Penthouse in Trondheim City Centre

Die Lage und der Wohnbereich waren wirklich gut. Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich. Sie ist modern eingerichtet.

Es fehlt an m.E. wichtigen Kuechenutensilien wie z.B. salatschuessel, Salatbesteck, Kochloeffel, Suppenschalen bzw. tiefen Tellern. Es gab nur 2 große Suppenlöffel. Es gab keine extra Handtücher. Der Kasten ist im Haengebereich mit Staubsauger und Putzmaterial abgeräumt. Das wirklich entscheidende für meine schlechte Bewertung aber ist die Situation im Schlafzimmer. Das Bett hat eine Groesse von 1.75x 1.95. es steht an der Kopfseite ganz an der Wand. An einer weiteren Seite gibt es zwischen Bett und Wand ca 8 cm Abstand, am Fussende ca 15-20 cm, wobei in dem Spalt ein Heizkörper montiert ist. Es bleibt also eine Seite, an der man aus dem Bett klettern kann. Dort beträgt der Abstand zur Wand ca 25 cm. Genaugenommen kann man also nur bei der Türoeffnung irgendwie aus dem Bett klettern. Für 2 Personen absolut INAKZEPTABEL!!! Naturgemäß gibt es keine Ablageflaechen, keine Steckdosen und kein Licht neben dem Bett. Der Raum ( genauer wohl die Koje) ist auch nicht ausreichend abzudunkeln. Die weiße Jalousie hält das Licht nicht ab, was im Sommer in Trondheim ein helles Schlafzimmer bedeutet.

Fantastic location - walking distance to all sites. Light airy apartment with a great living area and good kitchenette. Owner was there to greet us and was super helpful.

Der manglede lidt køkkengrej, emhætten fungerede ikke og soveværelset var trangt og uden natlamper.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral und man kann von hier die Stadt gut zu Fuß oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erkunden. Der Ausblick vom Wohnzimmer, Balkon und der separaten Dachterrasse sind so schön!! Gina hat immer sofort & freundlich geantwortet, wenn ich eine Frage hatte.

Das Gebäude in dem sich diese privat vermietete Wohnung befindet, war für mich zunächst gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Everything was ok

Très bel appartement spacieux et bien situé, en plein centre ville et à proximité de magasins et de lignes de bus permettant d'aller partout. La vue depuis l'appartement est superbe, et la vue depuis le rooftop est juste incroyable, à 360° sur la ville et le fjord. L'appartement est confortable et très bien équipé. Le lit est très grand et confortable.

Il n'y a aucune prise électrique dans la chambre ni d'endroit pour poser ses affaires, étant donné que le lit très grand prend tout l'espace, mais ce petit inconvénient est largement compensé par le confort de l'appartement.

Perfect location and roof top view was amazing, but the best part was how helpful Gina was with local recommendations for cuisine and very accommodating customer service. 11/10 👌🏻

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, gemütlich und sauber. Ein Herd mit Backofen, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine und großem Kühlschrank war vorhanden. Man konnte gemütlich auf dem Balkon oder am Esstisch Speisen. Kochutensilien, Handtücher und ein Kleiderschrank waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Die riesengroße Dachterrasse des Hauses war ein richtiges Highlight. Ein separater Wäscheständer den man auf dem Balkon verwenden könnte wäre noch ein Vorschlag um Wäsche schneller trocken zu können. Wenn die Türen geschlossen sind, bekommt man auch keinen /kaum Lärm von außen mit.

Es gibt nichts, was nicht gepasst hätte 😃

TODO! Es un departamento que lo tiene todo pensando en el viajero / turista que no va a comprar por ejemplo, sal o aceite por un par de noches y este lugar pensó en todo para que la estadía fuese perfecta! Más de un propietario debería tomar nota y copiar a este lugar! Esperamos volver!!

Det centrala läget, 10 minuters promenad till Nidaros domen. Utsikten från sjunde våningen. Gina tog emot oss på ett trevligt och välkomnande sätt. Sovrummet var visserligen väldigt lite men med en skön säng!

Parkering ingår inte.Finns ett parkeringshus i anslutning vilket är bra. Men det är dyrt, vi betalade 410 sek för ett dygn! Gina du behöver tänka på att ordna bättre belysning i rummet.

Great flat in the center of trondheim, located at 10min walk from the cathedral. Great balcony to enjoy the sun.☀️ There is also a huge shared rooftop.

Central Location conveniently close to Trondheim S train station and Torvet main square where you'd find many shops & restaurants. Most places of interest are within easy walking distance: Nidaros Cathedral, Gamle Bybro and Bakklandet are just 10-15 mins away on foot. You can even reach Kristiansten Festning in about 30 mins. Apt was clean and spacious with balcony overlooking the city. Kitchen is equipped for self-catering and there are several grocery stores in the vicinity. Washing Machine is useful for guests needing to do laundry. Rooftop Terrace offers panoramic city views and is well worth a visit. 😊 Host Gina was obliging and responsive whenever I reached out to her with queries, appreciated her help❣️

Bit of a hassle having to pick up keys from a nearby deli when I was already struggling with heavy luggage; would have preferred on-site key collection. 😉 Apt had some maintenance issues with faulty fixtures that didn't work well. Lighting in general is very dim and inadequate for reading or writing after dark. Bedroom is very small with windows directly facing the corridor, thus the blinds had to be kept down for privacy. WiFi is not password-protected, which raised security concerns. Above are just a few minor issues noted during brief stay, all of which could be easily rectified to provide future guests with a more comfortable pleasant experience. 😊

Location is good if you want/need to be in Trondheim, parking directly below (albeit extremely expensive and down a dirty alley).

We paid a high amount of money for this flat and assumed that this would correlate with the quality of the property - we were wrong. This price tag was simply because apparently there was an event in town (of which we were not aware, we booked 24hr in advance) and this was supposed to justify everything, even after making the host aware. We did not manage to sleep, in part because the bed is completely worn out (if you sleep with two people, expect to end up in a pile on top of each other in the middle), but also because there were drunk people shouting throughout the night. Their vomit welcomed us the next morning when leaving the building. We suspect that the apartment building is a student facility, but it could also just be a poorly maintained general building. There was no coffee machine, nor anything else to welcome us during our stay. There was room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness, and the wifi not being password protected was uncomfortable for us.

Amazing location. Quiet building. Amazing rooftop terrace with wonderful view over Trondheim. Very clean. I enjoyed most the position cause it was sunny all day! Specious bathroom. I didnt use the kitchen but had everything. Very cozy at nights. Would come back again.

The bed linen needs an update and the pillows were just not right for me. I saw extra pillow in the closet but didnt use it. Maybe a little intervention with the price. A hairdryer would be a good investment.

Location and attention of the hostess

The apartment is very spacious, intimate and offers you all the necessary facilities. And the central and quiet area offers you great openness to any means of transport, shops, tourist areas. The stay was perfect. The host was very welcoming and attentive to details. 🤩
