It's a brand new room with modern interiors.

The bed was extremely dirty that I requested to change after reaching at 7PM. Why wasn't it already changed, I don't know. Bathroom rug and the floor carpet outside the room in the corridor were all dirty. It's a hotel, bunch of rules that they don't budge. Food was a very average. No sunlight in the room that was assigned to me. TV has netflix etc but I couldn't sign in. There were only Hindi channels otherwise. I had given my clothes for laundry, even the sweat stains weren't removed. The hotel has so much potential that I feel it doesn't live up to.

旅店不好找，在小巷子內，連當地司機都迷路。 走廊有老鼠，跟櫃台反應後很快處理。

The hotel was extremely good and exceeded our expectations. The room was beautiful, spacious, very clean, and cozy. The washroom was spotless and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was polite, helpful, and welcoming. The overall ambience was peaceful and pleasant, making our stay very comfortable and relaxing. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to visit again. Food was tasty

The hotel has a very cheerful vibe. As soon as you step in, you know that you've hit gold. The staff is very warm and they give personal attention to each guest, greeting them with kahwa and cookies, briefing them about how to make the most of their time in Leh, the precautions they need to take to avoid getting sick, and in fact they even provide a map with details of all the good restaurants in the vicinity, even though they have an in-house restaurant. I also appreciated how they encourage guests to avoid the use of plastic bottles and make use of the RO water dispenser at the property. The rooms are clean, spacious and well lit. Another great feature is their terrace which has beautiful views all around. There is also a huge supermarket very close to the hotel.

It is not entirely accessible by a vehicle so you have to park at a ground close by and walk through a narrow lane to get to the hotel. I didn't mind this as it is still located very close to Leh Market and other areas of common interest. I would also urge them to make the terrace space more aesthetic because it has a lot of potential.

Nothing to complain about Anu and Steffi were always helpful. The driver they provided Kasim was extremely knowledgeable and made our trip very comfortable

Hotel proche du centre ville et très propre . Un accueil exceptionnel à tous les niveau, ( à la reception Stefy est super) Jolie et grande chambre avec balcon vue sur les montagnes. Quel plaisir de retrouver Anu toujours aussi souriante, gaie et aux petits soins pour ses clients.😍 Elle s'est occupé de me réserver un super chauffeur pour la Vallée de la Nubra, de faire le permis . Bref un immense merci à elle sans qui tout aurait été complique. Tout était parfait, je ne peux que vous recommander El Castello Hotel et son équipe.

Osebje je zelo prijazno, zelo lepo so naju sprejeli in nama dali odlične napotke za raziskovanje mesta. Sobe so udobne, lepe in čiste, prav tako je v hotelu lepa sprejemnica, restavracija in prostor na strehi. Zajtrk je okusen, lokacija pa odlična - le nekaj minut hoje do centra mesta. V hotelu so nama uredili tudi taksi do letališča.

このホテルは大きな道路に面していません。細い道を辿り ホテルに着くので、最初はあれ？と思うかもしれませんが、設備、朝食、ホテルスタッフ共に最高です😃 このホテルは素晴らしいと思いました。

部屋は清潔で広く、お風呂、トイレもとても綺麗。バルコニーがあるのも嬉しい。部屋のランクによってはエアコン付き。毎日清掃もしてくれる。お水も２本もらえます。タオルやトイレットペーパーも補充してくれます。 朝ごはんも美味しいです。卵料理を1品頼むことできます。 近くに綺麗なスーパーマーケットもあり、お土産なども買える。 何よりスタッフがとても親切。これまでインドに4回渡航してますが、この価格帯では1番良いホテルでした。

駐車場まで少し歩く。 洗濯物が生乾きだった。一晩部屋に干せば乾きますが、、 冷蔵庫があれば言うこと無し。

Io e il mio ragazzo prima notte a Leh siamo stati malissimo per l’altitudine e lo staff è stato angelico. Ci hanno aiutato e supportato tantissimo. Servizio in camera chiamato e sfruttato più volte. Siamo stati benissimo. Stanza ampia e televisione in camera. Saremmo voluti stare una notte in più ma purtroppo non c’era posto.

