Reviewed Jan 11, 2026Jan4-7,2026 @Eden Apartment Vista Lago-Markt 95 Adamo, Sankt Wolfgang We have booked 3-apartments from different places/ cities & I must say that the Owner/ Host Andrea was the best Host among those 3-apartments, she gave us the warmest welcome, very kind & very accommodating to all our needs; from the time we have booked, she was giving us infos which type of shoes to wear & she provided all our needs & requirements; and when we reached her place, she personally welcomed us, join us in the parking lot w/ no additional payments, she provided us the infos which places to go/ timings of restaurants/ and the holidays as we came when time of epiphany; When we entered her apartment, ohhh my God, all our stressed & tiredness left behind & just a peaceful soul.. I was about to cry & the only word I said is Thanks to God for this blessing.. Eden Apartment was the best experienced my family had in the whole trip to Austria.. It was so Lovely, Peaceful apartment… Very Homey & so cozy plus functionality wise, very comfy… I must say that the owner live in the home & knows exactly the requirements of each guest.. Andrea prepared everything for our stay & made everything very comfortable & very convenient & My Family really appreciate it.. We r grateful🙏🏻

No reading lamps beside the bed, meaning we needed to have the big light on.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2025The apartment is in an excellent location at the start of St Wolfgang and the parking is easily accessible. The views from the apartment and balconies are excellent and it is lovely to start and finish the day looking over the lake and the mountains. The apartment has been nicely refurbished. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen are a high spec and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and the host has kindly provided salt & pepper and oil & vinegar etc which is always a big help.
The only downside is that we stayed during a very hot week (30 degrees most days) and the dining area is windows all round which face south. There are blinds but they are not adequate to keep out the sun and the heat. When we arrived it was 30 degrees in the apartment and it would be that temp each afternoon when we returned. It did cool overnight and we had fans in our bedrooms but it wasn’t comfortable to spend any time in the apartment between 2 and 7pm. The owners gave told us that aircon will be added before next summer which will make a huge difference.

Reviewed Feb 16, 2025The apartment is very clean, the space and the million dollar unblocked lake view were awesome. There are 2 balconies. Olive oil, salt and pepper were provided for cooking, everything was nicely put together. You can tell the owners put in a lot of effort to ensure the usual lifestyle and habits of guests are catered for as much as possible. We heard the owner is out of town but they were still very responsive to our queries. The washing machine is located upstairs. Location is in the middle of Lake Wolfgang, and you can walk to the shore of the lake. It's a short drive to the nearby towns like Hallstatt, Gosau, Bad Ischl, St Gilgen etc and there is a very pretty cafe within walking distance called Kaffeewerkstatt which serves good coffee. Parking is at a nearby garage also within walking distance, but the exit of the carpark is quite challenging for big cars.
The nearby supermarket is closed on Sundays. The "second toilet" has separate shower and toilet, and lack counter space, but nothing serious.

The apartment wasn't as clean as I was expecting. There were dirty dishes in the cupboard, lots of bugs and spider webs in the bedroom and the refrigerator and dishwasher both smelled awful.
