Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Uma tranquilidade e um silencio fantástico, só os sons da natureza, na piscina todos os clientes numa sintonia, de respeito pelo silencio que aquele espaço merece. ótimo para quem procura paz. a simpatia dos funcionários é extraordinária.
Pequenas zonas a precisar de manutenção na piscina, mas nada de especial. todo o resto estava bem conservado.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Un piccolo gioiello nella campagna dell’Alentejo! Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni di perfetto relax in questa piccola e tranquilla tenuta. All’arrivo, inizialmente siamo rimasti un pochino perplessi dalla camera rustica ricavata dalle stalle ma poi ci ha conquistato per l’ampiezza, la comodità, il silenzio, il canto dei grilli la notte. Molto piacevole la piscina, soprattutto perché le spiagge della zona sono belle ma il mare è freddo e selvaggio. La colazione è eccellente e abbiamo apprezzato l’honesty bar (self-service, segni tu quello che hai consumato). Lo staff estremamente gentile. Se cercate qualche giorno di tranquillità è perfetto!

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Pequeno almoço fantástico, desde a sala (ambiente muito tranquilo para começar a manhã), até à qualidade e variedade de opções, passando (claro) pelo atendimento irrepreensível não deixando faltar nada e renovando sempre a oferta sabendo sempre tudo a "acabadinho" de fazer. Depois o alojamento que nos calhou ... perfeito ... conforto, tranquilidade, privacidade.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Super fint og hyggeligt sted. Utroligt hjælpsomt personale. Meget imødekommende. Hjalp os da vi ankom meget trætte efter en lang vandretur. Hjalp os med at skaffe mad fra lokal restaurant og skaffe taxi hen til toget da vi skulle hjem. Har kun store roser! Meget hyggelige og rene lejligheder.
Desværre ligger det et par kilometer udenfor byen. Vejen ind til byen er en semi-trafikeret landevej, men man kan låne cykler, og man får udleveret refleks veste, lygter osv. Der er også taxier mm.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026A nossa estadia no Monte do Papa-Léguas superou todas as expectativas! Ficámos alojados num dos estúdios e adorámos o conforto, a tranquilidade e o cuidado em cada detalhe. É um espaço muito acolhedor, perfeito para descansar e desfrutar da natureza em casal. O pequeno-almoço foi simplesmente excelente, muito variado, com produtos frescos e de grande qualidade. Era a melhor forma de começar cada dia. Um dos momentos mais especiais foi acordar ao som dos passarinhos, num ambiente de paz absoluta. A envolvente do Monte transmite uma serenidade difícil de encontrar. E a piscina... simplesmente deslumbrante! Muito bem cuidada, inserida numa paisagem lindíssima, convida a passar horas a relaxar e a apreciar a beleza do lugar. Por fim, uma palavra de agradecimento pela simpatia e hospitalidade de toda a equipa, que nos fez sentir verdadeiramente em casa. Sem dúvida, um lugar ao qual queremos voltar e que recomendamos a quem procura descanso, conforto e contacto com a natureza.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Die Unterkunft war sehr ruhig. Das Personal war sehr nett und hat uns super Tipps für Strände und Restaurants gegeben! Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Wir haben den Pool auch sehr genoßen. Wir konnten auch Mountain Bikes ausleihen und damit zum Strand fahren (Allerdings kein Helm verfügbar), was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Das 2m großes Bett war auch ein Highlight!
Das Zimmer war ein bisschen muffig aber sonst alles prima!

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Es ist eine abseits gelegene, aber sehr schöne Unterkunft . Hier hat man wirklich seine Ruhe und kann vom Alltag abschalten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war super. Besonders gut hat uns auch der stets sauber gehalten Pool gefallen. Bis zum Dorf sind es gut 2km. Da es einen kostenlosen Fahrradverleih gibt, und auch der Taxiservice Bolt gut funktioniert, war es für uns kein Problem.

Overall seems to be marketed as an escape, retreat place... for me an inconventiently located guesthouse with nothing extra special. Room smelled a little mouldy

Reviewed May 10, 2026Wir haben uns hier auf unserer Wanderung auf dem Fischerweg einen Ruhetag gegönnt. Es ist eine schöne ruhige Station, genau was wir gesucht haben. Frühstück war in Bufettform und absolut Spitze. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Schöner, großer Poolbereich mit vielen Liegen.
Die Zimmer und vor allem das Bad sind nicht allzu groß, was aber bei unserem kurzen Aufenthalt nicht nachteilig war. Ein größeres Fenster wäre schöner, das Zimmer war etwas dunkel. Im Sommer dürfte das aber eher ein Vorteil sein.

Reviewed May 5, 2026Es war sehr ruhig und sauber. Die Anlage war sehr schön, das Frühstück reichhaltig und gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man konnte sich wohl fühlen!
Die ruhige Lage hatte als Nachteil, dass man zum Essen gehen, in den Ort laufen oder mit dem Uber fahren musste. Außerdem hatten wir es uns ein bisschen komfortabler vorgestellt am Ende der Welt in Portugal für den Preis. Obwohl es uns gefiel, stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für das von uns gemietete Studio nicht.

Le studio, magnifiquement agencé, avec goût et originalité, la sympathie, la disponibilité ainsi que le professionnalisme du personnel (merci beaucoup, elles ont été super). Pouvoir disposer des Mountain Bikes pour pouvoir explorer la région et se rendre à Herdade do Touril a été un réel avantage.

Only 1 thing that bothered us, hence the slightly lower score. The window had no shutters or curtains, so when the sun got up we couldn’t sleep anymore it was too bright in the room.

Alles ist sehr gepflegt, das Frühstück sehr lecker und die Gartenanlage mit dem tollen, großen Pool wunderschön. Liegt ca. 2 km außerhalb von Zambujeira. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Reviewed Apr 20, 2026Our most beautiful accommodation on the Fischermens Trail. Great location and grounds, nice, large, tasteful rooms, delicious breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. Victor picked us up after arrival in Zambujeira do Mar and the next morning we were brought back to the city for the start of the next stage. For dinner, Victor ordered us a taxi. The communication in advance was exemplary.
There is only one small suggestion for improvement: The onest bar should be optimized with a small fridge with beer and wine.

It is a little far from town to walk in for dinner so we caught a cab, which the staff called to arrange for us. They have bikes to borrow as well.

Reviewed Apr 12, 2026De smaakvolle inrichting, prachtige tuin en zwembad, het heerlijke ontbijt. Na een lange wandeltocht zagen we het niet zitten om terug te gaan naar Zambujeira om te eten. De man was zo vriendelijk om voor soep en croques te zorgen. We werden 's morgens ook naar het centrum van Zambujeira gebracht.
De kamer rook een beetje vochtig.

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026Die Unterkunft liegt zwar etwas außerhalb des Ortes, das Ambiente selbst, die Ruhe, das überaus freundliche Personal und die ganze Liebe im Detail gleicht das aber mehr als 100% aus. Wir waren in der Unterkunft für eine Nacht, als wir am Fishermen‘s Trail gewandert sind. Toll fanden wir auch das Frühstück und das kleine Abendessen (wir haben eine Toast bekommen, der besser als so manches Essen im Restaurant war). Wirklich empfehlenswert hier zu übernachten!
