The owner is a reap off , 1st it doesn't state that 200p deposit should be paid, then when we asked for an extension for departure owner was rude, threatening and racist, the owner deducted 1000 for departure time that he refused to extend, Abusive and rude I'm talking them to media

Reviewed Jan 4, 2025Seaview and the apartment was spacious for a family. We even got a thank you token which we were not expecting. It was great to be home away from home. We enjoyed our stay.
The communication about the keys was delayed. It worried us a bit. Tooth paste expired in October 2024 that was in the bathrooms.

The inventory part is exhausting, it will be better if I can be assisted with someone from the apartment. I'm going there for relaxation not to count assets.

Reviewed Sep 30, 2024The apartment was very clean however two of three rooms were a bit stuffy. The apartment is modern and spacious. The balcony is spacious with breathtaking views of the beach. We even got an opportunity to see a school of dolphins swim along the coast.
Once booking and payment made on booking.com. I was then contacted by the host to pay the deposit (breakage deposit of R2000,00) a separate payment by no later than a certain date failing which no access will be given. This was not advertised on booking.com. The keys were collected from a petrol station down the road. on arrival at the unit the inventory was not at the unit and was only received the next day after I enquired. No person was present to go through the inventory which was about 3-4 pages long. This took over an hour to complete, with certain items missing.

Reviewed Jan 4, 20241. Excellent host and hospitality The host was attentive and responsive despite managing the property for jhb. Basic toiletries and a snack bag were provided on arrival, which is an extra special touch given that it is self-catering. 2. Clean apartment with absolutely extra utensil and cutlery item available. 3. Excellent sea views and gas braai available on the balcony The TV had been out of order prior to us arriving on Christmas Eve. The host tried really hard to get this fixed and eventually replaced this prior to us checking in that afternoon. Thanks for going the extra mile. Will definitely be back!!!

Reviewed Dec 30, 2023The chalet was very clean and comfortable. Due to bad weather, we stayed indoors for most of our stay and did not have any complaints. This being a self-catering unit, the small toiletries, cleaning products , towels,etc, provided by the host were appreciated. Throughout our stay, we didn't see any insects, not even an ant, and there were no odors or bad smells. The unit has a homely feel to it.
It is not the owners fault, but the 5g signal is weak.

not to see the owner of the apartments coming to us and greet also welcome us in person not via whtsapp. Also cleaning up for ourselves was not right by my side i didnt like that.

Reviewed Oct 7, 2023Want to unwind?Santorini is the place to visit.Great location with beautiful views,the rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds,unlimited wifi. its right on the beach and also a walking distance to shopping complex. The staff is friendly and very helpful, Host keeps you updated at all times. Me and my parents we really enjoyed our holiday. Thank you Santorini for the excellent service.

Reviewed Sep 30, 2023As an avid fisherman, I found the location to be superb 👌..the fishing pier is just a short walk away. I loved that there was an outdoor gas braai. The apartment is modern, clean and well equipped. It's obvious that the owner has paid attention to detail as there is loadshedding lights throughout the apartment. At times we didn't even realize it was loadshedding Overall a very pleasant experience...I will definitely be back soon!

Reviewed Sep 28, 2023we loved that the unit was sea facing and walking distance to the beach as well as walking distance to the shops. The unit gives a very homely vibe and is situated in a convenient location with great close by amenenities.
There was really not much not too like as it was a great stay, however it would be nice for the property to maintain their entertainment area.

This unit is perfect as it has load shedding lights and facilities which accomodate the loadshedding crises allowing for an amazing stay.... The rooms are spacious and very neat and modern compared to the numerous stays down South.... I would highly recommend the unit and will definitely book again

Reviewed Jun 3, 2023Wow! As I stepped into this apartment I already felt like I was on holiday! It is spacious and modern and has absolutely everything you would possibly need for an amazing stay. We were particularly impressed that each room had air-conditioning systems and the fact that the apartment has loadshedding lights( so we didn't have to sit in the dark during loadshedding) was a real winner for us! The apartment was squeaky clean .The views were breathtaking and I love the fact that we could have our meals on the patio overlooking the beautiful turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean!
Everything was exceptional, I wish we had stayed longer
