Very nice place to stay. We really only used it to overnight but next visit to Bacolot we will surely try to book this again and stay longer. Very nice condo with seperate bedrooms. Good for famely off 5 or 6 for sure. Nicely furnished big tv all we wanted / needed. 7/11 downstairs incase you forget something. Super.

Nothing really exept did not like the glass coffeecup .. but thats no issue. Recomment every one this place.

I love how clean the place is. The location is also good. We had a comfortable stay.

Our stay would have been exceptional if the owner provided a parking space. We had a hard time looking for a parking space nearby. Another complaint is that we had to take out the trash and bring it downstairs which is a hassle on our part. Lastly, the other bedroom is more like a walk-in closet. Our other companions slept in the living room instead.

The cleanliness and he space of the property is amazing. It might have a lot of things a kid can touch but we managed. The high chair was a great help. The location is great too. The hosts are very friendly and reachable all the time.

From the moment one enters, the smell assails you. We opened the windows hoping to air it out but the smell clung to the living room. Bedroom no smell but the first night, my daughter was it ching. My essential oil couldn't neutralize the smell. Second night, I was itchy. Didnt use the pillows because too hard. And that extra room with the double deck bunkbed was really a laundry room and our 2 companions had difficulty taking a bath as no shower and faucet was low. Pail leaked water. I had 2 of them sleep in the sala. Next day, I transferred both of them to a hotel. On the third day, my daughter and i transferred to a hotel where we finally had a good night's rest. And we messaged the number of the co-host(?) before we arrived and when we got there, no reply.

We love all the amenities! The big flat screen tv that suits for movie night the washing machine and the super cold room very spacious for the pax of 6 and a very attentive service you can communicate with them immediately. Thank u for accommodating us.

The room was clean when we walked in. Easy to contact the unit owner, they act fast. Big room to put all our luggages. Good location not crowded area of Bacolod. Has easy access to restaurants around the area.

No basement parking access, had to park on the street, no cutleries during our stay (glad we had disposables with us); few hair strands on the floor noticed when we came in; no aircon in the tiny staff room

The place is spacious. Everything that we need were provided. The staff are welcoming and it was very easy for us to check in and out and use the facilities. Little to no hassle at all. The TV is huge. We enjoyed watching Netflix. Our stay was really comfortable. I had a good sleep. There were a lot of extra pillows. I wished we stayed longer. Totally good value for money.

The second room is too small and tight. It looks like a maid's quarter and it's own CR has no shower so the two of us decided to sleep on the two sofa beds. Good thing there's only 4 of us (not 6 which was the initial # of guests, else two would be forced to use the small second room). The sofa bed I slept in is a bit uncomfortable. The remote of the aircon in the living room does not work. And I used my own Netflix account. You should provide a free-to-use account for guests who don't have their own Netflix.

It was spacious.

The place is so clean and is suitable for family or friends. The host and the staffs are friendly also easy to communicate with. The place is definitely Superb and recommendable!! ❤️❤️

This is as advertised, a 1 bedroom with an extra room. The main bedroom was quite comfortable with a queen bed. Alls linens and pillows are provided. The extra room has a bunk bed that sleeps 2 and a washing machine. Not a bedroom, but an "extra" room. What is great about this place however, if there are more than 2 staying, is it has 2 fold out couches that can accomodate 2 people each. The big screen smart TV is huge, so log into your netflix and enjoy your stay. The kitchen has all the necesisities including rice cooker, plates, silverware....

Our expectations were beyond what we expected. So no complaints.

It was super clean, the place is well designed.. I love that there are plates and glasses ready to use, the washing machine is super helpful as we used it to wash our clothes.. the TV was huge, we enjoyed watching netflix! The location is near Landers and the mall (i forgot the name!).

The aircon unit at the bedroom is not working.. sadly we didn’t use it because it was leaking and it was sputtering noise.. we were expecting 5 towels since we are 5 in the group, unfortunately there were only 3.

