The view was breathtaking and pretty accurate to the pictures posted online. The star of the show for us was the caretaker of the property Vishnu, we couldn't have asked for a more welcoming and sweet person. The location is near the Mall Road, just a 10 min walk.

Everything was pretty good but only if I have to mention something as an improvement would be the washroom.

J'ai beaucoup aimé séjourner dans cette maison familiale! La famille est très accueillante et sympathique. Les dîners étaient délicieux. Le logement est spacieux et très charmant, calme avec accès au jardin et à une très belle vue sur la vallée. Je recommande à 100% et reviendrai avec grand plaisir!

It’s a great place to stay.It was the best experience staying there.Location is very beautiful and close to nature. This place is very well maintained...Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the Owner. Staff was extremely friendly.Home cooked food was yummy. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We loved the ambience I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely want to come back to this place again.

Excellent experience during our stay at the property. The property is very well and tastefully done. The place is spacious, and the adjoining garden is thoughtfully designed. The food was very nice and home made like. The hosts are nice, welcoming and humble. They made us feel very welcome, assessing us with our needs very promptly. They made our visit extremely enjoyable. Overall, this is a gem of a property and I highly recommend this. Would definitely want to come again.

everything about the place was perfect. It is just a 10 minute walk to the mall road. the property is so well kept and offers such beautiful view of the city that you hardly want to leave the place. Warm and welcoming nature of the host makes the stay even better. didn't have to worry about the meals, as fresh home cooked healthy food was available at all hours on request. A care taker is also there to run errands. The place had all the amenities, well equipped kitchen, room heater, slippers, geyser. And if needed anything just had to ask the host and it was made available.

It is best for someone looking for a cosy, quiet stay but not far away from the Mall Road.

We were fortunate to experience exceptional hospitality at Aarambhag villa in Shimla, despite the cold weather. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and warmth, adding a beautiful touch to our trip. Their homemade food was simply irresistible, and the well-maintained property boasted an amazing garden with a picturesque view. We also had the pleasure of meeting their well-trained and friendly pet dog, "Saayo." Our stay was truly memorable, and even after moving on to a 4-star hotel, we found that nothing compared to the wonderful experience we had at Aarambhag. We're grateful for the thoughtful gifts and are eagerly anticipating our next visit..

Loved the hospitality, interior, garden. The host even made a sweet gesture of hanging balloons and all for us as it was our anniversary. They made it more special. The view from the beautiful lawn was so beautiful. Having breakfast in the lawn with the panoramic view of shimla was amazing. I would recommend everyone to try this property once. You will love the hosts.

Very lovely family we enjoy and never felt out side my mother home the food was delicious as my mother cook and the room was very clean we love it

We were made to feel welcome and at home from the moment we arrived. Ritu and her family were the perfect hosts, always on hand if we needed anything, whilst also giving us our space. The self contained apartment is spotless and has such a homely feel. Plenty of space across a bedroom, living area, kitchen, bathroom and private balcony (with the perfect view to catch the sunset). In terms of location, the Mall is a short walk up the hill, while also being fair enough away from all the hustle of Shimla that the accommodation is wonderfully peaceful. We enjoyed the homemade breakfasts made by Ritu which were delicious and very reasonable, just let her know the day before. We were very sad to leave and will certainly be back.
