The air conditioner didn't work well. It was very uncomfortable. Had to check in at a different location 3 flights up no elevator or ac and then go to apartment.

Loved this hotel! Definitely don’t be put off by the entrance. It is a little shabby chic, but the hotel floors are renovated & lovely. Our room was fantastic! Had a sofa, separate toilet in the bathroom & brilliant aircon. Kettle & fridge also in the room. Access to the spa was wonderful! We had exclusive access & it was such a lovely place to relax after a lot of waking, as the sun set- you can see St Peter’s Basilica from there. Contact from the hotel before arrival was great & the staff were all friendly & helpful. Brilliant location near the river, Vatican City, Plazza Navona, the Pantheon etc. We got the bus to the hotel from the train station & it stops right outside. Super easy route.

Huoneiden ilmastointi toimi hyvin. Sijainti erinomainen - 5 min. Castel sant Angelosta, 10 min Vatikaanista kävellen. Hotellin virkailija (nuori mies) erittäin ystävällinen ja avulias, kaikki hotellin pisteet hänelle!

Aamiainen oli todellinen pettymys hintaan nähden, mm. mehu annosteltiin laseihin kuin päiväkodissa, ts tarjoilija ei uskaltanut antaa mehutölkkiä asiakkaiden käyttöön. Kun sitä pyysi lisää, sai hädin tuskin puoli desiä extraa. Hedelmiä tai jogurtteja ei ollut tarjolla. Hotelli mainosti itseään katolla olevalla altaalla, mutta ei kertonut että sen käyttö maksaisi erikseen yli 30e /h. Vesi oli myös 30 asteista, joten kuka haluaa mennä sinne "viilenemään" kun ulkona on muutenkin 35-40C. Suihkun lattiakaivo aivan tukossa, joten vettä valui yli kopin kynnysten. Sai sitten käyttää kylpypyyhkeitä niihin.

As fotografias disponiveis no booking não mostram a totalidade do espaço, apresentando uma qualidade superior à realidade. O pátio tinha bastantes vespas, nao sendo seguro para tomar o pequeno almoço. O jaccuzzi era pago extra. Os chuveiros nao tinham boa vedação. Para além de que os corredores do hotel estavam dessarrumados e cheios de coisas. Os funcionários nao falavam inglês, e a gerência nao estava presente. Deixamos carta de reclamação no espaço. Desconfiamos que o ar condicionado nao era bem mantido

The location cannot be beaten.Its a short walk to nice restaurants and it is so central , you can easily access all there is to see in old Rome

I require a wheelchair some of the time and you need to carry it up one flight of stairs before you can access a very narrow elevator.a light folding chair is recommended

The location is good it is close to Piazza Navona, Vatican City and Campo Di Fiori. The air conditioning in both rooms was good. The rooftop is nice but you need to take the tiny lift to it. We were offered free breakfast due to the busted toilet.

The apartments are located on the second floor. You need to carry your suitcase up steep steps and then take the smallest most claustrophobic lift to the second floor. We paid for a superior double room and upon returning to our room after going for a walk we were confronted by a disgusting odour. Appears that the toilet had detached itself from the wall so due to the fact that there is no staff located at the accommodation we had to sleep with the bathroom door closed and the fan on. Health Hazard! The next day it took an hour for a response to our message re the unsanitary bathroom. We ended up moving to a smaller room that was much noisier. We were not refunded any of our prepayment for the more expensive room and all emails have been ignored since our stay requesting a refund for the first nights accommodation.

The location is great. Walking distance everywhere - Vatican, Pantheon & Piazza Navona. The staff is very helpful.

Unfortunately the internet is not very good. The access to the lift is only from the 1st floor and the lift is very small (one person only). Breakfast is very simple.

The host is so kind and they suggested plenty of great places to us!! They really know the city. The location is near everywhere by walk. The air conditioner works extremely well.

I loved how central our place was! We walked everywhere and always felt safe. Our host, Raffaele, was great in giving us suggestions around Rome and was always on point! I would not hesitate to stay here again :)

Excellent location, walking distance to all major attractions. Multiple buses stops nearby. Property has a pre check in option. Everything very well communicated. We were greeted warmly as well a sweet goodbye message too. Room is a normal size of an Italian standard. Nice interior, lovely design, bathroom amenities and coffee machine -minibar provided. Would go again definitely and totally recommended.

Muy lindo alojamiento, la ubicacion es excelente para recorrer caminando los puntos claves del centro histórico. A tener en cuenta que cuenta con un ascensor muy chiquito (solo entran 2 personas, sin valijas) que es muy parecido a un montacargas, y para llegar al ascensor hay que subir unos 30 escalones. La atención del personal fue muy amable y atenta, la habitacion estaba impecable

The location was very central to all attractions and close to so many restaurants. The main street is a little noisy but no big deal. Raphael was so friendly and helpful. He gave restaurant recommendations and helped with transport. He made us feel very welcomed.

