Location is great. Close to all the landmarks, shops, restaurants

No soundproofing- could hear arguing outside of our room early hours, road works, the street noise was so so loud it kept us up. The shower temperature was temperamental- mostly cold. The pumps for the shampoo and shower gel didn’t work so can to take them off the wall. Wood lice in the bathroom Paid for a balcony with seats but the seats were small backless plastic stools not like the image. Balcony looked so much bigger than it was.

מקום נקי, מסודר, צוות לעניין, חדרים מעוצבים, ארוחת בוקר נפלאה!

Que se divide en dos hoteles. A la hora de hacer la reserva estén atentos de que parte del hotel reservan porque está otro lado del hotel que es más lejos de donde está la recepción

Sé que es una instalación antigua, el problema el ascensor solo 1 y si tienes problemas de movilidad una gran complicación

Lo mejor la ubicación, es limpio, nos tocó el Edificio más moderno en sus instalaciones, el personal es acogedor y amables. Todo estuvo estupendo

nos tocaba ir a desayunar al otro edificio que queda a una cuadra, esto no fue problema, porque el desayuno estaba delicioso

The staff were friendly and very helpful and the location was amazing couldnt have asked for a better location! The breakfast was nice. Nothing fancy but it was nice and very handy in the morning! The beds were also spotless and very comfortable

There was a funny smell in my room but I didnt bother telling them because it wasnt horrendous.

היינו בבניין ברחוב דל קורסו 112, זה לא בבניין של המלון הוטל 55 עצמו אלא ליד צריך קצת ללכת, הם מביאים את המזוודות ושומרים חפצים גם בכניסה וגם ביציאה ובחיוך רב,בחור מקסים בשם davide נתן לנו שרות מהמם, כמו כן, חדר אוכל , ארוחת בוקר והצוות שם מקסימים במיוחד, יחס אישי וחיוך כל הזמן, חדר נקי מאוד ומרווח. הכי טוב זה המיקום, באמצע כל החנויות והמותגים וממש קרוב לכל האטרקציות. אהבנו מאוד♥️🇮🇱

I love how the staff are excellent and respectful! The location is very nice, we can walk to my favorite shops and restaurants are all nearby.

While everything was excellent, the breakfast did not meet my expectations sorry. I only end up eating their hard boiled eggs, kiwi, orange, banana, and a slice of bread. The bread isn’t that great. The croissant is powdered with sugar(you didn’t have to put powdered sugar, croissant is best on its own)

no me gusto que mi habitación quede en otra dirección de la que tenia visto en la web, tienen varias locaciones y segun disponibilidad te asignan, no estaba mal ubicado pero finalmente no era la dirección que tenia en mente y por otro lado teníamos a la cocina del desayunador en frente, se escuchaba mucho el movimiento de trabajo desde muy temprano.

Location was good but very noisy at night. Not serviced throughout our stay, so be prepared to clean up after yourself. For the price I found it very underwhelming. Size of the apartment was good.

Comms, payment via PayPal, not serviced daily or even energy second day, constant noise throughout the night meant we all had to wear headphones to try and get an ounce of sleep. First night we had a pest ring the front door bell which sent a loud intercom throughout the apartment from 1-4:30am every 15 minutes. Clearly some sort of ploy to get into the building which kept us up all night. Very average response from the hotel via WhatsApp which was the only way I could contact them

We stayed in the second building. The rooms are renovated, the bed is comfortable and the interior is quite nise. The location is great. Just a few steps away from the Pantheon and Di Trevi.

The walls are too thin and you can hear everything from the other rooms. We were a bit surprised that on check in we were asked for a credit card for security deposit, as this never happened before. Even more surprised that after we checked out, more than 4 hours later, we were informed that there was some damage to a glass table we didn’t even know we had in the room. Even though the cleaning lady saw us leaving the room in the morning and went inside right away. We can't imagine that is took her 4 hours to clean the room.... So be advised and take pictures of everything in the room on check out because it does seem a bit weird.

