L Host é stata presente in ogni momento del nostro soggiorno ,ci ha seguiti passo passo,mostrando nel dettaglio tutto quello che c'era da sapere.Struttura accogliente e pulita,anche Antonella che ci ha servito la colazione molto simpatica e gentile,ci ritorneremó sicuramente, e lo.consiglio decisamente.

Очень удобное расположение: до основных достопримечательностей можно легко дойти пешком, а метро находится всего в 2 минутах ходьбы. Рядом есть супермаркет, что очень удобно. Отличный вариант для знакомства с городом!

Io e mia figlia ci siamo trovate benissimo. Posto curato e accogliente. Ottima la posizione vicina alla metro che permette di girare tutta la città. Angela che si occupa della colazione al mattino, è una persona gentilissima e disponibile. Grazie di tutto torneremo sicuramente! Ovviamente lo consiglio vivamente!

J'ai aimé la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel, la propreté et le confort du logement.

Il était annoté que le logement est insonorisé et c'est pour cette raison que je l'ai choisi. Malheureusement il ne l'est pas : nous avons bien entendu les bruits de douche et de WC de nos voisins de chambre ainsi que ceux de la rue ! La situation géographique est éloignée du centre historique ainsi que de la place , une de celles les plus animées de Naples

Totul: - camerele foarte curate, paturi confortabile, băile impecabile - mic dejun excelent: d-na venea in fiecare dimineață ne pregătea cafeaua, croisante calde, lapte cu cacao, era vesela, bine dispusă , vibe excelent . Daca doreai se făcea curățenie in camera. - ne.a întrebat permanent daca totul este ok - foarte aproape de stația de metrou - accesul la bucatarie in timpul zilei, chiar si seara este un mare plus. Recomand cu drag aceasta cazare!!!

La tranquillità il letto comodo e la colazione abbondante

The location so close to the metro station was optimal and all the facilities were nice (especially the snack room) and clean. The lady preparing breakfast and doing the daily room cleaning was kind and helpful.

The mattress was not very comfortable as everything shook and bounced if one of us turned over. The bed frame also creaked.

Wzorowa troska o gości, doskonała lokalizacja, cicha i bezpieczna okolica, doskonale skomunikowana (metro pod nosem), supermarket może ze 100 m. W środku czysto, super aneks kuchenny z przekąskami i napojami. Super łazienka, klima. Petarda ogólnie, z serca polecam.

Nic. Na siłę nie będę wymyślał. To trzecie piętro, winda super klimatyczna, ale dwie osoby w środku to max. Tyle.

We visited there as a family of 5 and were given two very large and spacious rooms. Before we arrived, the owner of the apartment contacted us and explained the process of getting rooms independently and gave us an entrance password to the rooms and the building with convenient and secure parking. L'unica pecca che era pulito ma non perfettamente e qualche capello trovato sugli asciugamani

Una puzza terribile di fogna entrava dalla finestra della nostra camera e non ci ha permesso di aprire la finestra mai durante il nostro soggiorno

Camera veramente bella e comoda, assolutamente pulitissima e con tutto l'occorrente necessario. Bagno grande ed estremamente pulito. La proprietaria ci ha risposto tempestivamente ad ogni nostra domanda. Colazione molto buona. All'interno del b&b era presente la collaboratrice per aiutarci con la colazione e per le pulizie, signora gentilissima.

L’emplacement à coté du metro, propriétaire aimable et arrangeant, chambre rénovée et neuve.

Le petit déjeuner peut être un peu mieux étoffé, oeufs, fromage, fruits, charcuterie. Il y’avait quelques croissants qui ont été vite consommés, nous avons dû attendre 15 minutes que la femme de chambre puisse en préparer de nouveaux.

Pulizia. Accoglienza. Ma non hanno cambiato la biancheria e gli ascigamani perche non ho messo il cartellino ....il cartellino in tutto gli hotel si metye per non disturbare!

L'ubicazione........