The water ran cold a few times. Maybe that is a Rome thing?

Todo estaba muy prolijo y nuevo la gente muy amable tanto en recepción como en la cocina y bar. Camas , almohadas y baños lindos y comodos.

El aire acondicionado muy fuerte en áreas comunes. O sea...funciona muy bien.

A little more variety since we were there four nights. Also a couple times the hot food was only warm and the cold food was also not as cold and crisp as you expect

⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful Property and Wonderful Host, But a Concerning Experience for Families This review is difficult for me to write because there is so much that we genuinely loved about our stay. The apartment itself was beautiful, comfortable, well-maintained, and in an excellent location. It worked very well for our family of five, and the host and staff were kind, responsive, and professional throughout our stay. When an issue arose, they were apologetic and did everything within their power to address it. Unfortunately, we experienced a very unsettling incident that future guests, particularly those traveling with children or teenagers, should be aware of. At approximately 6:30 a.m. on a Sunday morning, our family was quietly waiting outside for an Uber. We were not speaking loudly and were simply sitting together when a man approached the building, unlocked the main entrance with his key, and entered. It was clear that he lived in the building. Without any interaction from us, he began aggressively yelling at my daughter's 20-year-old boyfriend, repeatedly telling him to leave and using profanity. When my daughter's boyfriend calmly opened the door and explained that we were guests staying in the building, the man became even more aggressive. He rushed back toward the entrance, attempted to force the door closed against him, and repeatedly yelled obscenities while pushing the door into him. The incident was alarming and completely unexpected. I immediately contacted the property staff, who were extremely apologetic and promptly notified the building manager. They even encouraged us to contact the police. While we appreciated their support, we chose not to pursue that option because we wanted to enjoy our remaining time in Rome rather than spend it dealing with a formal complaint. What saddened me most is that this appears to be a challenge beyond the control of the host. The property itself is lovely.

We really loved Navona Sky Palace! The location was perfect with the Vatican, Piazza Navona and Pantheon all within short walking distance. Our room was very spacious, clean and bright! Staff were excellant and very welcoming, giving us lots of tips and recommendations for our trip!

The Wi-Fi was a little temperamental and the small lift is only accessible from the first floor. This may be challenging for guests with mobility issues or anyone travelling with heavy luggage.

The location was relatively convenient. It was easy to reach a staff at the hotel, who responded to my WhatsApp messages quickly

The 2 bedroom apartment was extremely uncomfortable. It was cramped, dark, with low ceilings and doorways, poorly equipped (no hooks for towels, many fixtures broken, awkward too small bathroom (can't stand straight in the shower) and kitchen, and having to go up and down a narrow, steep staircase constantly. It was the most uncomfortable accommodation I've ever experienced, including all my previous stays at Airbnbs. It is definitely not worth the price that we paid.

Location was perfect. Rooftop has a great view. Raffaele was extremely helpful with everything, from luggage to the best spots in town

El asensor es muy lento que la terraza cierra muy temprano o en temporada alta Podrían mejorar el desayuno y que haya más propuestas saludables Las sábanas viejas con bolitas al igual que los colchones y tenían olor sucio que era el Que traspasaba del colchón que también estaba en mal estado el género que lo cubría ! El baño se inunda todo cuando te bañas en el cuarto 102 no hay cajonera para guardar más cosas solo en percha que también se rompen con facilidad El resto muy bueno al igual que la limpieza excelente

La stanza è bella e ben arredata. Centralissima e vicinissima alle attrazioni più importanti. Le indicazioni per arrivare sono state perfette. Letto molto comodo. Stanza di dimensioni corrette per due persone.

La colazione è stata gestita malissimo. Ho richiesto la colazione per le 8:30 e si sono presentati alle 8:00 : ho detto che avrei fatto colazione alle 8:30 come concordato; purtroppo però la colazione è stata lasciata fuori dalla stanza appoggiata su tavolino senza che nessuno mi avvisasse. La parte salata (uova strapazzate) si è quindi raffreddata ed era immangiabile. Inoltre c'era una brioche ciascuno e mezzo bicchiere di succo di frutta: il succo di frutta andrebbe servito chiuso e non già versato nel bicchiere. Per la cifra pagata la colazione è stata una brutta esperienza. Stanza poco insonorizzata: durante la notte si sentivano autobus e soprattutto auto che passavano sulla strada

Absolutely beautiful rooms, lovely rooftop space for breakfast, the loveliest staff and exceeded our expectations. Rooms were bigger than we expected and not bad views either. Everything we wanted to get to was within walking distance or easy bus routes. Had a lovely welcome and we were given some great recommendations and advice on how to avoid ‘tourist traps’ and scams. Breakfast on the rooftop was lovely, then a room delivery of breakfast on the one day it rained. They were also more than happy to store our luggage on our check out day so that we could make the most of the day before we headed to our next location.

