Even Beach Resort

Klidné místo, skvělé vybavení. Byli jsme v srpnu mimo hlavní sezónu, moře ke koupání nebylo, ale rezort má krásný čistý bazén. Spokojenost.

Het personeel was uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam!! Het zwembad was groot en gelegen in een mooie tuin.

Fijn zwembad, schoon en goed eten. Heel aardig personeel . Sri Lankaans eten was super lekker. Echt een aanrader. Westerse kaart minder tevreden. Medewerkers waren heel gepassioneerd om ons te leren hoe je Sri Lankaans eet.

Het hotel.kan er niks aan doen naar we waren de enige gasten wat vaak wel erg ongemakkelijk was omdat personeel je constant aanstaart en gewoon naast je komt staan, ook als je aan het eten bent. Ligging is absoluut niet aan zee wat volgens de naam en booking.com wel doet vermoeden. Niks te doen in de buurt en het strand is er vol zwerfafval. Prima voor na een lange vlucht maar daarna gauw weer door.

Mooie accommodatie, goed verzorgd, heel aardig personeel, uitgebreid ontbijt.

Very friendly staff who tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Great pool. Restaurant food was good. A 5 minute walk to the beach

We were a bit spoiled in that the hotel was almost empty but in the afternoon the pool was taken over by a couple of local families. They were polite and their kids had a great time but the serenity was well gone.

Clean and very helpful, friendly staff . They were very appreciative of our custom as the situation in Dubai/iran has affected their trade hugely to the extent that we were their only guests !

Extremely kind staff. It feels like home. A very welcoming place, with a magnificent, well-maintained pool. The garden is shady and beautiful, with furniture in very good condition.

Der Strand ist zwar nicht weit weg, aber nicht zum Baden geeignet. Es wird viel Müll angeschwemmt, aber das ist halt leider so

Away from busy city life but an easy journey in for evenings out. Lovely position 3 minute walk from the beach. Impressive large pool and surrounding garden area in a building designed by the owner, who is also the (excellent) hotel masseur.

Nothing, although the electrical units were a bit haphazard.

Clean. Helpful friendly staff. Rooms and bathrooms were nice. Breakfast was very good. The Western breakfast was full English.

For the money it was really good. The pool was huge, close to the beach. Wood fired pizza. You could not ask for better staff. A quiet place to explore the chaos of Negrombo.

Здание отеля и номера действительно хорошие. Внутри чисто, красиво, хорошая отделка. Расположение отличное, чтобы провести пару дней до вылета или после прилета. Возможность поужинать в отеле: повар готовил очень вкусно, нам понравилось. Приятное разнообразие также вносит пицца в меню.

К сожалению, мы не почувствовали себя желанными гостями. Персонал на просьбы реагировал, но внимания особого не проявлял. Вроде и не отказывали, но постоянные просьбы о пепельнице (чтобы не стряхивать пепел на пол или на землю), например (при условии, что в отеле есть номера для курящих согласно букингу), вызывали трудности. Без доп просьбы пепельницу не принесли ни разу. В итоге в последний вечер мы просто использовали упаковку от сигарет вместо нее, персонал это видел, но ничего не сделал. Радушие и истинное дружелюбие проявляла только уборщица, спасибо ей большое за это. На первое утро (провели в отеле три ночи), попросила не убираться в номере (так как мы приехали накануне), в итоге за три дня у нас не проводилась уборка ни разу. Также считаю, что отелю стоит дополнить информацию на сайте, что у них открытый доступ к бассейну не для постояльцев за дополнительную плату. Возможно, мы просто попали в период праздников, но за дни нашего пребывания у бассейна постоянно было от 15 до 20 гостей. Для нас это особой проблемой не было, но считаю, что информация может быть важна для других гостей, ищущих уединения и покоя в отпуске. Также, если увеличивается количество гостей, пользующихся бассейном, кажется необходимым более внимательно следить за его чистотой: в наше посещение вода была мутная.

Abseits gelegen, der in der Nähe befindliche Strand war ungepflegt und keinesfalls zum Schwimmen geeignet!

