Unfortunately, the lack of responsiveness made us feel that our reservation wasn't being taken seriously, so we decided it was too risky to continue with our booking. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this camp. Travelers should be aware that if you need assistance before arrival, you may not receive the support you expect.