The location is great and was a good base for us to go around places in Bacolod or Negros Occidental. Actually this was our second time around in the accommodation during our entire 3-weeks holidays in Western Visayas. The facilities in the apartment were great particularly the presence of a washing machine, which is very useful after a hike or after a swim. The smart TV was also great to connect to our Netflix account for our evening entertainment. The accommodation is clean and BTW the apartment also smelled great our second time around.

The extra room must be redefined as a utility room as it seems claustrophobic to put someone in there to sleep where the washing machine and the extra toilet is located. As we think the sofa bed in the living room is more comfortable for someone to sleep on anyway. Otherwise, the layout is perfect.

The location and facilities were excellent

The extra room was disappointing as it was more a cupboard or utility room and not fit for purpose to let someone sleep in the extra room as it was claustrophobic and smells more like toilet. It should have been simply advertised as with 2 sofa beds, which were excellent for two more guests to sleep.

The condo apartment was very good and clean.

We never got to use the swimming pool because they said it’s under maintenance. I usually look for pool and gym when booking. The gym had 4 machines but two were out of order. This made my stay untenable and would not stay in any of the units no matter how nice they are. This is a deal breaker!

Excellent condo, its a new building and well designed. Comfortable and furbished completely. The location is great and safe. Close to the night market/food/coffee would definitely recommend.

The location is very central if you want to explore megaworld & near to Landers, the place is very spacious. Jason - the agent was friendly and very helpful. We had a great time staying at the in 5AA condominium. We stayed overnight & definitely will come back to stay more longer the next will be in Bacolod.

Great place with everything you could ask for. it felt like a home away from home. We rented 3 apartments in the same building and this was the best by a long way.

the second room is very small and only really suitable for kids. And a tv in the master bedroom would have been the only thing to improve this to a perfect 10 out of 10. Still very happy with the condo though..

There was a smell comes out from the drainage of the toilets that spread in the whole unit. All exhaust fans were on all day long so bad smell be tolarated.

One Regis has nice place, nice location.

The bathroom in masters bedroom smells bad. It smells like a poop of a baby. It smell o our entire stay.

My sister and I liked this unit so much. It's clean, comfortable and stylish. Huge TV with Netflix and wifi: wonderful. I like the location as it's in the East and establishments are near and transportation is not a problem.

Megaworld is fairly new here in Bacolod and I own a unit in Mactan Newtown. One Regis building has no garbage room in each floor unlike Mactan Newtown and we had to call staff to get our trash which is unecessary when they could be doing something else and anyone could throw their own garbage responsibly if they have a designated garbage room.

There is some unfavourable smell that is coming from somewhere, might be from the paint? or possibly from poor building ventilation. Sprayed cologne but only masked the smell doesn’t go away.

We stayed for a night for convenience following my mom operation and check up the following day, very good value for the prize, condo was clean and has amenities available to use.Its also convenient that each room has ensuite toilet and shower, convenient if u come in a group. Condo is classy and comfy, kids had fun in the pool as well.

Just be aware second room which has double deck bed is a bit small and has no aircon, fan is available but might not reach the upper part of the double deck bed.

Great location. New building. Close to lots of food & supermarket. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Comfortable and reasonable size main bedroom and ensuite. Full kitchen with large fridge. Good wifi and great size TV with streaming accounts. Good AC. Good pool area.

2nd bedroom (with bunks) very small and shared with laundry. Bad smell in this room on arrival due to smelly cloth in washing machine. 2nd bathroom tiny and shower impractical. Poor water quality is not good for laundry, but we were warned about that on arrival. Construction next door detracts from enjoyment of pool area at the moment.

I liked the vibe of the unit above all, it's so cozy and the host was so friendly and professional. Jason made sure our stay becomes the most comfortable ever. When we arrived the place was all prepared including all the things that we may need.

I have nothing to say about the unit and the host, both were amazing! However, I did not like the receptionist in house security. My dad went to visit lunch time and he was wearing a comfortable sando shirt and shorts with his backpack. He was sweating because of the heat and the rude guy asked him if he's into construction and was trying to fix something in the unit upstairs. I also don't like the parking guys of One Regis, they were rude to say just look for other parking space to park my car near mcdo because all the spaces in the basement parking were taken by unit owners!