La place à côté de l’hôtel est très très bruyante surtout le soir il y a des restaurants en dessous en terrasse . Pour dormir prévoyez des boules quies .attention il n’y a qu’un ascenseur pour monter les valises et celui se situe au 1er étage pour accéder au 2,3, ou 4 ieme étage

Extremely helpful staff and the location is amazing. All main attractions are reachable by walking! The main host goes out of his way to help you in any way he can.

Just to mention something it is the stairs but in a way it is expected due to the location.

Room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Excellent daily service cleaning room and providing fresh towels. The host Rafael provided great recommendations and local knowledge. He also provided a warm welcome and was there throughout the day continually making sure we had a great stay!

A very clean and comfortable place to stay. Reception very helpful. Close to bus stops and local shop for basics and bus tickets. Restaurant next door was very good value and nice stay. Great place to eat on your first night if you arrive late in the evening.

Perfect location! Walkable to so many places and surrounded by amazing food, wine, and vibes. Host has perfect recommendations and very helpful!

Our host Raffael was incredible!! He gave us so many recommendations and was very hospitable our entire stay, going out of his way to make us feel comfortable and give us advice. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apt which was clean and in a great location.

Unfortunately, we had a few issues with the 2 bedroom apt, which was separate from the hotel itself. The WiFi did not work in either of the bedrooms so we had to go to the common area to be able to use our phones. The neighbor was extremely rude and yelled at us several times just for simply talking in our apartment during the day. He came to our door and screamed at us for having a conversation in the living room at normal levels for 2-3 minutes with the door open and also banged on our walls if we talked in the bathroom, which apparently shares a wall with his apt. It was a huge bummer because we felt like we had to whisper in our apt no matter what time of day it was. Raffael was extremely apologetic for these encounters and went out of his way to make up for it. We had family staying in the normal hotel rooms in a slightly different location and they had no issues, so this is only a problem for the separate 2 bedroom apt.

Poloha ubytovania - všetko dostupné na pešo, bez nutnosti používať dopravné prostriedky (samozrejme okrem cesty z/na letisko). Ubytovanie bolo čisté. Rušná ulica po oknami nám nevadila - na noc sme zatvorili okná aj drevené okenice a pohoda (náš apartmán nemal pod sebou pizzeriu). Vírivka potešila. Potešil aj veľmi pomalý výťah, ktorý sme využívali ráno kvôli raňajkám na terase.

Raňajky boli každý deň rovnaké. Mobli by to trochu obmieňať.

Rafael was amazing! He was so kind and the recommendations he gave us for the area for different restaurants and cafes that were excellent. They helped us with holding baggage and tips for around the city. The room was beautiful. Really just above and beyond in every aspect.

The only downside was it's on a very busy street with alot of sirens when walking to and from the hotel. But with the windows closed we couldn't hear them in our room. It's more something to note for the area then the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay - lovely large bed and great sized room for a city hotel. The mattress was very comfortable.

There was some road noise but what do you expect being located in the middle of the city. It wouldn’t put us off saying again. Thank you for a lovely stay!

One of those rare 10/10 gems! The room was really clean and comfortable and offered everything we needed and more. On top of that, the location of the property was beyond our expectation. It was perfectly located with excellent restaurants, cafés, bars and monuments all within walking distance of the accommodation. But above all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming and gave us fantastic recommendations on various restaurants, bars and cafés/bakeries for authentic Roman experiences.

I couldn’t come up with anything I disliked with the property.

Excelente ubicación, super excelente trato de Rafa, limpieza y super cómodo. Solo personar de tercera edad consideren que hay un primer piso sin elevador. Pero salvo eso, calificación 10.

Estancia perfecta, personal muy amable, habitaciones limpias, confortables, ambiente tranquilo, el desayuno muy bueno y amplio. muy bien situado a 500m del Vaticano, cerca del campo di fiore, cerca de plz Navona, bus cerca. Volveria sin dudarlo.

La única parte negativa es que el acceso al primer piso solo es por escalera por lo que gente con dificultad de deambulación o discapacidad puede tener un problema de acceso.

Nasz pobyt przebiega bez żadnych problemów, obiekt jest usytuowany w świetnej lokalizacji, blisko wielu turystycznych miejsc, pokoje sa w pięknym stylu i kolorystyce, personel bardzo pomocny. Zasłony zaciemniające, Daly nasz szanse nie wyspac.
