C'est un hôtel dans le style backpacker avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Nous avons été très bien reçus, hotel bien situé avec une belle vue sur la ville et les montagnes.

A ver el alojamiento no es bonito, y la limpieza es un poco básica, pero para una noche dormir y poder ver la ciudad si no quieres gastarte mucho dinero está bien, te aconsejo que cojas la habitación que no tiene ventanas, porque las otras hay mucho ruido de la calle, eso si el dueño era muy muy simpático y atento

I chose this hotel because it's cheap. Actually, it's the cheapest on booking.com in Port Louis,, as I was stwying just for the night and leaving early morning. The wifi was fine, after 2 times asking them to turn it on 🙂 The guy who said is not working there, but gave me the keys and turned the wifi on was helpful and polite.

The first room they gave me smelled very bad. I moved to another room, which smelled a little better. The problem.is that the toilet doesn't have a window or ventilation. The sheets were dirty. I slept clothed. I even put my tshirt on the pillow. It is on a main street, very noisy day and night. There's a tax fee 3€, even though vooking says the initial price includes the taxes and fees. Not sure who's to blame here, the hotel or the platform.

No breakfast offered. There is nothing that l liked.

The location is too noisy during the day and at night. Bed linen was not satisfactory, no one at the reception for check in and check out. We paid for 3 nights but ended up looking for alternative accommodation. We were at the guest house for one night. We never bothered asking for a refund.

The property was in a dingy area The host was not present at the property u the time I arrived. All lights were switched off I didn't stay there. I was willing to forego my deposit which I did. Remove that property from your portfolio

When I got in i was greeted by a bug coachroaches,the bed wasn't comfortable,didn't have blankets only bed sheet,it just looked like a bedroom in a random house not a guest house,the water in bathroom was cold ,and towel was very old and hard

Was near to the shops and snacks. The owner was very kind and helpful

Shared kitchen was filthy, cooked food left out and bins not emptied.Not very clear who were staff. No regular cleaning. Manager was not very interested to say it is meant to be a guest house. Balcony covered in pigeon muck. Lacked cleanliness full stop. Water intermittent, so no shower on hot days.

Place was near city centre

When we arrived, the owner told us that he gave our booked and paid room to somebody else already. He gave us a room in his private apartment where we had to listen to their family quarrel. Finally he gave us a discount but we had to escalate it via Booking.

No atmosphere just a in and out

No breakfast provided. The good things available were friendly host, quality wifi, air conditioner and warm water

Deceitful advertisement, the accommodation wasn't anything like what we saw on the pictures. It was more of a hostel, old furniture, dirty linen, unkempt rooms, broken water system in the bathroom, dirty shower area, no privacy, noisy, smoking within the apartment, etc... I hated my stay there, very uncomfortable ...

Great location and very friendly owner who allowed my sons to play his PS.

The place is filthy and it is too bad because otherwise it would be a nice and friendly hostel. The cleaning lady should go to see other places to get an idea about how a clean place looks like. I did not care that the equipment is old but the dirt is way too bad. The toilet seat was stained as well as our bed sheets, I am not mentioning the dirt under the bed, dirty sink, etc. We were away most of the day and used the place for sleeping only. I was disgusted of the kitchen the most and could not even make tea in the morning.

Great staff, provided some great insights & recommendations. Excellent value.

The staff were exceptional, very helpful, friendly and professional. Room was very comfortable and spacious, air conditioning worked well. kitchen cramped but stove, microwave, pots and pans and all necessary items. Close to small supermarket, and grocery stores. Very close to restaurants, easy walking distance to china town, and port area, museums

TV did not work, internet intermittent. Stairs narrow and steep with luggage

Location right in town with amazing food options open late within walking distance. Vibrant community. Bus stop Bank and taxi stand within 50metres. Helpful friendly staff. A friendly Guesthouse not a hotel. Room was clean.

You can have your breakfast anytime, and there's a kitchen if you want to do your own stuff. with a good location and easy access to taxis, city centers, businesses, restaurants, and more interesting places just by walking

Very relaxed atmosphere. Dont expect a formal reception. With a shared kitchen and dining area you become a part of a little community during your stay. Meeting and greeting different cultures and nations. Nice little fridge in room for keeping snacks, fruit and yoghurt.

No balcony, as was presented in the booking. Other guests hanging around for no reason. Felt like a home for retarded.

The beginning was not the best because I was not given the room I booked (single room with king-size bed) because that mattress was being cleaned from bed bugs so I was worried about the other room as well (single room with two single beds, but I am not that strict on this point). There were no problems at all in the room where I stayed, but I just have to say that I was lucky that the previous guests found the bugs so that my stay went smooth without insects (also the rest of the hotel was clean). There is a little fridge in the room which is useful. The shared kitchen is fully equipped with a big fridge and a microwave. The hotel manager was nice and helpful. The location is quite near to the city centre: I would say at the edge, but within the safe area of Port Louis.

If it weren’t for the price, the score would have been 10. The only problem of this place is the price: it costs like a fancy accommodation. I am not looking for a fancy place so if it were cheap, this hotel would have been the basic yet nice place I was looking for.

It’s central next to the Food court in Port Louis, Maurice. The host was really flexible with the check out.

The room wasn’t clean and the bed sheets were full of burned out holes. The atmosphere for a women in Port Louis is just awful and due to the glass door, window and entry door that didn’t close I didn’t feel safe at all.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly The location is on the roadside and just opposite its a taxi parking and busses also pass by the premises. The place was cool and calm with no noise and the window view of Port Louis city was perfect

They should think about an option of having a restaurant on the premises
