Reviewed Aug 28, 2025Le propriétaire a été extrêmement gentil et serviable. L’appartement était très propre, encore plus beau que sur les photos, et vraiment cosy et agréable. Je recommande vivement ce logement et j’y reviendrais sans hésiter.

Molte cose non erano a norma come i fornelli che non si potevano usare con l’acqua che se no si prendeva la scossa e non siamo state avvisate. Non ha portato gli asciugamani nonostante la richiesta.

The pillow cover were smelly , when we asked her to change it. she did change them but she was not happy and she kept on talking nervously . I did not like her way . Also she refused to provide us with towels , besides there was no hot water in the sink or shower. We asked her , she said keep it running it will be hot ( never happened!) Besides there was only clean single blanket and the other duvet was not clean , we couldn’t use it . That night was cold and it was terrible for us . And we couldn’t ask her to bring another blanket because we did ask at the beginning but she was not welcoming it. So we kept silent and check out early after a cold terrible night . Note : even the electric stove was not working. Bad

Reviewed Mar 24, 2023It’s a very stylish studio not too far away from the heart of La Marsa. Close enough to walk, but far enough away that the traffic doesn’t bother you.
It is new and there was a short on the stove, but other than that it’s quite pretty and more than adequate for my needs.