Soggiorno molto piacevole. Le stanze sono belle e pulite, la colazione buona. Posizione molto vicino al centro, ottimo per qualche giorno nella magnifica e caotica Leh. Lo staff davvero molto gentile, consigliano posti buonissimi dove mangiare in città! Ci torneremo julley julley :)

Staff so helpful Close to centre

The hotel is in a quiet area with a nice entrance court and a terrace with view. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The receptionists, the manager and all the personnel working there is unique, they are very welcoming and give any kind of help and advice. I would really recommend this hotel.

Todo!Hotel ubicado cerca del mercado de Leh. Habitaciones amplias y limpias. Buen desayuno. El personal es muy amable, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Repetiriamos sin duda.

La posizione è ottima e le camere sono confortevoli ma il vero punto di forza è lo staff. Siamo partiti da qui per tante avventure e ci hanno aiutato in tutto quello che avevamo bisogno. Ci hanno fattilo sentire come a casa! Consigliatissimo!

El personal excepcional, se sale de lo normal. Nunca en los 52 años que llevo viajando y 115 países visitados nunca encontré una manager que además de su simpatía personal nos ayudará tantísimo. Gracias a ella estamos realizando un viaje por Ladakh y Zanskar buenísimo, nos buscó un conductor de 10, que además de eficiente es súper simpático. Anu, la manager nos prestó dos almohadas por si necesitábamos descansar en los trayectos y dos bombonas de oxígeno por si las necesitábamos, además de sales de sodio para el agua. Nunca nos hemos sentido tan bien tratadas...en una escala del uno al diez, le damos un 20

The hosts were so lovely, warm and friendly! I felt very welcomed and at home due to their kind nature, warm personalities and friendliness. It felt like staying with a local family in their home. They even provided a hand drawn map with recommended places around Leh, which I found very personal and helpful. The host even recommended me some local dishes to try with breakfast. Thank you for the warmest hospitality I experienced in Leh!

the staff was helpful, and acccomodating. even went above and beyond to a nearby medical store to find me an ankle brace for my twisted ankle.

- disappointing spread for breakfast, especially for domestic/Indian travellers. - the 4 wheeler parking location was atleast 100-150mtrs away. I had a twisted ankle, and therefore had to limp my way to and from the parking everytime, through internal lanes, attached to nallahs.

The property is pretty close to the city centre and all the restaurants. It is clean and the bed are comfortable, the bathroom too. The staff and Anu are fantastic and let us to feel really at home in this hotel.

Chủ khác sạn rất nhiệt tình, nhân viên thân thiện, hotel nằm trong ngõ nhỏ cách đường ô tô dừng 1 đoạn, nhưng có nhân viên của khác sạn ra xách đồ giúp cả nhóm. Có bình lọc nước ở tầng 1 để có thể lấy nước refill vào bình nước cá nhân.

We loved the hospitality, the staff greet you with such kindness, they are all so friendly and helpful. They helped provide information about acclimatising and a handy map of the area with lots of recommendations. The rooms are clean spacious and high spec, the bathroom was excellent quality and we had perfect hot water. We ate in the restaurant several times and each time was great, the breakfast is also very nice and varied they change the hot food options daily. The filtered water cooler in reception was great as you need to hydrate lots for acclimatising. They also provide facilities in your room that are topped up daily. The laundry service was excellent and done on the same day for us! The roof top has a spectacular Mountain View. We would definitely recommend and return ourselves

Rooms were exact as there photos. Location was superb. Anu the lovely lady at the Reception gave me a map with minute details regarding all the nooks & interesting cafes & eateries etc. I am not good with maps but this one was exceptional, so i would keep walking back & forth to the Leh Market. Breakfast was superb. The staff were really helpful & kind. A special thanks to Steffi, Dasheesha, Anuj , Manju , Biang & all the other wonderful young men who assisted at every call with a smile.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They quickly understood the situation with my flight delay and gave me valuable advice about obtaining my Protected Area Permit (PAP), which I really appreciated. Their hospitality was excellent throughout my stay, and the breakfast was also delicious.

I had a very comfortable stay at Hotel eL Castello. The hotel is a few min walk from the Leh market. Every single staff member at the hotel is friendly and helpful.
