Pas eu le temps d'apprécier.

Nous avons eu un rat dans la chambre de nos enfants dès notre arrivée. La propriétaire nous a proposés de ne rester qu'une nuit et de nous rembourser les deux autres nuits prévues, ce que nous avons acceptés. Les chambres étaient vraiment sales.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans les cabanes de Lily. Le logement se trouve le long de la rivière/mangrove, juste à côté d’un petit village plein de charme et d’un petite plage avec un ponton. Des scooters sont disponibles en location pour profiter de Koh Rong. Merci pour l’accueil ! (pour que tout soit parfait, on aurait aimé avoir de l’eau potable à disposition gratuitement)

That you can see stars in the sky at night amd it’s hard to go to sleep because u want to look at the starts and at the fireflies at the trees

Cozy clean hut with a very comfortable bed. The on site restaurant is great and has fair prices. We also rented a kayak, which was only 5$ and really fun. We visited in April and had surprisingly little mosquitos. Big plus is the proximity to Lonely Beach!

As to be expected from a wooden hut inside the jungle, some animals will find their way inside. Just something to be aware of in case you mind bugs and spiders.

The dinners were amazing - amok, red curry and barracuda were all delicious. The staff are amazing You can rent a bike right there on the site It’s close to the Lonely Beach which is great - also really appreciated it being Cambodian owned and ran - the accomodation on lonely beach seemed mainly French owned.

The mosquito net went around the bed , but only just. The breakfast was good - the coffee wasn’t worth the money and the banana and peanut shake tasted mainly of ice.

Tout était vraiment génial, les propriétaires sont adorables, le restaurant est très bon, les logements sont simples mais très bien aménagés ! Le nord de l’île est calme et tres paisible et la plage de Lonely beach est a environ 10min en scooter (la route est un peu difficile mais cela vaut vraiment le détour !) Je vous recommande à 100%

słaby zasieg ze względu na lokalizacje, w nocy internet nie działał praktycznie wcale- zdaję sobie sprawę, że to dla niektórych jest plus, ale u nas jako osób które pracują zdalnie było to okropne, poza tym świetne doświadczenie

Nous avons apprécié sa localisation, bungalow niché dans la mangrove. Le personnel y est accueillant et très arrangeant. La gérante a tout fait pour nous organiser une sortie bateau, qui fut très réussie. Et les repas y sont délicieux.

La literie dont la propreté est à revoir.

La gentillesse du personnel, l'accueil, l'emplacement est parfait , a proximité des plages et au bord de la rivière. Le logement est charmant et propre. Kayak et scooter en location , très pratiques .

Nous avons absolument TOUT aimé ici. L'accueil chaleureux de la famille, le calme du lieu qui vous fait passer des journées et soirées paisibles. Le bungalow est super propre et le lit est très confortable et les draps sentent bons. La salle de bain en extérieur est un concept que j'aime beaucoup. Tout est décoré avec soin. La partie restauration est grande et très agréable La nourriture est délicieuse et copieuse d’un très bon rapport qualité prix. Petit plus pour leur playslist que j’ai adoré 😉 Location de scooter sur place très pratique La localisation permet d’être dans un village authentique reculé des lieux touristiques mais avec un accès rapide a la route ! Nous y avons passés 5 nuits mais on aurait pu rester le double 🥰

Un endroit reculé, tranquille ,près du village flottant ,pres de lonely beach,un petit paradis ,le cadre est très sympa,c'est très simple et suffisant pour notre part Location pour 5€ de canoë pour découvrir la mangrove et le village sur pilotis par la rivière, j'ai adoré Le propriétaire est charmant et la cuisine vraiment delicieuse

L’emplacement au calme mais a 5 min a pied du village de pêcheur et 20 min en scoot de la plus belle plage de l’ile (lonely beach). Personnel très gentils, la petite Lily est rigolote et pleine de vie ! Le restaurant est exceptionnel : la nourriture est copieuse et très qualitative ! La terrasse du restau est vraiment agréable.

