Breakfast is good nd staff is friendly, i recommended this property very much

De kamers waren ruim en goed ingericht. We konden ook in de tuin zitten, in de schaduw van de bomen, om rustig iets te drinken of om te genieten van het ontbijtbuffet. Aan de receptie hielpen ze ons graag bij het plannen van uitstappen en het regelen van vervoer. In de buurt waren meerdere mogelijkheden op wandelafstand om iets te eten of om te shoppen.

We kregen geen uitleg over het warmwatersysteem, waardoor we pas de tweede dag te horen kregen dat we eerst twee emmers moesten legen voor het warm zou worden. Ook de airco kregen we niet aan de praat. Het zou fijn zijn om deze uitleg bij aankomst te krijgen.

Fijn hotel met een heerlijke tuin, aardig personeel en een goed ontbijt.

Het personeel is erg aardig en doet alles voor je. We hebben ook erg genoten van de mooie tuin. Op goede loopafstand van het centrum maar ook een leuk koffietentje en goed restaurant om de hoek.

La amabilidad del personal. La limpieza. El. Desayuno y la Comida. El servicio de guardar equipajes. Nos sirvieron como intermediarios con taxis y excursiones... Todo genial. Muy recomendable.

1. Super friendly and amazing staff. Always ready to help with a smile. And this is true for almost all people we met in Leh. Extremely warm and top-notch hospitality. 2. Location is good, it's in a peaceful alley from where we walked to Leh Market or Skara road cafes. 3. Food is good, loved cheese potato filling momo. They mixed our order once, but we didn't raise any concern as it was soup only, and they are super sweet people 😊 4. AC heating option kept the room warm in the morning and evening. We realised what a blessing it was after we moved to another place in Leh, which didn't have this kind of heating option.

The only thing I can think of was that hot water was not available in the washroom at night. Although we were not expecting this, but we also realized this when we moved to another hotel in our trip, which had 24hr running hot water in the washroom. This is the only improvement point i could think of.

バスルームに換気扇がないこと。朝になっても床は水浸しのまま。

the property is at very peaceful location on the main fort Road. 20 Minute walk to the main market. we took triple Room, which consisted of 2 rooms (1 Room with double bed and 1 Room with single Bed. both the rooms are very spacious). The outside Garden is big and very peaceful. breakfast is decent and staffs are willing to customize a bit. overall value for money. great experience.

The place is well located ... not too far from the airport and withing a walking distance from the main market.

We had booked a triple room here, for 2 nights on our incoming leg and 1 night for our outgoing leg of the journey. The room was of a good size but being on the 1st floor was too hot to stay. When we tried keeping the window open to cool it a bit, it got filled with insects in no time. Then we had to move to a double room on the ground floor, which was bearable but a bit too cramped for 3 people. While checking out on 02 August, we requested Mr Abbas at reception to ensure that we had the same/similar room on the ground floor for our next stay on 05 August and he assured us of the same. However, when we arrived there on 05 August, he offered us a double room on the 1st floor again!! He was unapologetic and almost bordering arrogance! We decided not to stay there and he was nonchalantly indifferent!!! The food at the hotel is nothing to write about.

The staff is extremely polite and respectful. Also the property is very beautiful and near the main market. It's room are spacious and all facilities are available. The linen and bedding is also clean and good quality.

Clean, comfortable bed, long breakfast (until 10:30). Toilet paper.

The door is very difficult to open with the key. There are no numbers for reception, etc. At the telephone. No continental breakfast except cornflakes (perhaps Pancakes or porridge) - would be nice so close to the airport. When showering, the whole floor is under water - a shower door would help. Bathroom is also difficult with the door opening inside.

Room is big, clean and all facilities function well (hot shower is real hot) Hotel owner is very responsive via whatsapp. All staffs are very nice, helpful, polite and caring. The driver that we ask the hotel to find is also very very good.

No retaurants near by, you have to walk a bit far to find ones.

My son just finished his boards and wanted to experience solo travel...from the time he landed at Leh, hotel staff took care of him...from airport transfers to chalking out the itinerary etc..all was taken care of meticulously by Mr Stanzin and his staff..As a parent ,i can recommend this as a safe place

We liked the size of the room and the location of the hotel.

They promised hot water but didn't give it. The reception was left unattended most of the time. so it was difficult to get the staff to get us stuff that we needed.

The staff at Palam Hills is super kind and very helpful, thanks a lot for your hospitality. The café next to the hotel is very good and I enjoyed sitting in the beautiful garden of the hotel/café.

Palam Hills hotel is located about 12-min walk from Leh's market, so location is very convenient. The place is quiet, clean and comfortable. Staff is very nice and attentive. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable (though the bed was a bit too hard for my taste). There is hot water and good wifi connection.

A curtain in the bathroom could help keep the bathroom dry. Since there is no divide between toilet and shower (typical in India) showering creates a mess in the bathroom. Other than that, everything was great.
