There's no hot water for showering. It's a non-smoking hotel, but nobody respects that and everything smells like cigarettes.

A localização é excelente,com acesso a pé à Praça Tianmen e a vários Hutongs Como também a outros passeios turísticos por metrô, que é um excelente meio de transporte em Pequim, fácil de usar e com acesso a toda cidade,aeroportos e estações de trem. Os funcionarios são super simpáticos e prestativos, e como hóspedes tivemos descontos na otimas cervejas do bar do hotel... A propria rua em q o hotel se localiza é uma atração à parte, permitindo uma visão muito interessante da Vida em Pequim

Não tem elevator, pra quem viaja com muitas malas, pode ser um.incomodo.

Very nice room in an ideal location only a short walk to Tiananmen Square. The hotel has a bar and good food selection. The staff are very friendly and very helpful.

Very cool location on street with lots of local food shops. They made up the room and brought fresh towels every day which is rare for hotels nowadays. Right across the street from a tour agency as well with great prices. Booked a Great Wall tour for 200RMB. Very nice and cool restaurant & bar on the first floor with special prices if you’re staying at the hotel.

The address was incorrect in booking.com and the hotel seemed to know this but hadn’t fixed it yet. Took us about 30-40 minutes and multiple phone calls to find the place. Please fix this, especially for people who won’t have cell phone service and can’t speak Chinese this would have been extremely difficult! Little to no English was spoken but again, it is China. Just bring Google Translate and you’ll be alright.

The treatment we recieved was amazing, specially coming from the staff at the entrance. Eva was very nice and helped us throughout the trip in anything we needed. Fantastic service.

The location was great, the room was clean and really quiet. The staff at the reception spoke better English than we had expected after reading other reviews. We had no problem with the check-in.

The room was quite small. You couldn’t really open the fridge because of the bed. There was not much space to open the luggage. Since the buildings were so close to each other, the view outside the window was the wall of the next building. Therefore it was quite dark.

Allora la stanza non si connetteva ad Internet dovevo andare a sedermi sulle scale per poter contattare famiglia ecc, la stanza è piccolissima non potevamo tenere entrambe le valige aperte. Però per quello che si paga è considerando che si trova in pieno centro mi sento di consigliarla

Ci ho soggiornato solamente una notte avendo fatto uno stop over a Pechino. La posizione è eccezionale, si trova in una via pedonale piena di ristornati e negozi a 10 minuti a piedi da Piazza Tienamen. Personale gentilissimo, pur non parlando benissimo l'inglese ci siamo capiti senza problemi con il traduttore. Lo consiglio sopratutto per la posizione centrale.

Персонал вообще не говорит по английски. Поэтому не смогли обьяснить, что такси надо вызывать далеко от отеля, также когда из аэропорта водитель вез не довез могли же сказать мне заранее в письме

El trato poco servicial en recepción a excepción de dos niñas que estaban en recepción que no sé si trabajan ahí o son familia de recepcionistas. El sistema de cargar el precio en la tarjeta y devolverlo cuando llegas no debian usarlo porque estuve hasta que llegue en España, con uno de los cargos, después de pagarlo todo y siempre queda la duda si lo devuelven o no. Otros hoteles piden la tarjeta bancaria para la reserva pero no hacen ningún cargo( al no ser que no se presente el día del check in) Así debia ser si acaso

Super Lage, viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Auch der Platz des himmlischen Friedens ist nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Durch das Fenster zum Innenhof absolut ruhig (wenn man die Klimaanlage ausschaltet).

Sämtliche Lichtschalter leuchten permanent, sodass es nachts trotz gutem Vorhang nicht wirklich dunkel ist.

De locatie was geweldig, het straatje waar het hotel zich bevind is levendig vol met winkeltjes en eettentjes. Tianmen square is op loopafstand van het hotel. De kamer was schoon en het personeel was heel behulpzaam. Ik zou hier zeker nog een keer verblijven

Es un hotel súper simple con una fortaleza: dónde está. A diez minutos andando de una parada de metro en la plaza de Tiananmén, en pleno hutong o barrio donde se puede ver ambiente chino real. Las habitaciones son más bien pobres y los baños igual, aunque suficientes, pero el hall del hotel, que es un bar restaurante, mola mucho. Es Beijing y en Beijing suelen ser más secos con los extranjeros, y en este sentido el personal del hotel lo era, aunque por supuesto amables y corteses siempre.

