Amazing location, private kite spot, hotel on the kite spot which is incredible, rooms super nice

Service wasn’t consistent, sometimes the buffet was empty of food when you arrived later which was a shame, the area around the pool wasn’t always cleaned- drinks were left, napkins flying, and also super hard to book and make changes with the reservations team

Geweldige kite locatie, met grote Ion-club, zeer goede voorzieningen, erg lekker eten, zeer aardig en behulpzaam personeel, al met al één echte aanrader.

Lieu et spot incroyables. La diversité pour rider: secret spot, dream spot, dune blanche, plan flat, un paradis que ce soit a marée basse ou haute. Super ambiance avec soirée différente chaque soir. Equipe au bar, à la réception (anix 😉) au club de kite, au spa et au yoga, tout le personel est top, trés gentil avec un vrai sens du service et un directeur très présent et disponible. On se sent comme en famille, c'est vraiment très appréciable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Un cadre magnifique, un service impeccable et une ambiance très sympathique.

Tout simplement incroyable ! Probablement le meilleur hôtel dans tout le lagoon ! Le lieu est superbe avec des couchers de soleil ravissants ! L’équipe et le personnel sont incroyables, des cuisines aux profs de kite surf, 100% satisfait ! Le prix est plutôt sur la fourchette haute mais pour les amoureux de kite surf et de confort c’est exceptionnel !

Il se peut qu’avec les marées l’emplacement ne soit pas idéal pour kite surfer plusieurs fois par jour ça l’eau descend très bas. Mais au moins une session de 3h par jour de haute qualité et toujours la possibilité de prendre une navette vers d’autres spots. Autre point mitigé, certains buffets du soir étaient fantastiques, et d’autres quelques peu moyens ce qui ternit un peu certaines soirées ! Une simple observation des quantités mangées par soir permettraient de décider quels buffets garder. À part cela tout est délicieux 90% du temps, particulièrement les huîtres pêchées en face de l’hôtel ! Merci à toute l’équipe :)

la vue de l hôtel , ainsi que le spot de kitesurf flat , le restaurent est exceptionnel ainsi que le personnel aux petits soins les prestations secondaire tel que apprentissage au surf et down-wind sont parfaites enfin la proximité à la dune blanche SUP est magnifique

We loved the food, the place, the rooms, the Kitesurf school, everything. Great experience and will be back for sure.

1.The effort to maintain an ecologically run resort. 2.The landscaping and the spacing between the guest houses. 3. Furnishings were both simple, yet totally elegant 4.The meals were copious and varied. 5.The beds, and bedding were the most comfortable I have ever had outside of home!

1. I believe it would have been helpful, if upon arrival, info re possible excursions (ie not only to surf elsewhere) were available. We found out only on our last day about the day excursion to the oasis, which would have been the cream on our coffee!! I think this could be done, without seeming to be pushy. 2. A free apéro was said to be available before the Xmas dinner. This was not apparent. We had to pay for a glass of wine.

Some of the staff is great.. trying hard to to the best. The other half is incompetent, not interested, not welcoming. Quiet a mix. Same goes for the kite school. Some supercrews, some don't give a s..t. Careful with your kite: the landing/parking area for kites is hard sand, full off sharp objects, both man made (construction) and from stones, shells. Killed a new kite within a day. No carpet or soft sand on top. No one seems to want to rake that off. Bringing old gear is an idea.

Beautiful hotel in very nice landscape. Outstanding private lagoon for kitesurfing. Perfect Team - Hamid, Meryam and the whole team are just perfect! 👍❤️

Perfect spot a few days of kitesurfing and chill. Private kitesurf spot with a great kite center in the hotel. Very clean rooms and comfy beds. Overall great facilities, delicious food, super welcoming staff who organise plenty of fun activities. There is also amazing morning and evening yoga. Great for families, friends as well as solo travelers.

Amazing experience staying one week in White Dune Canyon. Beautiful location, high quality accommodation and perfect service at all levels. The food is delicious and diverse (including vegetarian options). Good wifi, especially in the common zone, good enough to work remotely. Nice vibes overall and especially every sunset with a good soundtrack by the local dj. The kite spot is perfect, both for beginners and advanced since you basically have your own private spot that works both at high and low tide. Special mention to the kite crew for the high quality service, always being there to help and giving very welcoming and nice vibes. We will come back for sure! Thank you for everything! Breakfast was v good - machine coffee (not charged as an extra) would be much appreciated. Also, gluten free options. The mango juice, porridge & crepes were v popular: more fresh fruit would be great too… Meals were generally excellent - but more choice for kids, pls - pizza/ nuggets & chips/ simple pasta & tomato/ pesto sauce Also, more snacks eg chocolate bars/ smoothies/ ice creams between meals for kids pls Incredible service. Wonderful staff. Super cocktails (prices / descriptions of each and of wine would be appreciated- a menu list ). Fantastic bday cake - thank you! And for our breakfast on departure with takeaways pancakes. V kind. Loved the fish & buffet salads etc And the Dune Canyon bonfire, guitar & songs. Spectacular Amazing atmosphere. Brilliant ION kitesurfing club & pool. Pls could steam room not be an extra cost - to warm up sailing after kiting. More activities needed eg bikes/ Stand up Paddleboarding (free, pls!) , boules, paddle tennis etc for down days (low wind). Excellent music/ vibe/ rooms/ transfers/ rooms/ design/ yoga lessons etc 🙏🏼 Fantastic staff Moncef - brilliant kitesurf instructor (fluent English-Arabic, eternally patient, positive and safe) Ismail - v gd instructir Hmmami - safety boat/ taught foiling well Outtman - on safety boat Hamza - on beach duty Hamid - waterfront manager Saida - reception Meryem - yoga instructor Sonatas - always a smile, a helping hand, just wonderful - and even a bday chocolate cake & takeaway Nutella crepes for travel day.
