Provider-sourced guest reviews.
Great hosts and gorgeous vicinity. The antique decor was terrific all around and the rooftop view was magnificent. The hosts very graciously provided me a neat room and recommendations for restaurants and touring the old city. Would definitely visit again, worth every penny!
The only thing to like about this stay was its location. It's at the central location.
Cleanliness, room service, facilities, food
Location and proximity to blue city
The approach road is narrow. If you have heavy luggage you will need to carry them 100mtrs to reach the guest house. Good for backpackers
I like asthetic look of the haveli. Owner herself has kept involved to keep the haveli asthetic experience. Rooms were clean & property was photogenic we had clicks lots of photos
Restaurant food was not good at all
I just stayed at this property from 1st dec.to 3rd dec. , and I was mesmerized to see perfect blend of historic charm and modern facilities .Absolutely liked everything about this property. From delicious dining options to cozy rooms with stunning views,Their staff behaviour is also excellent, and the hostess made feel incredibly welcome with such grace and efficiency. It made the stay seamless and stress-free. I would love to visit again.
It's a lovely old blue house in the old town. The owner and receptionist were very kind and gave me useful advice. But the best thing were really clean towels and bed sheets. I had a good stay despite the inconveniences described below.
There wasn't much room to put your things on. There were only two hooks on the wall for hanging clothes. The mattress was rather worn out and sagged. No curtains meant that at night there was still much light in the room. The old shower although with nicely hot water was extremely slow and it was better to take a bucket wash.
Et hyggeligt sted med en meget personlig indretning.
Shuti was an amazing host as well as her son. She was tentative and answered any questions I had. She even helped me organize my bus and a tuk-tuk. I would highly recommend this stay!
It's a very old house, so the shower is very slow.
The first property was very good It was 400 years old haveli. Ms Shruti was so helpful. I was staying with my family for 4 days At that time I felt like staying at my home, The way the owner treated and cared for every need was beyond expectations. Ms Shruti treated us as family members.. must recommend staying here ..
Very good host. Good food .
Location
Very nice haveli right in the old city of Jodhpur, amazing terrace with a stunning view of the fort and the city! Available food options for breakfast, lunch, dinner. We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay and I highly recommend it!
We had a great time in this heritage 500 year old property . It seemed as if we went back in time . We knew from the previous reviews that this hotel seemed different and we were correct . It's in perfect location to explore the attractions . Just with 10 minutes walk you can reach the mehrangarh fort . We even had a walking tour all around the fort . The room was comfortable and we were upgraded to superb room with the fort view . The toiletries smelled fantastic and they provided us with extra towels and sheets. Room was way exceptional ,cozy bed was much comfortable . Geezers were working perfectly . Breakfast was outstanding ,with poached eggs , quesadillas, pancakes served with tea and good machine coffee .Food menu seems very exciting and reasonable . They insisted for having their special Rajasthani thali ..Wow that was so good . They serve fresh juices . The blue heritage haveli was extremely fabulous and staff & management were very courteous and welcoming . We would love to see you again soon .
Everything was good .only car can't reach the property being in a narrow lanes ..
The place was wonderful I really liked thir rooftop it gives best view staff was very welcoming and polite
Lovely place to stay at with a really nice, helpful and welcoming host. The Guest House is in a quiet alley within the blue streets next to the fort. Having a breakfast or just a chai at the rooftop terrace with a view on the fort is quite amazing. The room I stayed at was spacious and cool thanks to airconditioning. Will definitely go back.
My airconditioning at that moment was a bit noisy at times, so put in your earplugs to be safe.
nice rooftop view and good location, very friendly host.
some dirty pillow, some restaurant menu were worse indiand foods but european menu is good.
Very nice place with super view from the rooftop. Beautiful room and good location. Friendly and welcoming staff. Special thanks to Shruti for her availability, advice and friendliness. Would definitely come back if in Jodhpur again.
Wifi connexion a little unstable on the last floor. Nothing else to be mentionned
Money were stolen of 1105 from the purse which was kept at room at the time of roaming outside to visit the places
Cleanliness was very good. Near market
Food quality was not upto the mark. Drinking water is not free. We have to purchase bottle everytime.
Great staff, perfect location, lovely property with tons of antiques and killer 4th floor terrace. Defenitely recommended!
No AC in the room.
It’s a wonderful place and very friendly. Lovely rooftop views, beautiful inner courtyard and all over lovely feel.
All good.
The House was beautiful and the staff were amazing! So helpful and had great recommendations on what to do and where to eat. It was right in the center of Jodhpur and only a short walk away from the fort.

Wonderful location! The view of fort of fort from roof top was stunning! Booked family bunk bed room. Clean and neat it was. Spacious. Only issue was it was in the second floor and there was no lift. But the hotel guy already informed us before booking the same thing, so we were ready for it. Room can occupy 6 persons. 5 mins walk to clock tower. Value for money 😄
No lift.
Great location and value for money.
Not much atmosphere, felt very quiet and empty. The room was very tight for two people.
Amazing building, great staff
This was one of our favourite places that we stayed during our 2 months in India! Lovely vibe, beautiful decor, kind and helpful staff, and fantastic rooftop views of Jodhpur and Mehrangarh Fort from the cafe/chill out area. Our room was lovely, very clean and quiet at night - we slept so well here. Thank you for having us – we hope to return one day.
Almost everything! The staff was so nice, especially the young man at the reception. He was very helpful for any questions we had, and we felt really relaxed and at home. The rooftop view was also amazing, you could see the Merangarh fort from up close, and the entire blue city! A la carte heartfelt breakfast was served there and you could start the day on the right foot. The blue architecture of the 350 y old building was to die for, we appreciated the conservation efforts. The bedroom had everything we needed and we loved the antique furniture. The location was also really practical, within the old city, and you could walk everywhere. We would definitely come back if we are in Jodhpur again!
