The apartment has remote access (it is not necessary to stop by the office to collect the keys). 24-hour remote access.
The apartment is in a private building, there is no reception/staff on site. Before arrival you have to 1) complete the online check in and 2) pay the security deposit online, refundable 3-4 days after check out.
Only once the apartment is ready/available we will give/share the keys. If you arrive before 16:00 you cannot go straight to the apartment. You are welcome to come to our office and storage luggage here while the apartment is ready.

Guests will receive a rental agreement (check in/registration online) which must be completed and signed prior to arrival.
In respect of hygiene guidelines, we do not leave cooking staples like salt, oil, etc.

When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 12 euros per pet/per night.
Cot and high chairs are also available, and are 6,5 € per item/per night. Subject to availability.
Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00.
When available, kindly note that the sofa bed is not pre-set upon arrival, but we’re happy to prepare it if requested in advance.
A damage deposit of 200 € is required before arrival, this is the minimum amount. It depends on the type of the apartment booked. This will be collected by card only (Visa or Mastercard). You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Our accommodations provide a unique experience, distinct from the hotels. While daily cleaning services are not included, we ensure your comfort with a final cleaning and an additional cleaning every 7 nights. For guests who prefer more frequent cleaning, this service is available at an additional cost. Please contact us for further details and pricing.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Great location. Apartment was spotlessly clean and looked just as in photos. Very bright and airy. Towels provided even a few dishwasher tablets and washing powder left for our convenience. Apartment accessed via phone app which was really easy to use. Reception staff were so helpful and answered all questions very promptly. Cases can be left at Reception until check in or after check out which was great as we had an evening flight. Would thoroughly recommend!
No wardrobe. Pole in one of the windows in the bedroom, but only at waist height. No good for hanging up clothes. We only stayed for 3 nights so basically lived out of our suitcase. This being said I would still stay here again without hesitation.

Regarding the house where the apartment is located: an incredible courtyard, and the smell is in general, wow! in general, I highly recommend it! there are hangers, a washing machine, a full-length mirror, smart TV
no slippers, but it's not critical 😅 and the distance to the sea, 25 minutes walk, for me it was a long time :( but the apartments are in the very center, so that's a plus

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Ļoti fantastisks personāls - sākot ar apkopējām un visbeidzot ar ofisa darbiniecēm. Visas ārkārtīgi laipnas un izpalīdzīgas. Ļoti laba gultasveļa, kvalitatīvi dvieļi. Kopumā mēbeles kvalitatīvas.
4 personām numurs ir par šauru. Kā arī dīvāngulta nav pati ērtākā. Matu fēns - absolūti nepilda funkciju. Mums 3 sievietēm bija grūti žāvēt matus.

Uber transfer from apt to airport is only 16 euros . Train from airport to central Malaga 12 euro one way ( for 4) then a good 10/15 min walk . This isn’t a dislike is just for information . The passageways on way to apt are covered in graffiti, some saying “ tourist go home” you could feel intimidated but this truly does not reflect the accommodation or our experience.

The illuminated historic foundations in the ground-floor apartment (No. 4), combined with the sensitive restoration, make staying here a truly unique experience. The amenities are excellent, everything is spotlessly clean, and having two large bathrooms feels like a real bonus. The location is fantastic – everything is within easy reach, including attractions, shops, and restaurants, yet the apartment itself is wonderfully quiet.
There is only one issue regarding the bedroom without a bathroom in Apartment No. 4. There seems to be a problem with the sound insulation in that room, as you can hear very clearly whenever anything is happening in the bathroom of the apartment above. Otherwise the apartment is beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay.

Sisäpihan puoleisissa ikkunoissa ei ole lainkaan eristettä. Ryhmä ihmisiä keskusteli yöllä yli kolmeen mikä teki nukkumisesta mahdotonta, koska ääni kuuluu niin voimakkaasti. Kävin lopulta sanomassa asiasta. Tästä voisi ehkä olla ylimääräinen maininta ohjeissa? Koska ilman tätä olisi majoittuminen ollut täydellinen.

Większa ilość mebli do przechowywania ubrań. Tylko jeden mały wieszak w sypialni. Brak szafy, komody, czy też innego mebla ułatwiającego przechowywanie odzieży

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026L'appartement était très propre à notre arrivée, les équipements et l'appartement lui même semblent très récents. L'emplacement est central mais dans un coin calme, à deux pas du centre historique donc tout peut se faire à pied. L'appartement est très peu exposé à la lumière du jour, un avantage en période estivale avec les fortes chaleurs et la clim fonctionnait très bien.
La cuisine est très bien équipée en vaisselle, équipements et ustensiles, mais l'absence de produits de cuisine de base comme le sel et poivre, par exemple, est légèrement incommode. L'eau chaude mettait longtemps à venir mais il n'y avait pas de problème de régulation une fois arrivée.

Esta un poco escondido, y la zona esta con falta de rehabilitacion en su mayoria, pero andando dos calles estas en el centro asi que no se puede pedir mas.

Przylecieliśmy o godz. 11 i firma, na naszą prośbę już nam o tej porze udostępniła apartamenty mimo, że normalny wynajem zaczyna się od 16! Polecam.
Byliśmy 7 osobową grupom i korzystaliśmy z 2 apartamentów. Jeden apartament miał trochę nietypowy układ pomieszczeń, co powodowało, że ograniczony był trochę ruch. Drugi wynajmowany apartament 100% super.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026The host is amazing and they help you with any information you need. The location is also great, you can walk everywhere you need and have a lot of coffee places, shops and restaurants within 5 min walking. The apartament are also really beautiful and very clean.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Location was great, on the right side of the "river" and the studio was small but had so many amenities - a washer and dryer, juicer and other great kitchen tools. Really liked this place after moving from another place across the river that didn't feel as safe or nice.

We couldn't work out how to get the AC to stay on while in the room but it may have just been a setting we missed.

The ground floor room has almost no sun. Due to the design of the windows in Malaga, if you want to have your window open you must have also the shutters open, meaning that all passers by can see you.

El edificio, cuidadosamente restaurado, es realmente hermoso y conserva mucho encanto. Además, la ubicación es inmejorable, perfecta para recorrer la ciudad y tener todo cerca. Sin duda, volveríamos a alojarnos aquí.

High ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, double bathrooms, large shower cabins, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, large smart tv and excellent lighting in the apartment. Location is central but away from noisy and crowded areas. Professional and friendly staff always available on the phone. Very comfortable bed/pillows.
The sofabed was a bit noisy but it was not big deal for us.

Reviewed May 11, 2026The bedroom and the bathroom were clean. Located just on the outskirts of the central town area so it was fairly quiet. Fully equipped. Really nice to have a washing machine that also served as a dryer.
Located in an alleyway where we often found dog poos (not the property’s fault but still dampened the experience). Couch and chairs in the living area were not super clean - just from age and usage (doesn’t help that they were white so it was extra visible). Swarms of flies were often in the building courtyard area. All windows looked out to another unit (via courtyard area or otherwise).

The rooms are very noisy, we were able to hear our neighbor snore while sleeping and also heard other neighbors playing music while we were in our bed.

The location was brilliant, very central and the staff were so friendly and helpful, always being only a message away and they were always very quick to respond to any queries.