Spațiu generos, curat, iar zona de mic dejun e un mare plus, unde puteai merge oricând în timpul zilei să servești o cafea, o gustare sau o băutură rece. Recomand cu drag această proprietate! Comunicare foarte bună cu gazda, Federica! Foarte aproape de stația de metrou.

Se auzea zgomotul destul de tare în timpul nopții, dar asta nu mă împiedică să ofer nota 10 proprietății.

Excellent location - very close distance to the Metro Station. Antonela took very great care of us. She made every morning perfect cappuccino and croissant. Pizzeria across the street was great. Antonela gave us good tips/recommendations for travel, trips and food. Definitely will be returning here on the next trip to Naples Federica, the owner, replied very quickly and provided us with valuable information (directions, how to get to the loft, and with all needed information). We were always able to reach her very quickly. Great connection from the airport - by AliBus and metro. Easily accessible by public transportation. No car needed.

Super Lage. Nah an der U-Bahn und der Dante Platz ist fußläufig erreichbar. Ganz in der Nähe gibt's auch eine nette weinbar.

b&b nuovo, accesso facile, ambiente molto piacevole, grande disponibilità per richieste (asciugamani aggiuntivi), ottima comunicazione, colazione dolce ottima, molto gentili le signore che gestiscono colazioni e pulizia. direi ideale. non saprei consigliare di meglio, la zona è residenziale sicura e tranquilla e la metro a 2 min a piedi sulla linea 1 che porta al centro e alla stazione. ringrazio federica e consiglierò ad altri di venire da voi. spero di tornare

Śniadanie- znikomy wybór. W zasadzie można zjeść płatki z mlekiem bądź croissant.

Very clean room with clean service. Hot water and the aircondition worked well. The area was also good, close to everything. Beds were also ok.

The breakfast could be definitely better. There was no fresh food or non-sweet option, like some cheese, or eggs. Also the room was quite small for 4 persons, but I hink for couples, the space in the double rooms should be good.

Horrible parking situation arounf the loft. No information about this in advance. Private parking place costs 30 EUR per night and needs trust in the parking company.

We arrived late due to flight delay and couldn’t find parking. Parking was an extra 25 euros in the private lot.

staff eccezionale host disponibile a qualsiasi domanda e risponde velocemente... sempre presente per ogni chiarimento situato a due passi dalla metro e e pochi minuti a piedi dal centro! stanza accogliente zona colazione in comune molto accogliente e pieno di prodotti diversi ... adatta per tutti i gusti!

non è un malus vero e proprio ... ma non è insonorizzata come scritto ma la zona non è rumorosa quindi non è un gran peccato 🤩

Pulizia impeccabile, il profumo che pervade la camera e il bagno dá un’ottima sensazione giá appena entrati. Colazione abbondante e varia, adatta a tutti i gusti, gentilmente servita dalla signora Anna che è stata gentilissima. Anche Federica con le sue indicazioni è stata chiara ed estremamente disponibile. La struttura è incantevole, sia le camere che l’area comune. La zona è tranquilla e comoda per arrivare in centro, una piacevole passeggiata di una ventina di minuti. Ci tornerei sicuramente!

Die Unterkunft war sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist gut! Man ist in da. 20 Minuten im Zentrum.

Es war im Haus sehr laut. Die Wände sind wohl sehr dünn, so dass man alles vom Nachbarn hört. Wir hatten eine Nacht von Samstag auf Sonntag gebucht und konnten erst nach 2.30 Uhr schlafen, weil die Nachbarn Laut TV geschaut und sich laut unterhalten haben. Da wir um 7.30 Uhr schon wieder los mussten, war es dann leider eine kurze Nacht. Frühstück gab es erst ab 08.30 Uhr, so dass wir auch dieses nicht nutzen konnten. Da es in der Küche auch keine Teller gab, konnten wir uns auch selbst nichts machen. Der Checkin war sehr kompliziert und wir hatten massive Probleme. Frederica war leider nur schwer zu erreichen und die Verbindung schlecht und wurde immer wieder unterbrochen. Wir haben über 30 Minuten gebraucht, um alles geregelt zu bekommen inkl. des Zugang zum Parkplatz. Hier wäre eine Vorort Begrüßung hilfreich gewesen.

