stay here. I have tried to get a refund from booking.com but they have not responded to my communications or requests for refund

Lovely little room, small, compact, and very cozy and clean. Nicely kept and maintained. Good location, close to Croke park.

The location as we were attending croke park that night.

The communication with host. Said on booking.com check in was from 2pm but room wasn't ready until 3pm. Bed very uncomfortable. Candles lit to mask smell. Walls were paper thin, felt like it was a partition wall. Photos very deceiving, not a studio more like a room. Hardly any movement. No glasses for a drink just a dirty pint glass from a bar.

Host changed our property and the provided property facility was very poor. We book the room with private bathroom but they didn’t provide same and also did not inform us while changing. And having bed bugs & making so much noice. Would not recommend this property to anyone

El piso es muy bonito aunque es cierto que es pequeñito.

La comunicación con el anfitrión no fue la mejor la verdad, ha sido el tercer y último alojamiento en el que hemos estado en Irlanda y ha sido el único dónde no nos han facilitado información previamente a nuestra llegada. En los demás, unas horas antes del check-in nos informaban de como acceder al apartamento y de información útil/relevante acerca de la estancia. En este no fue el caso, unas horas antes de llegar mandamos un mensaje, tanto por la app de booking como por WhatsApp pero no tuvimos respuesta, tuvimos que llamar y esperar estando delante de la puerta ya para que nos indicasen como acceder y demás, y no fue solo hasta 2-3 horas mas tarde (cuando ya estábamos dentro) que nos contestaron los mensajes... por que era un viaje de ocio, si llega a ser de negocios o similar con compromisos tras nuestra llegada nos podría haber supuesto un problema. Hay una de las literas que es nefasta, mucho mas que incomoda. Deberían sustituir el colchón inmediatamente.

Owner was an abusive disgrace, never been treated so poorly. We were given our key for room 2, music blaring from the room, did not want to open the door with my daughter as did not know what I would I could be walking into, went out to speak to the owner he told me to f*ck off and would cancel my reservation. Tv did not work, mother was in the room next door to me with her son, she came to my room after the concert and we couldn’t work the lock on the door for safety. Would never stay again

Great accommodation for 3 adults and one child attending The Weekend at Croke Park. The location was just perfect. It was a short walk away. Brilliant spot.

The hosts were very attentive and friendly, and the studio was very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Our studio for four wasn’t very bright, and the cleanliness could have been improved.

There was mice droppings and we could hear noises from them during the night, property is linked to a restaurant by a broken flimsy door, fridge is also broken

It’s not in the centre but i knew that and needed to be close to conference centre which was a 15 min pleasant walk along the canal

Upon arrival, I messaged to confirm where I should park only to be advised the property had an electrical issue and that I could not stay. No prior communication - had I been advised earlier I wouldnt have wasted my time driving out there. Instead I was left sitting in my car trying to find an alternative. Very disappointing.

Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig, Schimmel im Bad, Toiletten hat kaum Toilettenpapier, schmutzige Fenstervorhänge, kaputter Stuhl, keiner Haartrockner, keine Zimmerservice, Fernseher funktioniert nicht. Der Gastgeber ist schlecht zu erreichen, und er hat den falschen Türcode gegeben. Auf den Straßen gibt es fast keinen Parkplatz.

Mix up with rooms host took us to a different property in city centre. Clean and safe can’t have any complaints. Also bought us cans for the mix up. Top g

Excellent location for our needs

The property cancelled at 11pm the night before our check in due to an electrical fault. An undisclosed alternative location was offered but I declined and requested a refund. The refund was meant to be immediate however, 6 days later I am still waiting on my refund. I have contacted the property in relation to this and am still awaiting a response. Absolutely would not recommend.

Struttura vecchia, prese a vista, in sostanza un corridoio con due letti a castello. Prezzo eccessivo per la qualità offerta.

Nothing, found the owner very rude.

The owner/manager wats appd us at 4pm on the day we were due to stay and cancelled our stay stating there was electrical problems in the property. He refused to take a phonecall. He said he could not offer any alternative accomodation but would ensure we got a refund. When we checked on booking.com for alternative accomodation another appartment came up in the same building but he stated this was gone. He gave no real apology for the last minute cancellation and kept insisting we would get a refund in 2 minutes. But it takes 7 to 10 days. Booking.com were very helpful when sorting this out.

Location wasn’t too bad - about a 20 min walk to city centre. Complimentary wine left in property, though we didn’t drink, nice touch with crisps/coffee pods etc.

Loud neighbours, coming and going all night/slamming doors. The shower head wasn’t height adjustable, way too low. Cotton buds left in the bathroom.

The location was easy for access to downtown Dublin, and also for travelling out from the city. Certainly was a quiet location for us. Quick response to questions.

Parking was a challenge, but got lucky. Never managed to obtain wifi access. But then, we managed fine without. Our neighbouring couple also has mixed success with wifi.

The day we were supposed to check in the host reached out and let us know that due to an electrical issue the original apartment was not available but that he had another one we could use. We went to the new apartment but it was incredibly dirty, appliances did not work, and the sheets had not been cleaned. When we contacted the host about this he responded that we were free to find another place to stay and he would offer us a full refund as long as we left and left the keys. We were thankfully able to find a last minute alternative but when we began the refund process through booking.com the host ignored all communication from us and the site and is refusing to approve the refund. Do not trust this host or this location.

Luas line, noise of traffic lights, and seagulls, their were people smoking crack outside the front door in front of my 5 & 10 year old sons, their was no fresh water, their were baby wipes stuck to the ceiling and smoke detector, their were no restrictors on the windows, their was no toilet roll, no fresh linenz the bunk beds were broken and lattes were loose along with the security border siding, the tv didn't work and neither did the internet. And other people were trying to access my room at night time. From the communal toilet, this is not acceptable.

Não gostei da falta de comprometimento. Pois o proprietário alugou o mesmo quarto pra mais hóspedes,sendo que eu já tinha pago pra ficar com o quarto .isso não é coisa de pessoas honestas

Мы жили втроем, кроватей на 6 человек. Вшестером думаю будет узковато. Для троих нормально. Таблетки для кофемашины не подходят для данной модели.

The owner just didn’t send the informations to check in, we had to book a hostel for the 1st night. WiFi doesn’t work in the apartment 3, no range. My mom didn’t sleep because of the noice caused by the neighbours

Proximity to the city centre. Very nice small outside area in front of this well-kept ground-floor studio. Quiet and otherwise clean. Good use of space for a tiny, tiny studio. In principle, everything you need, apart from the fact that all the dishes were dirty in the dishwasher (which didn't work). Clean sheet and comfortable beds. Very close to Lidl. Parking in the street is possible if you are lucky.

There were no clean dishes in the kitchen - all dirty in the dishwasher (which we only noticed after trying to have dinner all with one fork). The staff is unresponsive. We waited for 4 h after check-in time before they sent us the entrance codes. They kept asking for the WhatsUp contact, which is strange because we were calling and texting them for 4 hours to get the codes. They only sent the codes after I called Booking customer service. There were burnt-out cigarette butts and half-empty cans outside the studio entrance, which we had to clean up ourselves.

The mattresses were comfortable enough

Before I even checked in, I was asked for a 5 star review, not a good start…. In the bathroom, only one hand towel for two people. When I asked for two bath towels, I was told one was enough. Didn’t get a bath mat until the last day. The shower was full of mildew. I had to ask for more toilet paper…what place wouldn’t have a couple extra rolls? The room is small but I expected that. The wifi never reached our room and we had to buy extra data to compensate. The walls need a complete cleaning, marks and stains all over. There’s paint peeling on the ceiling. Two taxi drivers warned us it was an unsafe area. The place is near a main street so traffic noise was clearly heard all night.

We turned up at the forst location and they have given us a small double instead of the family suite we had booked. Area pretty dodgy and the smell of weed from the ghetto neighbours was overwhelming. The host then offered us another option 10 mins in cab away. We arrived to find the beds were so uncomfortable that there was no way we could stay. We also felt a bit off put by the employees access door directly into our apartment. Didnt feel safe. The area is full of junkies also.

The place was really dirty, the sheets and the walls were covered with dirt spots, nothing had been cleaned since a long time. There is no reception and the address is hard to find. The walls are super thin and some have holes in it. Just behind, there is an unsafe neighbourhood.

The price was good and the location was ok.

The listing says there is parking but there really isn't. There is a spot on the sidewalk on a very narrow one way street that you can only use if there isn't another car parked nearby. The check-in communication was very poor. He gave me a code to get in the gate but did not tell me the key was in a lockbox or give me the lockbox code. I needed to call to get that code. There wasn't even a full roll of toilet paper and there was no extra paper in the apartment. We had to call him to get us paper and he said he would and didn't. We had to call him again before he finally got us more toilet paper for the apartment.

I liked that I could come and go as I pleased, with plenty of privacy. I was impressed with the room, it was nicely decorated and I appreciated the snacks and drinks that were supplied too.

I would have liked earlier communication, a message to say that my booking was received and how to find the place/ get inside. I was a little worried when I hadn’t received instructions and was ready to head to the room. Although, I must add, when I messaged the owner, I did get a very quick response.

He gave us the wrong property in some employee section attic that was still under construction with no bathroom apart from a tiny shared one with the staff. There was mold all over it and it was in a unsafe location

Had to ring for check in instructions. The cleaner knocked twice asking us to leave even though we had booked and paid for 2 nights. Water shut off but was promptly fixed. Smell of weed in the hallway and Someone tried to enter our bedroom
