L'hotel è molto datato ma questo lo sapevamo, quello di cui non eravamo consapevoli era che le camere non avessero modo di essere oscurate, così per tutta la notte dormivamo (se riuscivamo) con il faro della corte puntato letteralmente negli occhi. Alle 3 di notte la stanza era illuminata a giorno (foto in allegato). Inoltre manca un posto per appendere gli asciugamani in bagno, li dovevamo appoggiare sul wc.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026De locatie ook hier weer perfect, goed bereikbaar en mooi in een steegje, niet in de drukte. De sfeer van het hotel is prachtig. Erg behulpzaam en kwamen er nu voor de tweede of derde keer.
Een beetje investering in opknap zou best mogen, zou het helemaal perfect maken. En wat investering in nieuwe handdoeken zou geen kwaad kunnen (zoveel kosten die in China niet).

Not far from the subway station (Zhushikou Station on Line 7). The hotel itself is the original Chinese courtyard house which is nice.

Idéalement situé pour aller visiter la muraille de Chine facilement car un bus spécial se trouve à moins de 10’ à pied. L’accueil nous a très bien renseignés sur cela, nous indiquant le prix qui est très abordable (environ 10€ le trajet et la compagnie de bus vend le billet combiné avec entrée + câble car + descente en toboggan, très pratique !). Le logement est typique de l’ancien Pékin.
Installation très sommaire, mais c’est la conséquence d’être dans le charme de l’ancien.

平常會碰到的空間很好、乾淨，但是碰不到的空間灰塵相當多。例如床旗掉在床跟牆壁的縫隙中，拿出來滿是灰塵。

Sehr schlechtes Wlan, sodass mich der Inhaber zum Schluss auf sein privates eingeloggt hat.

The experience of living in traditional Chinese house is unspeakable This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time was in January 2025. It is funny that I have got the same room. Since that I see that they repaired the bathroom and modified security.

The property is a few minutes' walk from two subway stations on different lines, so it is convenient to reach Beijing zoo, Lama Temple and other landmarks of the city. Tiananmen square is reachable by foot. There are numerous eating joints nearby, and also a supermarket. There are also two vegetarian/vegan restaurants within walking distance from the hotel, which was really good for me. The property, with its decorations inside, has a traditional feel. Bruce at the front desk was really helpful; he suggested that I download the A-map and also gave me tips to reach different destinations using the subway. It was a good stay overall.
There is no doormat when you come out of the shower. I was told that guests do use a towel as the doormat, which was not really to my taste. Also, the wastebasket in the wash area and toilet was open (meaning, it had no cover). Since the washroom is small, water does get sprayed into the wastebasket no matter what; you can understand the consequences! These two minor issues can be attended to, for a better stay.

Кондиционер работает, белье постельное белоснежное, полотенца меняли каждый день, также давали ежедневно по бутылке воды, туалетную бумагу. Напор в душе великолепный. Рядом в двух шагах станция метро, что очень удобно, можно доехать куда угодно, также в шаговой доступности храм Неба и Запретный город.
Матрасы и подушки жестковаты, на любителя. А так, расположение отеля перекрывает все минусы)

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026La ubicación excelente, bien conectado con el.metro y cerca de Tiananmen y Ciudad Prohibida. El área de Qiamen tiene buenos lugares para comer y hacer compras. El hotel está en un antiguo hutong (barrio tradicional)
El hotel es una antigua casa con dos patios interiores por lo cual las habitaciones solo tienen ventanas a un.pssiñlo.interno, había un ligero olor a humedad, las instalaciones son antiguas, costaba que llegara señal de datos y el wifi también llegaba con dificultad por momentos. Las toallas requieren una renovación.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Местоположение очень хорошее. Через поворот окажетесь на пешеходной улице Цяньмэнь. В 5 минутах находится метро. Уборка номеров была каждый день. Сотрудники на ресепшене были очень любезны и помогали с возникшими проблемами, один знал Английский язык, с другим общались через переводчик

las instalaciones estan en muy mal estado, tenían humedades, sobretodo el baño. Al abrir la ventana daba hacia un techo vecino tambien en mal estado

The wifi required a phone number when I tried to connect using my phone which I did not like. The bathroom was small and tightly packed.

A little musty, needs renovation some things are not in good condition, no sound proofing - loud groups talking outside woke us up a few times. WiFi was only available near the reception

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Ubicación ideal. Tenían tomacorriente con dos tipos de enchufe, excelente para viajero. Todo lo que necesitaba estaba presente.
El personal era amable, pero el único que habla inglés (muy bien) no parecía muy animado. Me dió una buena recomendación para comer, pero en general me dió un poco de desánimo. El lugar es viejo, pero limpio. tal y como se ve en las fotos, nada de mentira.

No me dejaron entrar por la mañana, hacer el checking hasta las 14h nada. Solo dejar las maletas ,cuando tenian habitaciónes libres de sobra, y llegando de un vuelo de tantas horas, es muy poco gentil por parte del hotel...

Место расположения лучше не придумаешь, комнаты чистые, полотенце чистые каждый день, кровать удобная большай, мыло, зубная щетка, паста, гель, шампунь, чай при вселении и по мере необходимости. Мы понимали что это старый фонд нас это не смущает. Очень аутентичное место. Если поедем в Пекин еще раз то только туда

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Аутентичный отель в центре Пекина. В 100 метрах Qianmen и Dashilan. Как бы в самом центре, но тихо и уютно. Матрас очень подошел, отель в китайском стиле, домашний какой то, что ли. WiFi был нормальной скорости, чисто.
Сантехникой надо заняться , чем быстрее, тем лучше. Это портит общее впечатление об отеле.

Doesn't corresponde with pictures.. disgusting dirty toilet sink.. shower..at least the rooms I saw..the famous catfish..they post on booking the best room..and tou book..then whenever you're there they said it's gone..

Do banheiro quebrado e sem limpeza , o vaso com crosta de sujeira, o boxe um buraco que saiu um verme , muito insalubre. Deveria ser excluído do catálogo do booking. Padrão zero.

Reviewed May 27, 2026Near the center, staff provided necessary supplies upon request. Although the receptionists didn't understand English, they tried to help through a translator.
It's extremely dirty, dust everywhere, terrible mold, and it's hard to breathe. The small window overlooks a noisy street. It's impossible to sleep—people are shouting outside the window, you can hear everything around you, including the reception desk, because the room is practically connected to it. In the photo when booking, the shower was separated from the toilet by a curtain, but in reality, you wash over a toilet. The worst thing is the smoking area inside the hotel right outside the room door. It feels like you're sleeping inside an ashtray, and the smokers coughed terribly all night. One of the outlets gave me electric shocks.