Quería sentarme a trabajar y esperaba una mesa en la habitación, que sí había pero enfrente de la cama, vamos, que no se podía usar.

La ubicación esta bastante bien, cerca de las principales atracciones de Pekin. Esta ubicado en una calle media peatonal y todos los transportes te dejan a unas cuadras del hotel. Tiene un bar donde podes pedir tragos y comer algo sin necesidad de salir del hotel. El personal habla algo de ingles básico y si no sabe usar bien el traductor.

Las habitaciones no destacan demasiado, pero cumplen.

Everything was ok. They serve food as well. Good location. Be careful when you put it on the map. There is another Immersing hotel that normally pops up on the map.

Отличное месторасположение, совсем близко от площади и запретного города. До метро не очень далеко. Рядом много кафешек и магазинов. В номере чисто. У ресепшена не плохой бар, чтобы посидеть вечером, где есть две классные собаки, которые любят чтобы их тискали.

Персонал говорит только по китайски. На ресепшене работают две девочки, которые меняются. Обе очень не приятные. Обе показывают тебе, что ты тупой, потому что не можешь объясниться на китайском, а твой английский никого не интересует.

Cleaning was not consistent. The last three days of my stay, the room was not cleaned.

The location is great for walking and surrounded by restaurants and shops, it is difficult for Didi though bc they can’t drive in front of the hotel and the surrounding streets are so narrow. I felt bad for the drivers.

Not very engaging atmosphere. Don’t count on the staff for help with touristy stuff- just hotel matters.

Very central, comfy beds, had a fridge, kettle and hairdryer, small washing machine

People smoked everywhere in the hotel, including in the hallway outside our room which made our room stink of smoke, despite all the no smoking signs. Washing machine was very small, no dryer and no where to hang washing. Noise outside our room was very loud during the night, people are very loud and thin walls. Hotel is on pedestrian (and bike) only street so have to walk a bit to get taxi.

Location was near the main Beijing attractions. Super nice and helpful staff, especially the hotel hostess, a young and smiling woman that made my reservations to museums. I really appreciated that assistance.

The cleaning of the room was not very adequate. There were long hairs in the floor and the towels were not changed after the third day of my seven day stay

La stanza era spaziosa e pulita. All’ingresso c’è un comodo bar/ristorante dove è possibile rilassarsi con una birra dopo una giornata di esplorazione della città. La posizione inoltre dà su una strada molto caratteristica e frequentata con diverso street food locale.

Hotel fica bem localizado, em uma rua cheia de comércio e restaurantes. Quarto muito confortável, grande e limpo. Tivemos um problema com o nosso voo e recepcionista foi muito querida, alterou a data sem problemas, fez de tudo para nos entender e atender bem.

Ulica je zaprta za avtomobile, pa so nas nekateri taksisti puščali na raznih krajih ker niso znali priti najbližje hotelu. V jedilnem delu hotela so v kotu imeli kletke s papagajcki in male kletke s cvrcki, ki so bile na umetnem drevesu. V prostoru se je kadilo in je bil brez ventilacije. mi

The lack of English makes communication very difficult and to do a simple check in it took us almost an hour. The girls are nice but a bit of English knowledge would be appreciated. The room was very small (if you go book a family room even if you're 2 people), one of the beds was in front of the fridge, so it was very difficult to open it and impossible to fully open it. We tried to move the nightstand to be able to move the bed and consequently open the fridge in a normal way but it was FULL of dust, they don't clean very well. We stayed six nights and they never cleaned the bathroom or passed the broom. On the other hand they were changing the towels every day. The location is good and you feel immersed in Chinese culture.

Отличный вариант если у вас пересадка в Пекине! Удобное расположение, рядом оживленная улица и пешая доступность к запретному городу, есть где перекусить. Номер чистый, кровати удобные. Отель находится в баре, но в номере было очень тихо.

Единственный минус, мы были в декабре и в номере было очень холодно. Кондиционер помогает, но если чутко спите, будет трудно уснуть - шумит. Но нагревает комнату быстро, к утру она остывает.
