Absolutely everything was top quality and perfect. The location, my room, the facilities, the experienced & helpful staff, the beautiful breakfast and the top quality restaurant. Lovely surrounding area, with great walks, views and places to visit.

There is absolutely no shortcomings, absolutely nothing at all (honestly) that can be highlighted as a negative.

Es una finca grande y muy bonita. La piscina es magnífica y te permite relajarte mucho. Las habitaciones muy correctas y esta muy bien el restaurante y la zona del desayuno. Sitio bucólico para descansar y cargar pilas

Anlage sehr gepflegt und einfach traumhaft. Personal sehr nett und gibt sich viel Mühe ohne zu übertreiben. Zimmer richtig gemütlich eingerichtet. Sogar Fliegengitter und im Bad eine Fußbodenheizung. Das Frühstück ist super und Abendessen kann man auch sehr gut. Abends gab es sogar Lagerfeuer. Der Pool beheizt und die Bar mit super Getränken. Rundum toll.

The property is surrounded by nature and offers all the amenities. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. Breakfast was very generous, with fresh foods.

Le petit déjeuner était excellent. Personnel aux petits soins. Endroit paisible et très loin des plages et autres restaurants.

Très bon restaurant, aménagement du site très joli, super accueil et service tout au long de notre séjour, jusqu’à la fin où nous avons reçu comme cadeau de départ un délicieux pain fait maison. On reviendra !

Un luogo perfetto, esteticamente e a livello di accoglienza. Dall’arrivo con la spiegazione di tutto alla colazione con i prodotti dell’orto, la piscina di acqua salata, la qualità del ristorante, le bici per andare all’oceano.

Stanza un po’ piccola ma compensata dall’area privata esterna. Avremmo voluto che il bagno fosse completamente chiuso rispetto alla stanza.

We stayed here for a week and we couldn't recommend it more. The staff is just great, super kind and super helpful. The food is amazing and the place is really nice for a beach retreat. Srongly recommended

Uma experiência fantástica no coração do Alentejo! A herdade é um verdadeiro refúgio de tranquilidade, rodeada por uma paisagem deslumbrante e muito bem cuidada. As instalações são confortáveis, limpas e decoradas com muito bom gosto. A equipa foi extremamente simpática e atenciosa! É o local ideal para descansar, aproveitar a natureza e desfrutar da autenticidade alentejana. Recomendo vivamente a quem procura paz, conforto e uma estadia memorável. Sem dúvida, um sítio para voltar!

Wir waren bereits zum vierten Mal hier und spüren immer noch den Zauber des ersten Males. Man betritt das Areal und die Uhren ticken anders. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen und mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet und hat dazu noch eine meditative Ausstrahlung. Das Personal und die Verpflegung lassen nichts zu wünschen übrig.

A nossa estadia na Herdade do Touril foi simplesmente memorável. O ambiente é tranquilo, rodeado pela natureza, ideal para descansar e desligar da rotina. As instalações são impecáveis, muito confortáveis e cuidadosamente mantidas. A simpatia e a atenção de toda a equipa fizeram-nos sentir verdadeiramente bem-vindas desde o primeiro momento. O pequeno-almoço é excelente, com produtos de qualidade, e toda a experiência superou as nossas expectativas. Sem dúvida, um lugar ao qual gostaríamos de voltar e que recomendamos a quem procura conforto, paz e hospitalidade de excelência.

A localização, a trilho que se pode fazer a pé ou de bicicleta. O staff, TODOS tão amáveis e simpáticos. O quarto era espetacular, com uma vista maravilhosa. Wifi sempre a funcionar super bem em todo o lado. A comida no restaurante também maravilhosa.

It is a beautiful property and the restaurant and restaurant staff were great!

It’s a bit far off the trail if you are walking the fisherman’s trail - (maybe a 1/2 mile inland), which makes for a long next day. We took an Uber to Zambujeira the next morning so our walk wouldn’t be so long. The check in process leaves something to be desired. We waited an hour to be shown to our room (although we were offered a welcome drink while we waited).

Calm and quiet, surrounded by nature, between the sea and the countryside, pampered, good food, comfortable.

Absolutely loved this hotel, didn’t want to leave! Gorgeous property. Small number of rooms so service was impeccable even when full. Cocktails by the pool, meeting the on-site farm animals, and a delicious dinner were a perfect way to refresh on the fisherman’s trail. Room was beautiful, with private patio and fridge/coffee. Super comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Would love to return someday.

The property is in a beautiful location. Super quiet and in nature. You can basically start a hike from the front door. Nice pool, good food and the staff was super attentive and kind.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, sehr feines Essen, toller Außenbereich mit Pool, Gartenliegen und Feuerstelle. Alles sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll, wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

Probably the most tasteful, relaxing place I've ever stayed! Seriously no drawbacks, a gorgeous estate, with a swimming pool, bar, restaurant, everything you need for a few days in peaceful luxury. Our group was hiking during the day, and this was the perfect place to arrive at after a long, hot day on the trails!

Very nice hotel staff, an insanely beautiful and tasteful hotel complex, good restaurant, beautiful houses, lots of nature, a dream!

Fantastisk beliggenhet, direkte fra Fisker stien. Landlig, rolig, nydelig atmosfære. Vakre rom, fellesareal, nydelig interiør.