Helt specielt sted! Den helt rigtige stemning! Primitive hytter som er en del af charmen. Rigtig lækker mad til rimelige priser - uanset hvad du bestiller. Desuden mindeværdige ture i kajakkerne der kan lejes på stedet. Super (nærmest øde) strand i gåafstand. Søde mennesker. Godt godt li at der var mulighed for selvhenter af kolde sodavand når personalet var gået hjem - du skriver selv på regning😊

Les bungalows sont propres et bien équipés. La nourriture est excellente!! La meilleure que l’on ait trouvé en 4 jours sur l’île. La propriétaire est très sympathique. Le jus de fruits d’accueil est appréciable. Le tour en bateau était super, l’équipage s’est donné à fond pour que nous passions une bonne journée. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par l’état de santé des coraux. La location de kayaks est aussi un plus (même si les déchets sont un problème).

L’eau pour la douche est froide; mais c’est le jeu, car l’eau finit dans la mangrove. D’ailleurs si un jour cela devient possible, il serait bien de fournir des savons naturels, pour ne pas perturber l’écosystème.

Les petits bungalows sont très confortables et spacieux. On s'y sent bien. Le personnel est très gentil. Le cadre est vraiment beau, le village de pêcheurs est juste à côté. On peut s'y rendre en scooter, en kayak ou encore à pied.

Comme partout sur l'île, le restaurant est cher.

L accueil super de seyla et sa business partner , l ambiance , la qualité du restaurant , les bungalows simples mais confortables. Je recommande !

La wifi ne fonctionnait pas du tout, la moustiquaire était trouée, le matelas n’était pas confortable, douche à l’eau froide, musique à fond jusqu’à 23h alors qu’on avait choisi cet endroit pour être au calme

J’ai passé 3 jours merveilleux dans cet endroit superbe! Rapport qualité prix incroyable, connexion avec la nature , j’ai adoré

Posizionato al nord dell'isola, immerso nella natura e nelle mangrovie, ma accanto a un pittoresco e autentico villaggio sul fiume. Circa mezz'ora di scooter dal sud dell'isola: le strade dell'isola sono buone e asfaltate. Il bungalow era molto grande, ben costruito e pulito. Possibilità di fittare canoe e scooter. Un ristorante delizioso: ho mangiato il barracuda, buonissimo!

Les prix sont élevés pour l'Asie comme partout sur les 2 îles... La cabane sur pilotis sympa mais sans eau dessous mais moins agréable Pas de traitement des eaux usées et des odeurs importantes par moment

Cette petite Guest House, au nord de l’île coupe complètement du cadre effervescent des plages principales. Le temps s’arrête, le personnel il est très sympathique. Les bungalows sont bien réalisés et confortable à utiliser. Malgré une coupure d’électricité générale sur l’île, ils avaient un groupe électrogène. On y a mangé tous les soirs et tous les petits déjeuners durant notre séjour. Nous avons réservé notre scooter là-bas, directement sans aucun problème, sans déposer de passeport. Déposer vos bagages dans cette Guesthouse, vous fera découvrir l’île entière entièrement. Vous allez cohabiter avec des petits insectes mais c’est normal c’est la nature et il y a la moustiquaire pour s’y protéger la nuit.

Tout était parfait ! Les cabanons sont plein de charmes, la gentillesse et l’acceuil des hôtes incroyable, la nourriture était excellente, bref on y retournerait volontiers!

Ein uriger Platz im Norden der Insel, abseits der schnicken Resorts ,mitten im den Mangroven, dort kann man sich ein Kajak mieten und auf dem Fluss paddeln , auch bis zum Strand. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und es waren zum Zeitpunkt zwei nette junge Leute aus Rumänien als Volunteer da. Die Hütten sind wirklich sauber und haben ein schönes Außenbad, mit neuer Dusche , die beste bisher ,sogar mit ordentlichem Wasserdruck . Es dir ein ruhiger Ort zum Entspannen.

Mit Roller ( kann man da mieten ) wunderbar ,um die Insel zu erkunden und an die Traumstrände ,wie z.B. Long Beach zu fahren, ansonsten ist man zu Fuß schon verdammt lange unterwegs..

