Great room with balcony overlooking the cathedral ; comfy bed; fantastic breakfast, super friendly and helpful staff/ host

Property was super quant and well situated in the heart of the historical area. Rosario the front desk manager was super friendly and full of great advice for food and local knowledge. Room was nice and comfortable.

Locating the property and signage was a little challenging. It’s located behind a large wooden doorway/gate which is closed for a large part of the day and you need a code to enter it. There is no name or information if you arrive while this is closed so you have to contact them to get in. I would recommend a hotel name sign at least and possibly a notice for guest what to do…

Apartment/flat was top floor of building. They offered a regular hotel room but I didn't take it because we checked in late. I should have. The apartment was good but I did not need the extra space and the hotel room was just a little nicer.

Rosario and other staff were very helpful and accommodating with excellent communication before, during and after (help with taxi to airport). The room, view of Duomo di Santa Maria Assunta and breakfast was perfect for our quick stay. We stayed with them one night on the beginning of our trip but I booked an apartment/flat. At the time, they offered moving me to a regular hotel room but it was late (check in) and I didn't want to make any changes. I should have taken them up on their offer because the room was more convenient (not as high in building) and nicer than the apartment but less room. It was good, but not as good as the regular hotel room. I would definitely book with them again.

The bed was a little firm but otherwise very comfortable.

Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Lage direkt im historischen Zentrum. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, insgesamt eine angenehme, familiäre Atmosphäre. Der Gastgeber beherrscht die englische Sprache bestens. Er ist aufmerksam und interessiert, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu wirken und steht jederzeit vor Ort oder telefonisch bereit. Das Frühstück wird morgens direkt auf das Zimmer gebracht. Die gewünschten Speisen und Uhrzeit wählt man bei der Ankunft aus. Im Zimmer erwartet einen ein sehr bequemes Doppelbett und eine gute Klimaanlage. Trotz der lebhaften Lage hat man nachts seine Ruhe vor dem Umgebungslärm. Die Unterkunft ist völlig ausreichend, um sich vom Trubel der Stadt zu erholen.

Das Zimmer war nachts etwas zu hell, da durch die Vorhänge und das Oberlicht am Fenster noch relativ viel Licht hineinfällt.

We had the twin room. It was a good size, had kettle,( decent sized cups as well) and a mini fridge. Air-conditioning was a life saver. Beds were very comfortable, two pillows on each. Bathroom was also fine. Plenty of towels, shampoo etc. Breakfast was the best we had in our week in Italy. The croissants were so fresh and delicious. Fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, toast with butter, jam and honey. They give you a breakfast menu to fill out on check-in. The breakfast is delivered to your room. The staff were lovely, they were easy to communicate with, and organised a taxi back to the airport. I would definitely stay again, it's in the old town, so a great location .

Rosario was an incredible host. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying Naples. You can’t beat this location and the rooms were very comfortable.

Rosario was incredibly kind and helpful. My husband left his wedding ring behind when we left and Rosario quickly found it and held it until we could collect it. He sent recommendations for our next locations and was very thoughtful.

the balcony was awesome. breakfast or an after dinner glass of wine out on the balcony was the cherry on top. rosario checked in to make sure everything was to our liking and also was available if we needed anything.

I wish there was a small sign (label) on the keypad that said "152 DUOMO HOTEL) so we knew we were in the right place when we arrived. also, maybe a small set of drawers would have been nice.

Rosario, front of house staff, was incredibly helpful with instructions on how to get to the address from the station before we had even landed at Naples. On arrival at the hotel, which is in a fantastic location amongst coffee shops and across from the Cathedral, and just around the corner from the Historic Quarter, he supplied us with a local map along with the names and addresses of restaurants and places we should visit, highlighted on it. Breakfast was fantastic, before we went out for the day. Always on hand with advice and answer to any questions that we had. He, and the rest of the staff at the hotel, made our stay all the more enjoyable. Well done team 💙

Rosario was a fantastic host and very easy to communicate with. He was very accommodating to our last minute changes in our arrival time and breakfast time due to travel delays/adjustments. He was very helpful in helping us decide on what to focus our little time in Naples. I would absolutely recommend staying at DUOMO 152 NAPOLI.

Breakfast was fine (they delivered it to the apartment) and the location was central. The managers did help us get a cab to the train station and offered suggestions for our next destination.

I don't understand the overall high ratings. I thought this was a hotel and it was really more like an Airbnb, which I did not want to book given that we were arriving late on an international flight that was delayed. Because this wasn't a conventional hotel, there wasn't a public front desk (or even hotel front door) and the arrival instructions were not clear. I had emailed ahead to give an approximate arrival time (as requested) and even updated it when our flight was delayed. They said we could check in anytime. Still, I stood outside on a dark street corner with kids and luggage in tow calling the property's number. They didn't pick up after several calls and later someone walked out (of an unmarked door) and called someone but wouldn't let us enter the property. Eventually someone finally came and wanted me to go deal with the tourist taxes/paperwork (leaving my spouse and kids on the street for another 15 min) and then only later, walked us across the street to another building where the room was located. (They had apparently whatsApp messaged me after communicating via email; I would have appreciated the heads up about coordinating on whatsApp since I wasn't checking it and thought this was a hotel with a real front desk and door not a airbnb-type situation.) We did NOT have a Duomo view and were on a 4th floor of a building across the street from the (main?) property, which was not what was advertised. At check in, they could have walked us to the apartment first with our kids and luggage and dealt with the tourist taxes later given that it was late at night (after 10pm) and we were just off our 12 hour flight with kids but they didn't. The delay with all of the check in stuff meant we missed dinner at the restaurant we wanted to eat at because it closed as we arrived. Apartment was fine--but 4th floor (very small elevator fit some luggage but not all; bathroom also small.)

