Reviewed Sep 19, 2026The only issue we had was the lack of an elevator. We had some pretty heavy luggage, so we had to put it in a locker and take what we needed with us. The staff helped us carry the lighter stuff though, so that was nice.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026The hotel was extremely well located for all the activities we did in Trondheim, as well as easy to find! Our room was fantastic and very comfortable, with not too much noise coming from the outside (despite there being roadworks). The staff were very accommodating and friendly, as well as quick to respond with any queries we had! We also appreciated the free tea, coffee, and hot water provided at reception. While we didn't need to use it, reception also had a baggage storage, which we can imagine would be extremely useful for some travellers.
The WiFi was unfortunately not very good, but at the end of the day it didn't really matter, as we only really used our room to sleep and get ready for the day.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Die Lage ist sehr zentral, die kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank und Kochplatte sind perfekt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Ein Wasserkocher wäre für uns hilfreich gewesen, so macht man es mit einem Topf. Die Parkplätze der Umgebung sind sehr teuer.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026The Pensjonat is centrally located, easy to walk to all the attractions. The reception area is welcoming with luggage storage and free hot drinks. We were able to check in early.
Our taxi driver found it hard to locate as the road is being repaired. The spiral staircase was challenging but the host helped with our luggage.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Die Unterkunft befindet sich mitten im Zentrum, eine Bushaltestelle ist praktisch vor der Haustüre, das Bett war bequem, als ich das Kippfenster nicht mehr zu bekam half mir das Personal sofort, Danke dafür :)
Im Kühlschrank waren noch Essensreste von den Personen, welche vor mir im Zimmer waren. Dies war wahrscheinlich ein versehen.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Das Apartment ist eine wirklich große Wohnung. Sehr gemütlich mit 3 Schlafzimmern und einem großen Wohnzimmer. Alle Räume waren sauber. Nachdem die Straße vor dem Haus gerade gesperrt ist, war auch kein Lärm. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Wir hatten Fahrräder von Trondheim city bike. Damit ist man sehr gut und schnell überall in der Stadt.
Es gibt nur einen kleinen Esstisch in der Küche, der bei 4 Personen etwas eng wird. Interessant ist das Klo im Duschbereich. Man könnte sich während dem Klogang duschen. War für uns aber eher lustig als störend. Die Türe zum Badezimmer ist etwas verzögen und geht streng zu.

Zentral, freundlicher Service, unkomplizierter Check-In, funktionales Zimmer, Kaffee kostenlos, Waschmaschine, Trockenmöglichkeit. Räder durften wir Innenhof abstellen. Kann ich nur empfehlen

Det viktigste for oss var å ha et hyggelig og komfortabelt sted med en god seng å sove i for én natt – og det var akkurat det vi fikk. Vi var ikke ute etter en hotellopplevelse med restaurant, bar og andre fasiliteter, men rett og slett et godt sted å overnatte. Til vårt behov passet dette derfor veldig bra, og vi var godt fornøyde med oppholdet.
Ingenting å klage på.

Il bagno aveva il WC dentro la doccia. La camera aveva un cattivo odore.

Dimensione della stanza: piccolina senza la presenza di un tavolo e sedie per mangiare data la presenza di un cucinino e quindi della possibilità di poter mangiare in stanza. Mancanza di ascensore e presenza di una scala a chiocciola molto ripida.

La habitación olía muy mal a sifón a alcantarilla, lo cual me generó una sensación muy desagradable, llegué muy cansada y tenía una obra de teatro , no hubo tiempo para solicitar cambio, llegué tarde y muy cansada, en la mañana comenté en la recepción y fueron a realizar aseo al baño y abrieron por largo tiempo el agua y redujo el olor!

La posizione è centrale, il che costituisce senz'altro un pro (ma considerate che se arrivate in auto dovrete lasciarla lontana o essere disposti a sborsare cifre da capogiro per un parcheggio!) Lo staff è sempre stato molto cordiale e mi ha fornito un asciugacapelli quando l'ho richiesto. Inoltre ha risposto a un mio quesito via mail prima dell'arrivo. Apprezzatissimo anche il caffè sempre gratis in reception.
Il bagno è migliorabile, quantomeno con l'aggiunta di una tendina intorno alla doccia. Inoltre i 4 piani di scale (strette) senza ascensore sono stati una sfida da salire con le valigie! Ovviamente siamo stati sfortunati ad avere un appartamento all'ultimo piano, anche se la vista era molto carina.

Det burde kommet frem under bookingen at en risikerte å få rom i 2 eller 3 etg uten heis. Trappen opp var smal og vanskelig.