Great Stay , The bunglows are simple but comfortable and clean and nice , very relaxed vibe right on the river . The food is very good and there are kayaks to paddel the river . I liked the area as it was quit and great place too recharge . I will be back soon.

Amazing stay in the nature at the river, very peaceful atmosphere! The bungalow was spacious and had a hammock and you could even see fireflies at night right beside your bungalow! Everything in the restaurant was also very tasty. You can rent a kayak and a scooter - I always like renting scooters from the accomodation because they're trustworthy.

Wir waren ingesamt 4 Nächte. Der Aufenthalt war perfekt, mega gutes Essen, wunderschöne Natur und viel Ruhe. Die Besitzerin und ihr ganzes Team ist auch sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Man kann ein Kajak ausleihen und zum Meer bzw. in den Regenwald damit fahren. Roller sind auch verfügbar.

Wir hatten wirklich schöne vier Tage auf der Insel. Die Gastgeberin war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen dort war wirklich sehr lecker und das Ambiente direkt am Fluss war traumhaft. Es gab natürlich einige Mücken, aber das ist direkt an einem Fluss bzw Mangrovenwald nicht vermeidbar. Dafür hatte man in seinem Bungalow ein Mosquitonetz über dem Bett. Die Betten waren komfortabel und man hatte alles nötige (großen Luxus sollte man jedoch nicht erwarten). Die Hängematte vor der Hütte war ebenfalls schön zum entspannen. Wir empfehlen auf jeden Fall für ein paar Stunden ein Kayak auszuleihen und natürlich mit dem Roller den Rest der Insel zu erkunden.

Die Unterkunft ist zwar etwas abgelegen auf der Insel und es gibt keine wirklichen Supermärkte oder ähnliches, aber für uns war das genau das richtige. Mit dem Slowboat kann man auch direkt zu dem Dorf fahren und muss nicht mit dem TukTuk quer über die Insel. Billiger ist es auch und ein Abenteuer ebenso ;)

Nothing to fault

Super accueil, un peu éloigné de l'embarcadère, mais les gérants nous ont envoyé des tuc tuc pour assurer le transfert. Restaurant exceptionnel, le meilleur de l'ile, la gérante SEI est une super cuisinière et fait les meilleurs cocktails. locations de scooters, et de kayak pour se promener dans la mangrove. Plage à proximité et départ de randonnées direction plages de cocotiers, ou cascades ou on peut se baigner.

Le tour en kayak vers le village de pêcheurs est très facile et agréable

C'est vraiment très rudimentaire, et la mangrove sous les pilotis était à sec, laissant apparaître boue et déchets, peu accueillant et propice aux moustiques !

This place was awesome. Slept in bamboo huts Clean tidy. On the mangrove swap. Expect the odd lizard about. Host was so friendly and here food was delicious. All home made and homemade bread too. Stay three night low season had place to ourselves. Loved it here. For an experience not to forget go. You can even hire kayaks out and we saw an otter!

Lilys river house was a wonderful place to stay! We rented kayaks and went through the fishing village and down to the ocean! The food was incredible and the property was beautiful.

It was a bit hot sleeping with only the fan.

We loved this one. The room is very nice, the food is excellent and the staff are really helpful. I asked them to arrange a surprise dinner for me and my boyfriend and they went all out! Also we did the boat trip and it was veryyyy good, but they need a minimum of 5 people so we were quite lucky that it was possible. They also have puppies at the moment!!

It is quite expensive to get there, as its located quite far from the pier. Also we would recommend to rent a scooter to go to Lonely Beach (or anywhere else), because the walk was more than 45 minutes, and we are pretty fast walkers. But its whatever you prefer :)

Beautiful vibe

We loved everything about our stay at Pappa Pippo hotel! The location was fantastic, a short five to ten minute walk to Otres beach which was beautiful and quiet, perfect for swimming. It was around a 20 minute tuktuk into the main city, and it was so nice to come back to Pappa Pippo for some peace and tranquillity. It is a small hotel with 14 bungalows placed around a swimming pool. There is a cafe/restaurant which has really good drinks and food. We also met some other travellers staying and all were really nice people! We would recommend our stay to everyone and all. Thankyou so much to the staff for taking care of us and we will hopefully return one day!