L'accueil, le cadre, le dîner, la qualité de l'hébergement même si la chambre est un peu petite.

La terrasse du petit déjeuner donne sur le parking. Livraison pendant les horaires du petit déjeuner avec un chauffeur qui laisse tourner son moteur pendant une dizaine de minutes.

Beautiful decor, stylish room

Sehr schöne, gepflegte, sehr saubere Hotelanlage. Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Frühstück war wunderbar. Das Hotel für das Abenessen zu buchen ist sehr empfehlenswert, man isst ausgezeichnet und hat eine schöne Aussicht ins Grüne. Es hat auch einen Esel, Ziegen und Schafe die man streicheln kann. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen.

Wundervolle Oase auf der Rota Vicentina, waren leider nur eine Nacht da. Zimmer waren mit Terrasse und Liegen zum entspannen. An der Bar gab es leckere Getränke. Insbesondere das Abendessen war außergewöhnlich gut! das Beste das wir bisher in Portugal gegessen hatten. Das Personal am Empfang und die Bedingung waren alle extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend.

A Herdade do Touril é o que podemos chamar de um oásis no deserto. Tudo muito bem cuidado, staff muito simpático e disponível. O pequeno-almoço é bastante variado e com muita qualidade. Apesar de termos feito o nosso check-in um pouco tardio, 20:40, agilizaram a reserva no restaurante para podermos jantar (a cozinha fechava às 21h). A comida do restaurante é muito boa e o atendimento também muito bom. Tivemos uma situação com a nossa reserva, que por lapso não tinha ficado o nosso filho de 12 anos na reserva, no momento encontraram solução e resolveram tudo. No geral todo o Staff estava sempre muito preocupado com a nossa satisfação e bem-estar. Desde o minuto 1 até à saída fomos bafejados com um atendimento de alto nível. Destaco também o "mimo" que o alojamento dá a todos os hóspedes no momento do check-out, oferece um pão alentejano com uma mensagem de agradecimento. Para quem tem viatura elétrica, destaco também o facto de ser um espaço elétrico "friendly", com 2 locais de carregamento gratuito de viaturas elétricas. O nosso filho já está a pedir por mais, certamente que voltaremos em breve.

Toll gelegenes Anwesen. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Sehr schöner Weg zum Meer. Leider war das Restaurant aufgrund von Sturmschäden geschlossen, hätten wir gerne ausprobiert. Vielen Dank an die freundliche vielsprachige Mitarbeiterin beim Frühstück für den wunderbaren Service!

Wunderschöne, alte Gebäude; sehr schöne Zimmer und Zimmereinrichtung; schöne Außenanlage; sehr gutes Restaurant; sehr gutes Frühstück

Lage nicht optimal für Trekking auf dem Fischerpfad; relativ teuer bzw. große Preisunterschiede (wir haben ca. 170 €/Nacht für ein DZ bezahlt, eine Woche später hätte das selbe Zimmer ca. 110 €/Nacht gekostet)

O senhor Luís foi extremamente prestável e simpático. Forneceram bicicletas sem termos que pagar pela sua utilização. A comida do restaurante estava incrível, tem uma vista maravilhosa, o gin tónico estava muito bem feito. A decoração da herdade é divinal. Têm uma horta biológica e permitem nos alimentar os animais da herdade. Têm um firepit debaixo do céu estrelado incrível.

Adorámos o sítio, é simplesmente paradisíaco. É um verdadeiro refúgio ideal para descansar do stress da vida de uma grande cidade 🏙️🌆. É para voltar, sem dúvida!

Very beautiful location, spacious rooms, great food and friendly staff.

The rooms and grounds are beautiful and the staff were so hospitable. Fantastic place to stay along the Fisherman’s Trail (it’s suitable as a stop after Milfontes - it’s a ~30km day if you skip the first few kms by taking the ferry over the river at Milfontes).

The restaurant was closed but they let me know in advance so no major issue

After a long day hiking on the Fisherman’s Trail with such beautiful scenery it was another surprise coming to Herdade Do Touril & being pampered.

Das Anwesen liegt weit außerhalb der Stadt, doch mit dem Taxi ist das kein Problem. Es war die beste Unterkunft auf meiner Reise! Sehr freundliches Personal, Betten sehr gut, Frühstück top, Abendessen im Restaurant sehr gut.

Der Pool war ziemlich kalt, obwohl als beheizt ausgewiesen.

L'espace piscine est agréable. Le petit déjeuner est magnifique. Le village proche en bord de mer est agréable (terrasses, restaurants...).

Pour le logement, il est vieillissant pour ne pas dire franchement vieilli. Il est grand temps de réinvestir pour retrouver le niveau attendu (en fonction du prix). Nous avions un logement très éloigné de l'espace piscine-restaurant; obligés de prendre la voiture sur un chemin malaisé ou à pied par un sentier pentu et inconfortable. Les logements sont mitoyens, séparés par un muret d'un mètre de haut; adieu l'intimité. Le soir, l'éclairage du logement est très insuffisant. Les photos présentées sont beaucoup mieux que la réalité. Autre déconvenue, nous avions garanti notre réservation en donnant un numéro de carte Visa (avec annulation possible); à notre grande surprise, l'établissement nous a débité le montant total le jour de la réservation, soit sept mois à l'avance!
