L'isolation phonique car entre la route passante dès 6h et un mariage organisé pas loin, ça faisait bcp de bruit dans la chambre.

No windows. It was dirty, the first room they tried to put me in had lots of black mold, lots of cockroaches. Should have been cheaper for what you get.

Heureusement qu’il y a la climatisation, car dans les chambres il n’y a pas de de vitres à la fenêtre, ce sont juste des volets fermés. Donc la chaleur peut vite rentrer à l’intérieur.

Reviewed Mar 15, 2026Good sized room in the separate villa, with a reasonable sized bathroom, and a shared balcony, so plenty of space. The shower was nice and hot. Very good value for money. Friendly, welcoming family business. Restaurant onsite where we enjoyed and evening meal one evening and with good basic breakfast available for a small fee. Good laundry service, clothes came back nice and clean.
Room service staff did not replace the toilet roll etc when empty but when followed up, this was easily addressed.

I didn’t like the rooms. The First room was quiet depressing … The second room was better but still not good. The matrasses were hard 😞

Reviewed Jan 23, 2026- la famille qui tient cette guesthouse est adorable - les lieux sont très propres - les parties communes extérieures sont agréables : plusieurs endroits pour se poser, de la verdure.... - la chambre familiale avec balcon est en réalité un appartement,: 2 chambres séparées, salon et terrasse - pickup gratuit à la gare routière - pas de p'tit dej inclus, mais restauration à la carte - à partir de 2.75$ - plusieurs tours proposés : nous avons essayé la 1/2 journée avec les classiques de Battambang (bamboo train, chauves souris, tours dans la campagne....) à 25$

Reviewed Dec 3, 2025The room was clean and spacious with air conditioning, a kettle and hot water. The staff were very kind. They helped me with everything. They arranged for a tuk tuk to pick me up at the boat station and take me around, they got me tickets to the circus, and there's even a restaurant. The owner even advanced me money for the tuk-tuk until I found an ATM to withdraw cash. I needed strong Wi-Fi for work, and it was flawless.

Tout est a disposition pour nous proposer des visites et un chauffeur/guide de tuk tuk, Mao, très professionnel. Sa conduite était délicate, ses explications des visites le plus détaillés possible et ses propositions de lieux de restauration au top.
Les équipements un peu rustiques. Des matelas très très fermes.et la difficulté de se faire comprendre pour les repas.

Alles war sehr alt. Wenig Seife, die nicht aufgefüllt wurde. Das Badezimmer hatte schon Wasser auf dem Boden als wir ankamen und trocknete nie. Die Zimmer wurden nicht gemacht und Wasser gab es auch nicht. Das Frühstück sosolala. Der Cappucchino war teurer als in der Stadt!

The room was a little stuffy but it was very humid that day. The location was a bit out of the way from the main town area but we didn’t mind as we like to get the steps in.

Some coat hooks would be useful in the room to hang stuff up.

Staff were very helpful with organizing all of my activities to ensure I was taken care of. A very relaxing experience and recommended. Everything is a short tuk tuk ride away in BTB.

We chose the third one and the driver was extremely nice and explained everything to us and gave us our time. The rooms were also very clean.