We liked everything, really nice familiar atmosphere, calm place, really good restaurant, taking the kayak was a lot of fun!! Everyone is really helpful and the Bungalows are cozy and the bathroom super clean.

Remote location away from too many tourist hotspots. Family run feel.

Lily's was amazing, perhaps the best accommodation of our 3 week trip. We loved everything about it, from the friendly staff to the amazing restaurant and facilities. All the food at Lily's is homemade, and it's fantastic. The owner was more than happy to organise all transport too. I'll be coming back next time I'm at Koh Rong.

I booked Lily's specifically because of the "Lily's Adventures" reviews. Everyone raved about how fantastic the boat tour was and this was the main factor for us. Unfortunately, for the 3 nights we stayed at Lily's, there was no boat tour either because the boat was broken down or there were not enough people to go on the tour. This was a huge let down as we were unable to go snorkelling, fishing etc.

We absolutely loved Lilys riverhouse!! The huts are perfect, comfy and peaceful and in a beautiful setting along the river and amongst their chickens and dogs. They also have the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had!! I got it so many times and I don’t usually order western food.. although all of their food was really good! Lily is the cutest little girl and her mom is amazing, their place has it all! She makes the dough for the sandwich fresh every morning! We loved chilling in the restaurant with a bottle of wine watching the sun go down by the river. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. The owner helped arrange a scooter rental for us and a boat trip. We really liked the location, being away from the craziness of the south of the island and a really cute village to walk around.

It would be nice if there was cold water refills available included in the price, and if the kayaks were free for guests. Everything was an additional cost but it was also worth it so would happily be back!

We had a great stay at Lily’s Riverhouse! The location is beautiful at the edge of the mangrooves. The bungalows are cozy and have everything you need. The food in the restaurant was great! They do great snorkeling/fishing tours (incl. sunset snd plankton) - we had a lot of fun! the staff is very helpful and nice! we would have stayed longer!

A wonderful place to stay, we enjoyed every minute! The family running it are lovely, and we found Lily their daughter such a funny and happy girl - so lovely! Pillows are the comfiest we’ve had in Asia, and the place was super clean and comfortable. 5$ kayak rental was amazing too. We would highly recommend staying here on Koh Rong and hope to be back one day :)

Even though filtered water was only 50 cent for refills we hoped it would’ve been free. All the other places we stayed at on Koh Rong/Koh Rong Sanloem had free refills - but this was the only negative!

A lovely, quiet family run guesthouse. The small village close by is very beautiful and peaceful.

Staff were very nice, the location was very peaceful at night, in the daytime there is some construction work going on but this wasn't a problem. We went kayaking on the river and noticed a river bar/restaurant. We went to it later and there was an otter that kept coming up the steps into the bar to ask for food, it was so sweet. On the last night we saw fireflies which were amazing, just like twinkling fairy lights on a Christmas tree.

There was nothing we didn't like but felt 3 nights was enough as it's quite remote

Best location, food, room, and staff in Koh Rong!

The staff is super sweet, the bungalow extra clean. Super peaceful place, but you need to be in the mood to relax. We rented bikes on one day to go to Koh Touch, and the rest of the time focused on relaxing by the river.

This is my second visit. On first first visit a month ago, I left my Yeti water bottle with the tuktuk driver and the owner of this property was really kind to keep the bottle for me. I love this place because it's quiet and serene. Will come back!

Very clean, spacious and beautiful setting.