Great place for people who prefer small, cosy accommodation instead of loud, big hotels with a lot of distractions. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff and super, new swimming pool. And just 10 minutes walk to the beach :) also nice possibility of local sightseeing trips for good price.

The hotel itself is perfectly quiet and silent at night, but somewhere in the town there were loud concerts till late. Maybe it was just the question of time we were staying there - few days after Independence Day.

Nothing to dislike

Gutes Hotel in Strandnähe und nicht weit vom Flughafen ✈️ mit sehr freundlichem Personal und einem tollen großen Pool mit Liegen drumherum. Das Sri Lankische Essen war sehr gut. Für kleine Erkundungstouren stehen zwei Fahrräder kostenlos zur Verfügung.

Das Zimmer war etwas klein und könnte etwas mehr Ablageflächen gebrauchen.

Sehr viele Sitzmöglichkriten außerhalb des Zimmers.

Sehr nette Leute, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Tolles Frühstück! Mega Massage vom Chef.

Der Aufenthalt im Even Beach Resort war rundum wunderschön. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, stilvoll gestaltet und strahlt eine ruhige, entspannte Atmosphäre aus. Das Personal ist äußerst herzlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Die Zimmer sind sauber, komfortabel und liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders gefallen haben mir die Nähe zum Strand und die entspannte Stimmung im gesamten Resort.

Da gibt es nichts.

Zdravím z Frýdku-Místku ČR :)) v hotelu jsme při našem putování strávili 4 noci. Vše bylo absolutně perketní. Ubytování je v přírodě, na pláž je to jen pár kroků, do města jen kousek. Jídlo bylo výborné, personál velmi milý, všude bylo čisto a hlavně klid. Vůbec nic nám nechybělo.

Sehr sehr aufmerksames, freundliches Personal, toller Pool, sehr gutes Essen. Gigantisches Frühstück. Ausgezeichnetes WLAN. Gerne wieder

Sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage, grosser Pool inkl. Kinderbecken zum entspannen, sehr gutes Essen, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Team war sehr hilfreich bei der Planung und Durchführung der Tagestouren. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Nice big garden with fantastic clean pool. Rooms were nice and well decorated. Staff was very friendly but not very good at English. If we asked for 4 omelets for breakfast and asked for 2 normal ones with vegetables and to plain ones, then we got 4 plain ones. If we said we only wanted 2 fresh juice for breakfast instead of 4 because our kids didn’t like them, they would still bring us 4. The manager was very eager and nice. He offered to plan trips and transportation for us, but we arranged ourself as we thought it was too expensive.

Food prices in booking.com is not correct. Breakfast was 2.500 rs. Which we thought was very pricy. In general the food prices was high. Quality was good. But nothing out of the ordinary. We had a family room where 2 twin beds are upstairs. There is a fan up there, but the cool air from the air conditioning does not reach up there, meaning it’s very hot up there. We took down one of the madras’s and all slept downstairs. Transportation from the airport was usd 35. Also in the high end. If we had known the real prices for food. We would have stayed somewhere else.

Beautiful building and room, all renovated. Room with all amenities you can think of. Good restaurant. Kind personnel. Stunning pool.

Newly built 10 room hotel just outside of Negombo. Rooms very clean and well appointed . Staff very helpful and polite. Peaceful and quiet atmosphere overall. Great restaurant with good menu choices including freshly made pizza cooked in a traditional pizza oven large portions good value for money. Fabulous breakfast included in cost of room. There is a very clean large swimming pool in the grounds surrounded by trees so offering some shady areas while swimming. The beach is a 5 minute walk down the lane and the lagoon backs onto the property so you can experience a lagoon boat ride Great place to stay for some peace and quiet with Negombo city 15minutes car drive away would highly recommend and would stay there again

Building seems to be new and gorgeous house in this area among locals. Clean and nice staff. Close to the ocean.

About 10+ rooms in the building, but I was the only guest for 2 nights, which made the stay a bit akward being a woman among male staff.

Sri Lankan Breakfast is the best Black chicken curry with string hoppers is the best

There is nothing we didn't like everything is good and all is in order as we expected.

Calm and quiet place to spend your time, very friendly and helpful staff. Overall is good.