Tolle Einrichtung, sehr gepflegt und freundlich. Eine echte Oase im chaotischen Neapel.

Tolle Lage im Viertel Materdei, die Kommunikation war einfach und sehr nett, außerdem war das Zimmer schön und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt

The location was good and convenient, although there was quite a lot of noise outside until around 3 AM.

Cleanliness was a major issue. It looked like the bed sheets had not been changed before our one-night stay. The building has a very old elevator, and my family got stuck in it once, which was unpleasant and stressful. Breakfast was very basic — essentially just two croissants and coffee.

After a very difficult experience at our previous accommodation, staying here was honestly a huge relief. Frederica was incredibly kind, attentive, and considerate from the very beginning. She made us feel genuinely welcome and was always available to help with anything we needed. Her professionalism and warmth completely changed the tone of our trip. The property itself was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and very well maintained. Everything felt carefully prepared and thoughtfully managed. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant, and we were finally able to properly rest and enjoy our stay. The staff were also excellent throughout the entire experience — friendly, attentive, professional, and truly caring toward guests. We are extremely grateful we found this place at the last minute and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay. Thank you again to Frederica and the entire team for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience.

Simple and comfortable! Close to the metro. Helpful host willing to hold our luggage while we walked around before our ferry. Very hospitable! Thankful for the small elevator!

It was a bit noisy as you could hear airplanes and some street noise but really didn’t bother us too much. We used white noise when sleeping and did great!

L’absence totale de la responsable, tous les contacts se font par WhatsApp… C’est dommage car on voyage aussi pour avoir des contacts humains. Personne pour vous accueillir… Heureusement les 2  « collaboratrices »( chargées du ménage et du petit déjeuner)étaient sympathiques.

Очень милый маленький отель. Как дома,четыре спальни и кухня.Нам было очень удобно. недоразумение с временем прибытия, но отель все время был на связи и сотрудник отеля Стефан буквально прибежал чтоб нас встретить. Видно было что искренне беспокоился. Отдельное спасибо ему. На кухне чай ,кофе ,различные печеньки и большой холодильник всегда доступны. Везде было чисто, постель чистый и удобный. Надо понимать, что это 5-и звездочный отель. Есть один момент . Центр находиться 15-20 минутах пешей доступности. Но! Хотя вокруг отеля все обычно,в центр вам придеться идти через кварталы где преимущественно живут мигранты . Кому как,но это настоящий Наполи,и нам было очень интересно.

Breakfast was perfect for us with fresh coffee, croissants and yoghurt. The shower was very spacious. Host and staff very friendly and helpful and quick to respond to queries. Room very clean. Metro station is around the corner which is very convenient and super quick to get down to the port area.

Extra hooks in the bathroom would be handy but I say that about every bathroom!

B&B eccellente, dalla posizione alla camera grande, luminosa con bagno con finestra e doccia. A 100 m dalla metropolitana Materdei linea1. Posto auto privato su richiesta sotto casa a pagamento. La colazione potrebbe essere più ricca ma valida Federica, la host è stata molto chiara e disponibile anche se il check=in si fa da soli ma ti segue passo passo per telefono (molto semplice il tutto). La signora che si occupava delle colazione è stata molto gentile, carina e super disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta (ci ha risolto "il problema" di trovare le sfogliatelle e la pastiera chiamando direttamente lei in pasticceria, in centro, fissandole a nome suo.

Abholung und Erklärungen per WhatsApp waren einfach und gut erklärt. Die Damen, die am Morgen für Frühstück sorgten und das Zimmer putzten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden Quartier weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles
