It is a very nice spacious apartment, the beds were good, the balcony surfaces the ocean, we waved the dolphins goodbye on our leaving day. It was possible to get a late checkout which was a treat for us.

The view was amazing- lots of outside furniture to have dinner, morning coffee with the gorgeous view. The place is well equipped with appliances - it even has an air-fryer. The apartment gets cleaned daily as well

Location is exceptional

The bathrooms need a renewal. Not everything functions as it should. Signs of things not being fixed. Mould evident in some bathrooms. No vacuum cleaner in the unit was a surprise, when the cleaner was working in the unit. Lots of dust had accumulated above the bed under the aircon unit. Had to be swept off instead of vacuumed off.

The cleaners come before breakfast if not they come in the afternoon. Its a bit anoying. The gas braai needs to be renewed. Otherwise everything nice.

Apartment was great. Easy access to the beach and had everything you need. Just pack clothes and buy food if you are planning on cooking. The apartment is well equipped.

Located close to the main beach. The unit was clean on arrival and cleaned daily. It is a comfortable unit that is well equipped. Great sea views! We really enjoyed our stay.

I liked everything about this place! The location, the friendliness of staff and the owner, and most of all the place itself. It is positioned in a place where it's easy to get to shopping facilities or order take-outs, because as much as I like self-catering accommodation for their convenience and spaciousness, I dont like cooking supper on vacation. The balcony was BIG! It was a 90° balcony with lots of seats to enjoy being outside from all angles. The view from the balcony is amazing!!!🤩👌🏾 You get a 180° view of the sea and they have private access to the beach where you just walk with kids without having to drive. 305 has spacious rooms and they even have a guest bathroom. The decor was well picked, you can tell that the owner has a good eye for artworks. As you walk in from the door, you're welcomed by this big beautifull hand framed mirror and all the great artwork on display. You can tell that it took real love for art, patience and a lot of time in making that frame. The owner was easy to reach and very helpful since we booked at the last minute. Their staff also arrived early in the morning to clean the place and were also very efficient and friendly. They have a daily cleaning service for your convenience but maybe they can arrive a litle bit later as I love sleeping till late when I'm on vacation😄 The security personnel at all the gate entrances/exits were also friendly and the place is well secured with advanced technology. The swimming pool looks beautiful at night with the lighting underneath. The entire complex is very well kept and the garden nicely manicured for taking pics everywhere you walk😍 I will certainly come back here for a longer stay!

We booked the place at the last minute and wanted to check-in on the same evening so I understand that there wasnt sufficient time to prepare the place for us, but I think they could keep the patio cushions elsewhere if the place is not in use, as it makes the place stuffy and a bit smelly as you enter. It also seems as though the people who last used the place made use of the gas and the cylinder is kept inside the cupboard that was not safely locked up, which could have been a hazard if we had toddlers. The smell of the gas was also still lingering in the passage as you walk past the cupboard, but luckily all their arcons were working so we made use of them to clear the smell.

Every single thing was perfect. The entire apartment was absolutely stunning and had everything we needed!! The views of the beach was beautiful!! There was absolutely nothing to complain about!!! I would definitely recommend!!!

Parking with a big car is not comfortable

The unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the shops and direct access to the beach. We loved it and will definately be back!

The wifi didn't work for a number of days, but seemed to be an area outage.

The wiev from the balcony was "top notch". We could see the surfers , Dolphines and whales from the balcony. And there was a direct beach acces from the building. And close Checkers.

Great apartment. Awesome facilities. Both cleaning and complex staff were exceptional and very professional. This apartment has a stunning outlook of the ocean and an unbelievable wrap around patio offering 180° views of the sea. The living and bedroom areas are very well appointed with modern and contemporary furnishings. The complex itself is very well managed with common areas maintained to a very high standard. Would definitely recommend 👌

Communication with owners and caretakers was great. Very warm welcome and homely apartment Great views from all bedrooms. Ensuites in every bedroom. Very clean and well maintained. The patio furniture, wow, I just love everything about this place. Surely, we go back.

Maybe lack of WiFi lconnectivity in all bedrooms, but was not really a major issue .

It's a quiet and peaceful place,viewing the dolphins when relaxing on the balcony..

Without having a local sport channel, hot water was not enough for 6 of us,when bathing at Sametime.

Our stay was amazing from the breathtaking views to the beautiful greenery, clean blue pool. The staff was very welcoming from the security guards who made us feel at home to the polite cleaning staff who always had a smile on their faces. The crockery and cutlery was beyond our expectations it was like a chefs kitchen. Everything we needed and more was supplied from washing machines to surfing boards. It was indeed a home away from home. We are definitely making our way back. What we saw on the pictures was exactly what we got and more. Even got a box of chocolates and champagne from our hosts. On top of that our hosts allowed us to check out very late as we were taking an evening flight. Not forgetting that we did not experience any load shedding even though we were there during the time when shedding was a serious problem. Thank you very much Niels and Janine for your hospitality. I feel like words are not enough to thank you.

Only 1 usable parking bay, second one to small for a large vehicle.

Joke: Dolphins did not come out to play everyday, got to see them on the last day. Honestly there are NO negatives to this facility.
