Хороший отель, в номере есть всё что надо, завтраки хорошие, ассортимент большой, много китайской еды, а вот европейской чуть меньше, есть 2 бассейна, один на улице но не глубокий (80см) для детей и второй внутри для взрослых . Сам отель хороший, уборка в номере ежедневно, в номере всё чисто. Есть даже гладильная доска, есть чай и кофе. Отель уютный, есть ресторан на -1 этажей.

Персонал вроде нормальный, но вот на завтраках убирают плохо, приходишь на завтрак и много столов не убрано после посетителей и ищешь чистый стол или просишь чтобы конкретный стол убрали, а вообще столов не много и часто бывало что все столы заняты или подсаживаешься за чужой стол а нас 4 человека и порой завтракали за разными столами, что не удобно. Завтрак с 7:00-10:00, не очень удобно что до 10:00 завтрак, а после 9:00 многие блюда не докладывают или напитки не подливают в общую посуду, например молоко кончилось так и не налили хотя просил. Для 5 звездочного касяк с завтраками не простительно. Ещё так как отель находиться от магазинов далеко, пришлось на ресепшене заказать доставку, так везли 2 часа, что для Китая не понятно, это персонал на ресепшен тупанул.

Una joya para ir en plan negocios, ubicado muy cerca del Centro de Convenciones de Shanghai, y todo lo que necesitas para luego de un duro dia de trabajo, piscina cubierta, descubierto, gym, SPA, las habitaciones comodísimas, el personal super amable, restaurante en el hotel con muy buenos platos y abundantes y a precio acomodado, todo perfecto.. Y el desayuno, INMEJORABLE... Si vas con familia o de turismo, no esta cerca de los lugares emblemáticos, por lo que vas a tener que usar Didi, que es económico, no se del transporte publico por que no lo utilicé.

On our first day, after checking in, we found the previous guest's plastic bottle on the floor on the side of the bed, along with a rotting lemon. Supposedly new towel, but had some blood stains on it. Also, a pillow had not been cleaned properly. You may refer to the pictures below. Restaurant is a bit of a cash grab and printing costs 1 euro for two pieces of paper. Expect to pay a lot more than what you paid for your rooms. The interior is beautiful though and there is a pool, though the pool is full of parents teaching their children how to swim (These people are not hotel guests, they are local residents), which is not something I expect when going to a hotel to relax.

The grand classic design and room is large, bed is comfortable

the room carpet smells and the corridor smells of heavy cigarettes smoke, feels like I am walking into a night club. Location is good just that it’s far from the train station. Aircond was a bit warm.

We had a wonderful few days stay. Hotel was amazing , so large and very easy to get lost in. The staff on check in where very friendly and the foyer had lots of beautiful flower arrangements .Our room was huge , bed so comfortable . It was lovely to wake up each morning early and watch sunrise. Breakfast was fabulous, lots of choice, dining space also huge and spacious. Also tried evening buffet dinner , again good value and lots of choice. The fitness area was huge , gyms with personal trainer , classes if you want. The pool area outside was also good as weather was quite warm. Also for those wanting other activities , there was mini golf , tennis and squash courts.

Did notice people at breakfast filling up their bags with items off buffet.

Carpet is old and dirty. The glasses were dirty. Air conditioner was weak.

Very good and helpful staff. Also housekeeping was excellent, surprise gifts for children, flowers, fresh fruit, we were very pleased!

All was perfect except the location was a little questinable, as there were no restaurants/shops you could walk and also family mart was closed by 9PM.

Solo poche personale parla inglese, sono arrivato alle 14 a mangiare e il ristorante Cantonese aveva appena chiuso. Mi hanno rifiutato, ovviamente.

The tables during breakfast wasn't setup after usage. Staff in the restaurant were busy with their stuff instead of proactively attending to guests. The bed is good, but pillow is too soft.

Si perdono nelle piccolezze: che non ci sia il bidè me lo aspettavo, ma addirittura la mancanza dello scovolino del bagno e’ intollerabile per un hotel simile.

The room is very nice. The staff are very nice.

The room was very hot (27 deg C). The air conditioner does not work. Called front desk, they offered to provide a fan. This is not an acceptable or sensible solution when the cooling system does not work, Spoke to duty manager. He said all that the air conditioning to the room is turned off. I Demanded to refund my accommodation and moved to another hotel.