Ho pernottato in questa lussuosissima struttura a Roma a due passi tra Piazza di Spagna e via del Corso , per una notte (5-6 agosto corrente anno) per festeggiare a sorpresa il compleanno di mio marito. La suite prenotata era a pochi passi dall’ hotel, elegante con travi a vista in legno , lussuosa e confortevole, il personale super cortese gentile e disponibile in particolar modo la receptionist Martina che a colazione ha regalato a mio marito una super sorpresa con un bellissimo vassoio di dolci offerti a colazione riponendo sopra le candeline che le avevo anticipatamente consegnato. Ha sbalordito anche me per la presentazione del piatto mozzafiato in collaborazione con i camerieri. Che dire … una favola !! Se potessi darei anche 10 ⭐️ sia a Martina che al resto dello staff e struttura. Consigliatissimo !!

Perfecte ligging. Kamer zeer proper, elke dag verse handdoeken en bed werd opgemaakt. Wij lagen in apart gebouw met lift, op zo een 400 m van het hotel zelf . Geen of weinig geluidsoverlast van buiten maar lagen dan ook op 4de verdieping. Ontbijt ok

Zeer kleine douche. Ik weeg amper 48 kg en vond het al moeilijk. Zeer compacte badkamer en kamer maar zeer proper en comfortabel

The rules and regulations of the property, they’re not willing to work with a client at all on any request ,also the pictures showing the property. It seems a lot bigger, but it’s tiny tiny rooms

Do primeiro dia que colocamos a placa para fazerem a limpeza, quando retornamos alguém virou a placa informando o não perturbe. Na segunda vez foi tudo bem e no terceiro dia deveria ser outra camareira que não arrumou bem a cama e deixou as cobertas sobre as malas

A personal na 1*, chlapci z ranajok Glenn, Angelo a Michael mi pomohli pripravit ranajkove prekvapenie pre sestru na jej narodeniny, aj jej spievali, z celeho srdca im este raz dakujem. The location is very convenient.

However, one downside is that the room is located in a separate building, which can make things a bit inconvenient. For example, if you need water or anything else from the main house, you have to go to the other building.

The location was amazing. So close to the Spanish Steps and metro access. Also right on Via Del Corso for shopping and food options.

Beds were a little on the hard side. Air conditioner was weirdly placed behind the curtains so we had to move the curtains away to get the cool air flow. Small lift which was slow so you ended up having to use the stairs most of the time.

**חוויה מזעזעת – ממש לא מצדיק מלון 4 כוכבים** לצערי, החוויה שלנו ב־Hotel 55 הייתה פשוט בלתי מתקבלת על הדעת. במהלך השהייה שלנו, עגילי יהלומים של אשתי נעלמו מהחדר. לאחר שפנינו למשטרה, העגילים הוחזרו לנו. מבחינתנו, עצם העובדה שנאלצנו לערב את המשטרה כדי לקבל בחזרה רכוש שהיה בחדר שלנו היא דבר חמור ביותר ופגיעה קשה בתחושת הביטחון. בנוסף, ביום העזיבה התעכבנו בכ־20 דקות בלבד בצ'ק־אאוט, ועל כך דרשו מאיתנו תוספת של **50 אירו**. כאשר מחיר הלילה שלנו היה בערך 100 אירו, דרישה של 50 אירו עבור עיכוב קצר כל כך הרגישה לנו פשוט לא הוגנת ולא שירותית. ממלון שמציג את עצמו כמלון 4 כוכבים ציפינו להרבה יותר – בעיקר ביטחון, אמינות ושירות הוגן. לצערי, זו הייתה חוויה מאוד מאכזבת, ואנחנו לא ממליצים על המלון ולא נחזור אליו.

**Extremely disappointing experience – definitely not what we expected from a 4-star hotel** Unfortunately, our experience at Hotel 55 was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. During our stay, my wife's diamond earrings went missing from our room. After we contacted the police, the earrings were eventually returned to us. The fact that we had to involve the police in order to get our personal belongings back was extremely disturbing and made us feel very uncomfortable about the security of the hotel. On top of that, on the day of checkout, we were delayed by only around **20 minutes**, and the hotel charged us an additional **€50**. Considering that our room cost approximately €100 per night, charging €50 for a 20-minute delay felt completely unreasonable and very poor customer service. For a hotel presenting itself as a 4-star property, we expected much better – especially when it comes to security, trust and treating guests fairly. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. We would not recommend this hotel and will definitely not be returning.