Location was really great, in the middle of everything. For a city it was a quiet location. Lovely cool room and good size. The receptionist was amazing and gave us really great advice. Would definitely recommend this accommodation

This was a great place to stay in Naples, close to a lot of the attractions we wanted to see and easy walking to several great restaurants. The in-room breakfast was substantial and delivered to the room on schedule — just open the door and breakfast is served! Customer service was great, very friendly, helpful and responsive, easy to leave bags after check-out with easy pick-up, really appreciated the thoughtfulness. Good luck seeing LeBron this season!

There are some steps to get up and down with luggage but that’s true all over Europe. Staff very helpful on this front, greatly appreciated.

We loved the location and easy access to all the landmarks of Napoli! Our host Rosario was amazing. He made our stay so easy with his hospitality, knowledge and friendliness. Breakfast was always fresh and delivered on time! Our room was so comfortable and lovely! No request was too hard. One of our group was glutin intolerant and he gave us loads of recommendations for restaurants and supermarkets. I highly recommend Duomo 152 Napoli! 😍

My family and I loved Naples, especially staying at Duomo 152. It was a great location next to a lot of restaurants, shopping and awesome sites to see. Our room was comfortable, clean and cool with the air conditioner. The staff was incredibly kind and awesome, especially Rosario. Highly recommend!

The location of Duomo 152 is very good. Since the rooms were behind the thick door in the quad you cannot hear the street noise. During our stay the outdoor temperature was high (+36), but room had effective cooling and indoor temperature was very pleasant. Everything worked fine, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good.

Only thing to mention are the stairs, if visitor has problems with knees/legs it might be difficult to climb up the stairs, there is no elevator.

Staying here was a wonderful experience, starting with the welcome from Rosario honestly, the way he treated us was the highlight! Everything was very clean, the breakfast delivered straight to the room was delicious, and the location was very central. I am so grateful to Rosario. God bless you always.

Wonderful stay in the center of Naples! Rosario, the host, was so helpful and accommodating! Room had a beautiful view of the duomo and was perfectly clean! Bed was comfortable, breakfast was delicious and shower had great water pressure. Couldn’t ask for more, it was a perfect experience!

Had a little trouble getting the room a comfortable temperature but that was because the air conditioner worked too well.

Location, Location, Location! Extremely central, in the heart of the historical centre, everything within walking distance. You are really paying for the location, the facilities are decent. Fine for a night or two. The host was very friendly, knowlegable and accomodating.

The whole place was a bit small. No comfortsble chairs to lounge on, bathroom very small.

Location is directly across from Duomo and around the corner from the historic district. Very convenient for our day of sightseeing. Rosario is a very attentive host; gave us a lot of information and personally met us upon arrival and departure. All we needed for our visit

Location and VIEW - it was in the historic district with many interesting shops and the cathedral was right across the street. Rosario was great about arranging a driver to the airport, mapping out where to go, and arranging breakfast in my room for an early flight.

I didn’t realize there were stairs to get to my room, although I had no problem and had help with my bags.

Host was so helpful. He gave us so much info about the area and answered all our questions. The breakfast was also so yummy.

Location was perfect, particularly as we only had a day in Naples. And the staff were fantastic, particularly Rosario. They were particularly helpful to our daughter with 2 small children. The continental type breakfast served to have in your room was excellent too.

That we only had a day in Naples but as we're from the UK will plan a city break there. Tip: as the premises are part of a historic listed property, it is restricted and does not have obvious signage of a hotel being there. But the huge iron doors to the property is the entrance and a member of staff (likely Rosario) will greet you and give you access. There is a taxi rank right outside the hotel and the Duoma is literally 20 metres from its front door.

Super Lage um Napoli zu Fuß zu erkunden und sehr nah a die wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Gastgeber -Rosario- und das gesamte Team waren sehr freundlich und immer Hilfsbereit. Rosario hat mir gleich beim einchecken Tipps für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Napoli gegeben. Das Frühstück im Zimmer war auch in Ordnung, wurde pünktlich serviert wie ich alles bestellt worden ist. Ich kann nur Duomo 152 weiter empfehlen.

La ubicación es espectacular, frente al Duomo y en pleno centro histórico. Las instalaciones muy bien, cama cómoda y super bien atendidos por Rosario (es chico aunque en España sea nombre femenino). Todo genial

No conseguimos ducharnos. Tocamos un interruptor y al parecer se apagó el calentador del agua, pero pese a encenderlo de nuevo, con ayuda de una chica del personal, fuimos incapaces de que saliera agua caliente. Por lo demás muy bien todo.

El personal muy agradable y la ubicación perfecta.

El personal se esforzó mucho en atendernos correctamente, pero tener que decidir el día antes qué te apetece desayunar, como que no es muy aconsejable, además siempre con mucha presión. Además, el hotel que creo solo cuenta con 4 habitaciones, no tiene restaurante y el desayuno te lo sirven en la habitación, bastante pequeña por cierto.
