Good Service, excellent food choices, brilliant location.
Avinesh and Savita made our stay memorable. Thanks
They had everything we wanted
Can’t compare
Best food and comfortable rooms with excellent location.
Everything
Nothing was there to unlike
Excellent location. Nice cosy comfort
Some of the rooms do not have views but that is compensated by the location
Staff especially ajay jambhal excellent hospitality
We had a pleasant stay here. The staff are very friendly too. It is close to the Dalai Lama temple. They also had yoga class and a morning walk to the temple which was definitely an added point.
Excellent location and approach to the Mall Road
Nothing
Location and food
Service . Though staff were friendly there is clear absence of leadership. Lack of trained staff was evident.2 staff talking to each other and standing but couldn’t observe that water is not served. If you complain immediately they will make the order complimentary which i refused couple of times. Dont really know whether anyone looks at these comps or that is their norm! Fresh lime soda took 25 minutes and ginger tea in the morning took 40 mins. When complained within 5 mons they served! I was on half board and had lunch instead of dinner. But they charged.had only rajma chawal and one biriyani(2 pax). Their excuse was it is ala carte. But they dont serve buffet! Consumed items were very basic still they charged. Someone tried to contact me when i was in airport post check out but i refused to talk.( did not have the patience for his excuse after spending my two days and money).

Room is good but without any view.
Location near market, staff is good
Location, view from terrace, service, hospitality, housekeeping, food, staff behavior. Are good things.
No mountain view from my room.
Location
Did not get a room with a view after spending so much.
Excellent property, clean and super welcoming staff.
Good location and clean hotel with value for money.
The food in the restaurant was a little overpriced for what it was
The hotel staff were very courteous and accommodating. I had booked a sedan to Amb Andaura, it was pleasantly upgraded to an Innova at no extra cost. Our driver, Pradeep, was also very considerate and even stopped for about half an hour so we could visit the Baglamukhi Temple.
The location of the hotel is central and allows exploring McLeod Ganj and surroundings by foot. In addition, the Triund hike(s) is not far away. It is a modern, clean and quiet hotel and we found the hotel staff very helpful. The restaurant and pool are equipped with terrace to sit outside and take in the views.
The view opposite from our balcony was not so nice, a run down building. The door and safe lock batteries had to be replaced during our stay.
Saludos !
My wife stayed here to meet the Daila Lama so this is on behalf of her. Rohit in the restaurant was exceptional. Attentive, polite and nothing was too much trouble!
1st room was very noisy due to a loud fan above! Staff were kind enough to move me to a quieter room so thank you for that.
Nww facility, clean room, good food attentive staff
The Welcome Heritage Natraj Hotel at McLeod Ganj has been by far the best hotel we stayed in during our 21 day trip in Northern India. The staff of the hotel has been incredibly nice and helpful. Special thanks to the Food and Breakfast fast manager and his team. Special thanks to the yoga teacher that has been nice to us although we were very stiff yoga beginners. Thanks for the front desk and the team for their attention.
When we booked through booking we were not advised that the room had no view at all.

Very clean rooms, modern bathrooms, tasty meals at their restaurant and extremely professional staff. The Dalai Lama Temple is 5 minutes away by foot.
Their indoor pool could have been a bit warmer, but I had a pleasant swim. The air in the mornings always smelled like fried food, but we were not sure if it was the hotel itself who caused it of it was the nearby ones. Only a few rooms have a proper view to the mountains and that wasn’t too clear to know through the booking.
The location was perfect for exploring McLeod Ganj and Dharamashala. We particularly wanted to stay near the start of the Triund Trek. The hotel staff were lovely and helped arrange a guide for the Trek and a guide to show us the sights of Dharamashala. The facilities were excellent but the best bit was the view from the hotel and doing yoga on the terrace in the mornings.
View, location, shower.
Restaurant meal portion sizes too large, or you need a tasting menu. Need to make real brewed chai.
The breakfast was good. The spread could have been a little bit more. But then it was off season and occupancy was low. The location was fantastic. It was 5 minutes walk to the Dalai Lama Temple. All the great cafes were within walking distance. The view from my room was fantastic. I would suggest Room no 301, 307, 401 or 407. These have the best view and one gets a tremendous amount of sun. The room was clean and comfortable. The washroom was super clean and very spacious.
I can't think of anything.
Hotel staff is really helpful. Manager Ajay himself arranged our transfer to and from as our bus was not able to come to hotel due to snow and traffic. Mr sachin was monitoring our arrival. overall very pleasant stay.
nothing
Food and Staff attitude was very good
View from the room was not there at all
The location, ambience and the cleanliness was beyond comparable
There was nothing to complain about
Central location. Great staff and fantastic amenities in the room.
Too noisy! More attention should be paid to hygiene in dining areas including staff uniforms.
The hotel was luxurious and very neat. The staff was courteous and helpful. The restaurant was good. The breakfast buffet was good. The location was very central. The wifi was good. The room had all the basic infrastructure a traveler can expect. Overall, a great experience.
Nothing really. The hotel was small, but that doesn't take away from its luxurious interiors and top notch service levels. I really can't think of any significant feedback for improvement. Keep it up!
Friendly staff and nice food are the main attraction of the hotel with a very nice location indeed within well reach of market Super clean and hygiene room, also the restaurant was good Rooms also good with nice view of the mountains
It's hard to say about unlike but still swimming pool should be more attractive
Location Ambience 5 star service
Construction around
Breakfast was excellent. However quality of croissants could have been better,
Mutton served in the restaurant was on tougher side. May be that is because of the nature of goats available.
The location was great. 2 mins walk to the Dalai Lama temple, the restaurants and market was also a 2 minute walk. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Overall a great stay. The live band at night was also a great addition. And food was also great.
Nothing.
Lovely hotel and a good location for exploring the Dalai Lama Temple, as well as the shopping and restaurant area. The hotel smells lovely and is very clean . There is an amazing collection of books on every floor with comfortable chairs, which I used every evening.
Getting to McLeodganj is a nightmare as roads are very bad and over congested. I could not utilize the rooftop space as they had a function, and my room had no view, which was a disappointment. There seems to be a lot of staff hanging around, either paying no attention or overwhelming you .
Gorgeous decor, lovely staff, very modern facilities (bathrooms). Breathtaking views of the hills
Great location, staff was super nice, hotel was very clean and the room was comfortable.
Room had a window on a shaft balcony. We would have preferred a mountain view of course! The room was slightly noisy as the noise was traveling through the shaft.
Excellently placed not only for a good view, but also for shopping and the Dalai Lama temple.
All good.
war alles super
Rooms and breakfast is nice
No gym and they call themselves 5star
Impeccable cleanliness. Room is spacious and comfortable with good view Shower was clean and big Excellent to be able to relax and not wonder if you're touching something filthy like in most of the other accomodation in the country Located nicely in McLeod ganj.
At checkin they told us the room doesn't have a view but when we showed the picture on booking.com they found a room with a view magically. Feels like they tried to shove a worse room on us first till we commented
The locatio6
The breakfast is mainly Indian. Limited options of western dishes.
- Great location - Genial staff - Spacious Rooms - Great view of the valley
The breakfast menu could have had a few more options
Great location, lovely staff. Decent breakfast & good food in the restaurant. Very nice indoor & outdoor rooftop bar/lounge area with mountain views. Really nice, helpful staff. Clean rooms.
I can’t recommend our particular rooms (202 & 203) as they had a slight dampness about them and overlooked a decrepit building next door. Access to them was a little awkward too - we had to take 2 lifts due to the layout & different levels in the hotel. If it bothers you, the only English TV we could watch was on YouTube. Pool was under maintenance during our stay.
Excellent location with back entrance on Temple Road and a short walk to the Dalai Lama Temple. Interesting shops in walking distance. Attentive staff (could be over attentive at times), excellent food with lots of choices for both breakfast and dinner. Very aesthetic and comfortable, with different areas for sitting inside and outside, and great views (depending on the clouds). Welcoming on arrival (thanks Kuldeep), friendly reception (thanks Savita). Excellent house-keeping. Great bathroom, comfortable bed, large room.
No in-house laundry, so need to give at least a day's notice for washing or drying to be done. No clothes line for drying hand-washing either inside or outside. Such attentive staff it was hard to know who to tip and how much (as we are from a non-tipping culture), so this was stressful but we did our best.
The personal, and the hotel was amazing
Loved the staff, food, stay and location..Just top notch!
Our recent stay at Hotel Natraj, McLeod Ganj, was truly exceptional. The management team, particularly Mr. Ajay and Mr. Avineesh, went above and beyond in accommodating our rescheduling needs, offering outstanding assistance and empathetic service, especially to my wife who had a back sprain. We were warmly welcomed in traditional Tibetan style with Kataks, setting the tone for a wonderful experience. The view from our room was breathtaking, offering stunning vistas of the green mountains and a direct view of the Dalai Lama Temple. Walking from the hotel to the temple was incredibly convenient, and we were fortunate enough to receive an audience with His Holiness during a mass prayer ceremony. The food at the hotel was extraordinary, catering to all our needs. From homemade dal and roti to exotic chicken tikkas, everything was delicious. The restaurant staff, particularly Survjeet, ensured our diverse taste preferences—my wife preferring non-spicy and myself enjoying spicy dishes—were always met with perfection. Our accommodations were luxurious, featuring a jacuzzi and a spacious living room, making our stay all the more comfortable and memorable. I highly recommend Hotel Natraj for a serene and culturally enriching stay in McLeod Ganj.
The TV could have more channels.
Overall excellent hotel. Great customer service.
Beautiful decor and great location. Fantastic customer service.
We had to change room due to power issues but this was handled smoothly and promptly.
Location. Cleanliness. Newness and bathroom amenities.
Room size a tad small. Standard room balconies are closed off.
Good location, great views, high quality rooms. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
Check in was a bit chaotic. I dont think that the hotel has the facilities or staff training levels to be considered 5 star. That being said it was a good overall experience.