This property is an absolute gem, the place is excellent, the huts are lovely nestled in the mangroves you get to see fish, fire flies and all manner of other things staying out with nature. The food and drinks are very reasonably price especially on the island where things can be more expensive than on mainland and honestly the food is incredible and by far the best food we have ate in our 3 week trip around Cambodia. The location is perfect lonely beach is a 25/30 minute walk which is arguably the best on the island it’s quiet picturesque and a stunning place to see sunset. They also do kayaking from the hotel where you get to go through the fisherman’s village which was amazing. The staff at Lilys river house are the best they are lovely, kind very helpful and hard working to ensure everyone has a wonderful stay I highly recommend anyone to book this place if I could give 10 stars I would

- a bit of the grid and not much to do near by, next nice beach either approx 1h walk or you need a motorbike - too many roosters in the early morning

Lilys is very unique and special because it is owned and run by a local family that are meticulous in offering the best food and service. The restaurant offers the most delicious and high quality meals at very reasonable prices. We went to Lilys before going to a big resort on long set and the food quality at long set was far below Lilys and more expensive. The rooms are lovely and you really feel like you are having a different and memorable experience staying right on the river. We kayaked all the way to the beach through the village and swam on the beach. We also did the boat tour and absolutely loved it.

My 15 year old daughter didn’t really like the cold shower but I loved it.

You step to the area first and you fill " yes this is the place..." Very authentic, very clean. The owner family is just adorable. The rest of the staff is very friendly as well. Can rent out a kayak or scooter. We just loved it here.

The place would suggest good night sleeps but unfortunately that's not the case. There are several roosters in the area and weirdly they crow at around midnight every night(in my country they do that only at sunrise). Also there is a new temple under construction not far and about two days a week the monks play some traditional music from the very early morning and it's on all day (at least that's my understanding) So overall I still highly recommend the place but if your stay is about resting a lot maybe the noise part has to be taken under consideration

Lovely Guest house run by Ah Sey and family and little girl Lily. We enjoyed being very near the fishing village and meeting local people. We liked the canoeing on the river and going through the village. Beautiful Lonely and Palm Beach location. Thanks for a nice stay.

The way to go is a bit difficult but also an adventure if you are on your own scooter.

Lily's Riverhouse is located on the outskirts of a small town on the banks of a river. The owner (we called her Mama Lily) is an easy going woman, with excellent command of the English language. The restaurant/bar is the place to meet people of all walks of life. We loved the "happy birthday" song next to the Christmas tree by the future "Cambodia has talent" winner. Wish we could have stayed longer in this wonderful place!

We were instantly welcomed and felt very much at home at Lily's Riverhouse. We stayed 4 nights in one of the thatched bungalows and really loved being at this end of the island - being in the village was interesting and we went all over the island by scooter. Facilities are simple but that's part of the charm. The bed was really comfy. We tried lots of food and it was all lovely. A great stay and everyone was so friendly, we were sad to leave!

Very nice place and food, a true hidden gem

Fantastic accommodation ran by a kind family who go above and beyond to make your stay good. Great boat tours where you can fish, watch sunset, and swim with bioluminescent plankton. Great food with a wide variety of options at a very good price. You can see beautiful wildlife, such as fireflies in the trees on the property - which is amazing!

We haven’t down rated lily’s for this as it is personal preference, but we preferred the beaches on the other side of the island (so do research beforehand on what beaches you want to be by!) Also lots of critters in the room - but to be expected so again, not the fault of lily’s! Just for awareness. One ask would be that a new fan is put into the room we were in as it was not strong enough. Other than that, perfect 👌🏼

The staff is lovely and the food of the restaurant is mostly very good! It was possible to pay by card and there was wi-fi in the restaurant which is not to be taken for granted on Koh Rong.

It's a bungalow in the nature and of course that means you should be prepared for nature. In 2 nights we've had a cockroach, a bat, and most possibly rat poop in our bedroom. We took it with humor but I imagine not everybody is made for this. The bungalow is quite far off from the pier/touristy village in the south and the last few hundred metres there is only made of sand which is not for the light-hearted bikers.

Everything was absolutly amazing! It was clean and modern! We felt really really comfortable and would have loved to stay another week. The main house is cozy and they serve sooo good food and drinks there. You might have to share with Lily but thats okay shes a sweet little angel! I really recommend going there its worth a experience and for what you get its really affordable!