Great hotel, good location in a good neighborhood, from our room on the 11th floor we could see the Shanghai Tower and the financial center. Breakfasts are great, full of delicious local food, as well as European - you can't stay hungry! Great coffee at breakfast. Beds very comfortable, cleanliness on a high level. The bathroom is perfectly equipped with everything you need, you just have to plug the hairdryer into the right socket, otherwise it doesn't work. We had a spacious enough shower and bathtub. Everything worked perfectly too. I recommend.

It's hard to communicate - even at the reception, few staff speak English and only a little, but we managed to sort everything out. I don't think it's right that you have to have a swimming cap to use the indoor pool, which they sell you if you don't have one. You could get them for free in a good hotel like this.

The pool was not very clean and guests spit in and around the pool. This kind of beahviour should not be tolerated by any kind of hotel, not to speak of a 5-star luxury hotel. The gym was well-equipped in general. However, there was not a single stationary bike. Instead there were 5 or 10 treadmills and other unusual cardio equipment. This makes no sense. The room had a slightly stale smell when I came which might be the old furniture/hotel smell, although it could also be from lax enforcement of no smoking rules. Not sure.

Great meals, great facilities. Just a shame that the outdoor swimming pool was not open

A bit old

Breakfast wasn't included and when we ask to just have coffee cause we dont really eat breakfast but needed a place to discuss work, we were rejected. We were told once you step in we have to pay the full price. That's bad customer experience.

Charge us for the coffee, simple. Why the full breakfast meal when only needed coffee. Move the smoking area away from the hotel entrance area. It's annoying to smell the smoke of smokers standing there while waiting for car pick up.

A piscina estava cheia de crianças que não pertencia ao hotel e eu e meu filho como hóspedes não pudemos usufruir , .Além do mais pela categoria do hotel não havia jacuzzi. Os rececionistas não muito simpáticos. Ainda mais muito barulho pela manhã eu a dormir com limpezas de outros quartos. Os rececionistas não estão muito preparados para receber estrangeiros. Não muitos calorosos. À piscina exterior não tinha como banhar .

The hotel was so grande and lavishly beautiful! My room was huge with a fantastic deep bath, views over shanghai and everything you could want. I had a delicious room service meal. The reception staff were kind, helpful and patient! The room was fantastic value for money, especially compared to what I would expect to pay for a comparable room in Australia (where I live). The hotel was so fancy, they even had chandeliers in the lifts!

When I asked for a taxi to take me to disneyland, the person the hotel reception called didnt use a meter and seemed to just make up the price. When I later got a taxi back the other way, it was less than half the price. When I alerted the desk staff to what happened, they were very apologetic. However, I would suggest asking them to confirm that they are calling a reputable taxi company and checking that you wont be charged extra "fees".

We loved the hotel, the huge room was amazing, the bed was so comfortable. The buffet breakfast had everything you could ask for and the staff were fantastic.

It would have been good if the outdoor swimming pool was open

Very grand and beautiful layout, good room size and bathroom, Leo was very helpful at the reception l, will definitely come again.

- petit déjeuner de mauvaise qualité (pain dur qui date de la veille), peu de variété, il n'y avait même pas de riz blanc, on a demandé à la cuisine si c'était possible d'en avoir mais apparemment ils n'avaient pas le droit d'en donner - Travaux qui commencent à 7h30 au lieu de 9h comme indiqué sur les papiers - Impossible de commander des plats du restaurant de l'hôtel pour les manger dans la chambre alors que nous sommes clients de l'hôtel (ce qui est bizarre car la dernière fois que nous avions manger dans le restaurant nous avions pu prendre le reste des plats à emporter), de plus, les 3/4 de la carte est indisponible, on a essayer de commander plusieurs fois certains plats et à chaque fois ce n'était pas possible de nous servir - Chambre sale, poussiéreuse, les femmes de ménages ne font que le lit et change juste les serviettes, elles ne nettoie absolument rien d'autre -le personnel ne parle absolument pas anglais, alors si vous avez une requête autre que le check in ou le check out, il faut utiliser Google traduction.