The electric plugs were not compatible with our European ones, they would need to be changed… We spent a day without charging which was an issue until the man at the reception shared his adaptor with us. Thank you again! Also, we got really scared in the evening, as there are many stray dogs around that followed us and barked. It was not the property’s fault and local people helped us get out of the situation. But we are much more afraid of local dogs now…
Food wasn’t great, so can be improved.
Everything apart from food was great!
The Mehrangarh fort, step well and clock tower are walking distance from the guest house. Room is clean .
The food in the yogis restaurant is not good. The room is clean but very small in size. Also you don't have any arrangements to keep your luggage in the room
I love the ambience of the Guest house.
It's worth saying here but only disadvantage is the parking.
The interior, the decorations, the location l. Wonderful place
It was all good for the price I paid. Thanks
Basic and yet warm and welcoming environment. Owner was very hospitable.view from terrace is amazing and you can sit back and relax the view for hours together.
Access to the place is an issue so you might have to carry your luggage a bit.
Old world feel, nice antiques, quaint corners in the place, roof top seating. We wish the owner improves, expands.
Cleanliness in and around the narrow, congested lanes has to improve. Essential services like fire engine, ambulance cannot navigate streets in case of an event or emergency (God forbid). Too many stray dogs and cattle on the lanes, garbage and dog and cattle poop.
Great location, clean, spacious, reliable hot water. KK in reception was super helpful (I’d been struggling to find a shop that sells black tea bags in Rajasthan so went out of his way to buy some for me).
Cleanness was good, close to the fort, staff was friendly. very happy with this accommodation.
nothing
Great location. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Very clean, easy to find property in the heart of Jodhpur old town. Staff helped us get checked in and get our heavy luggage to our room. The building is beautiful, very authentic with spacious rooms.
Slightly intermittent electricity but we always had light and a working fan / ac unit. Could be noisy at times with the location at festival time but wasn’t bad.
Very pleasant stay. Value for money. We came here as a group of 5 families with kids. Old heritage, very well maintained property. In the heart of the city but still calm and quiet. Host and staff are very friendly and were always there to assist. The Blueberry rooftop cafe has an excellent view and ambience with quality food. The rooms are big and have maintained the heritage view.
The house is near the fort , people are polite and helpful in every way possible. Good place to stay
The view is amazing and it is blue in color
Food I don’t like the food here
The place is beautiful with a central big hall and rooms all around, and nice decorations. Most rooms have a small balcony and there is a rooftop with beautiful view on the castle and correct service for breakfast and dinner. Clean and comfortable.
Be careful of maximum check-in time: 9pm. We arrived only 5 min before...
Adorable hosts in a lovely haveli. Special thanks to Shruti !
Clean room, great location, good roof top restaurant - cook fast and very tasty
Our bathroom window was looking on the street, and in the evening and night was loody
Comfortable, big rooms, some with balconies and all with great views. Cool courtyards and fab roof terrace which serves delicious juices. Run by a very welcoming, kind and helpful lady. Location also perfect, 15 minute walk to the fantastically dramatic fort, and right in the heart of the old city near the stepwell, clocktower and markets.
Nothing!
Nice location, friendly staff, good value for money.
They can improve the rooftop and the terras. Make it more cosy & ask normal prices for hot drinks to attract people.
Great location! It’s pretty cool to stay I. what was the first guest house in Jodhpur…450 years of history thrown into the bargain price. The owner, Schruti is a delight and keen to keep improving her business. I would absolutely recommend this place…I had a cute room and outdoor sitting area. Fab value for money.
The restaurant needs some attention and boss lady is aware of this and working on it.
The staff and the management team was absolutely lovely and helpful. They really do everything to make you feel at home. The roof top with this unbelievable panoramic view offering you from breakfast to dinner is.... Omg... Unbeatable.
The room size was extremely small, uncomfortable if you are two people with luggage and there was only one plug working.
Yogis had so much character! beautifully looked after and decorated. Staff so welcoming, friendly and helpful. located in a nice area close to the sights. Lovely room with seating area and good washroom facilities. Great cafe and staff on the rooftop too, wide selection of food and drinks- the dal fry was delicious! Super close view of the fort too. Loved Jodhpur and this hotel was a big part of why, highly recommended.
the lady who runs the guesthouse is super hospitable, helpful, and flexible. she helped us with every single request we had.
there wasn't anything we did not like
A good location, quite, nice, spacious and comfortable room. A rooftop restaurant was a pleasant surprise. Helpful staff.
We had a lovely few nights stay at Yogis in Jodhpur. Friendly and welcoming hosts and rooms were a good size. The location was great, right in the heart of the old city and felt it was easy access to the sights. We loved the entrance and lush front garden.
Felt the rooftop cafe would have been better maintained, more plants to create a lush place to relax. We weren’t given a bedsheet, only a quilt, which wasn’t a problem when we asked and presumed it was an over sight. Could do with a good dust in room. But overall didn’t ruin our stay and the price was good.
Yogi Guest House had a really amazing vibe, felt super relaxed throughout and the best part was definitely the rooftop view, where you get the best view of the fort. We got the most standard room which was a bit small, but worked fine. It was super clean and the staff were really helpful and friendly. It’s located in a good area, which takes you away from the main busy streets. You will be able to relax and soak up the sun in many of the open spaces throughout the building.
There is a cafe/restaurant on the rooftop where we we had lunch and breakfast, and we weren’t super impressed. However, good to note that we went with more western type dishes here and don’t know how the Indian dishes were.
