Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Good location with air conditioning. Owner was responsive and helpful on whatsapp. Little rooftop to watch the sunset. Quiet at night.
Could only pay in cash upon arrival. No basics provided like coffee, tea, extra toilet paper or extra towels. Bring your own beach towels. No laundry machine. Kitchen not functional for longer stays. Cleaner came in the house without knocking before check out time.

Juste l'escalier un peu raide surtout pour remonter les bagages, attention on peut tribucher et se faire mal...sinon à l'intérieur c'est spacieux et confortable.

They initially said they would provide free airport pick-up, but later suddenly said they had never said that.

Reviewed May 15, 2026Appartamento nuovo, pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario! Posizione ottima, la via è molto tranquilla ma a piedi si posso raggiungere comodamente a ristoranti e bar. Zona comoda anche per chi arriva con la macchina. Il Proprietario è stato gentilissimo e disponibile. Ci ha anche permesso di fare il check in in anticipo nonostante lo avessimo chiesto con pochissimo preavviso. Torneremo sicuramente! Grazie 🤩

Reviewed Apr 22, 2026Прекрасная уютная квартирка, на 1-2 людей то, что надо. К хозяину можете обращаться по любым вопросам, он всегда на связи, отвечает быстро. Смогли заселить на 2 часа раньше, очень приятно! Если чутко спите, учитывайте, что рядом мечеть и по утрам будете слышать призыв на молитву. А так чисто, комфортно, рекомендую!

Reviewed Aug 30, 2025La posizione centrale, vicino a un bellissimo parco dove poter correre, mangiare, rilassarsi. Sidi Bousaid raggiungibile a piedi di giorno ma anche la sera. La casa molto pulita, arredata con gusto, e attrezzata con tutto quel che può servire (lavatrice, ferro da stiro, fon, ....). La terrazza grande dove godere il tramonto. Mi sono sentita a casa. ☺️🤸☺️

Reviewed Jul 26, 2025Es war eine sehr saubere Unterkunft, die sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet war. Alles Nötige war vorhanden, die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und haben uns sogar früher reingelassen. Alles sehr unkompliziert.
Eigentlich war die Lage gut, leider sehr laut aufgrund der großen Straße in der Nähe (Auto- und Motorradlärm).

It's a small but lovely apartment. Close to everything. We loved walking to get gellato at Paradice. Rose Pistachio is the best!!
