Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Our Unit nr 4 at Casa Blanca was excellently situated. Each room, as well as the living room, has a balcony. It is so safe and secure there that we slept with the sliding doors to the balcony open. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for a self-catering stay. It is only a couple of meters' walk to the lovely beach. The beds were comfortable, and we slept well. The living area has plenty of space, and there's an additional downstairs area to store beach items like the umbrella, beach shoes, towels, etc. We had a fantastic stay, and we will definitely be back.
We were alerted to the stairs in the unit, but be aware that the two flights of stairs to the rooms are something to consider if you have someone with mobility issues. But it helps burn off some of the kilojoules from the cookies and sweets enjoyed at the beach...

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation in Ballito. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The location was excellent, close to the beach and local attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist. We especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ballito. We look forward to returning in the future!

Reviewed May 27, 2026Es ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft sehr nah am Strand, sehr geräumig, genügend Platz für 4 Personen, sehr gut ausgestattet und viel Platz.
Leider war das mit den Treppen etwas unpraktisch...man muss viel hin und her schleppen wenn man im Garten grillen möchte. Ungeeignet für Menschen mit Mobilitäts Einschränkungen. Immer schön die Fenster und Türen geschlossen haben sonst sind die Affen im Haus ...kein Scherz. Balito ist sehr sehr Touristisch...voll mit hotels und bettenburgen...muss man mögen.

Reviewed May 5, 2026It was very very well located, with easy access to the beach and shops and restaurants. The beds were super comfy. I have never seen anyone leave so much toilet paper for guests to use.
The bottom part is a bit of a wasted space. I would convert that to something else, and take the shower out there. Maybe make it an entertainment room with a dart board or so?

Reviewed Mar 11, 2026- Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett und freundlich - das Appartement liegt nah zum Strand - der CheckIn ist per Anruf für das Haupttor und Schlüsselbox einfach geregelt - die Affen frühs um 6 Uhr vor den Fenstern waren schön zu beobachten im Sonnenaufgang
Wir haben uns persönlich in der Wohnung nicht wohl gefühlt. Es war dunkel, für uns sehr überladen eingerichtet und leider alles andere als sauber. Am Boden lagen Krümel, auf den Bettwäschen (fast allen) waren Flecken und die Bodenfugen waren teilweise schon sehr schwarz. Ebenfalls war ein Teil der Ausstattung nicht uneingeschränkt funktionsfähig. Die Eingangstüre hing und wir konnten uns nur schwierig „befreien“.

The rooms get a little hot, but the sealing fan is perfect to keep us cool, at night we just open the sliding doors for more ventilation... there were no mosquitoes

Photo's were deceiving. Spiral stairs not mentioned, rusted stove plates, a shower door stuck with duct tape, and a downstairs toilet full of paint and cement. Not recommended AT ALL!! Worst experience EVER!!! Booked at another place the 2nd day. Slept only one night, booked for 7. This place should be banned from Booking.com Makes other agents and owners names bad.

This unit consists of THREE levels, shower at bottom level, spiral staircase up to the kitchen and lounge and then again SPIRAL staircase to the bedrooms to the top floor above. How anyone can design a flatlet in this format is ???????

The complex offers safe parking and beautiful gardens for relaxing or a braai. Although the apartment is a bit dated, it offers much and the direct beach access is a winner.
The staircase certainly poses challenges but all manageable.

I was not aware that this apartment was across three floors. Ground floor lead to the garden, but there wasn't anything else on the ground floor. First floor hosted the kitchen and living area and third floor the bedrooms and bathroom.

The owner was very helpful and hospital in checking on us on our arrival. The apartment was very clean and linens fresh. It was a home away from home love it and will definitely be booking with them again. I also recommend them to family and friends.. Keep up the good work ❤️💯