Amazing clean space with great air conditioning that you will NEED in Rome especially in summer! Amazing and professional service and a very affordable price for such a fancy place.Very good location in the city center, its 15minutes walk to the pantheon , around 30min to coloseum and like 5minutes to the trevi fountain! We had a room in the other building but its absolutely non issue-it was 1minute walk from the main building and we got our suitcases already waiting there when we came later when our room was available!(we did check in at like 10am and left our luggage there at reception)I have nothing to complain about in this hotel. Thank you!!

The location of the hotel is excellent. We were on the first floor. The rooms are quiet and very clean. The staff is helpful and very nice and efficient.

The bed in the room is very small. I didn't see that they specified the bed size and maybe I missed it. But a 140/200 bed shouldn't be in a hotel room, especially since there's room for at least a 160 bed in the room. The thing that was unpleasant was the imbalance in the temperature of the water in the shower. Even though you set the temperature, the water is suddenly hot and suddenly cold. Even though we asked for it to be adjusted, it wasn't.

Camera al 3º piano senza ascensore, molto faticoso salire se non si è ragazzi. Una volta c’è stato un disguido è non ci è stata rifatta la camera e abbiamo dovuto chiedere gli asciugamani nuovi. Capita che la camera sia in una struttura differente rispetto alla reception e rispetto alla colazione, circa 3-5 minuti e si raggiunge tutto

The proximity to all main attractions was very good, and this is the main advantage of the hotel. The rooms are rather small but comfortable and have everything needed for your stay. The staff and the breakfast was great.

Genel olarak temizdi ve çok memnun kaldık. Erken ulaşmamıza rağmen odamızı hızlıca hazırlayıp girişimizi yaptırdılar. Otelde iki gecelik balkonlu odayı tercih etmiştik ve iki gece kaldık. Balkonun pek bir farkı yok. 3. Gün kalmak istediğimizde temel seviye bir odaya geçmek durumunda kaldık fiyat olarak daha düşük olmasına rağmen çok daha büyük konforlu ve güzel bir odaya geçirdiler. Konum olarak da gayet iyiydi tercih edilmeli.

ארוחת הבוקר הייתה נחמדה, לא מגוונת במיוחד, אך הצוות ממש נחמד ונרתם לכל בקשה והשתדל , ואותנו זה סיפק בכדיי לצאת לדרך. מעבר לזה המלון מוקף מקומות לשבת בהם וליהנות מקפה אוכל ועוד.

Хотелът има две сгради .Аз наех голяма стая с още по-голяма тераса в новата сграда. Всичко беше ново и чисто. Локацията е страхотна!

Very Small room. Likely the smallest I've done in hundreds of rooms. Rooms were not in the main building so no car service knows how to find it. The main enterance door was left wide open during the middle of the night with rift raft on the streets. Awful hallway smell from the cleaning products.

Locatie was heel goed en meerdere populaire plekken waren op loop afstand. Personeel bij de balie was arrogant en niet behulpzaam. Personeel van schoonmaak was heel vriendelijk en werkzaamheden werden heel goed uitgevoerd complimenten voor hun.

1. Bed en kussens waren verschrikkelijk wij werden elke dag wakker met nek en rugpijn en konden nooit uitslapen. 2. Airco was alleen in de slaapkamer en werkte niet naar behoren terwijl de kamer heel klein was, badkamer had geen airco waardoor het niet vol te houden was met 37 graden buiten. 3. Ontbijt was beperkt en onhygiënisch servies wij hebben 1 of 2x kunnen ontbijten en voor de rest zijn we niet meer gaan ontbijten. 4. Personeel bij de balie was heel erg arrogant en je wordt misleidt door valse informatie wat betreft hoe laat je naar de hotel mag rijden met je eigen auto in verband met ztl zone. 5. Verschrikkelijk veel geluid hotel is heel erg gehorig je kunt iedereen horen douchen en als iemand de deur dicht doet hoor je dat heel goed. 6. Doe je zelf een plezier en ga hier nooit maar dan nooit verblijven!!!!!!!!
