Schöne Wohnung

Küchenausstattung ungenügend (keinen Teekrug und sonst Minimalausstattung) Handseife war mit Wasser gestreckt Obwohl Preis für ganze Wohnung bezahlt, war zweites Zimmer abgeschlossen, da bereits für die nächsten Gäste hergerichtet. Der Schlüssel wurde etwas widerwillig ausgehändigt. Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht!

Jeśli bym mogła, dałabym 11/10! Cały budynek piękny, apartament nie dość że gustownie urządzony to super wyposażony i czysty. Piękny duży taras z widokiem na góry i jezioro. Blisko do centrum St Wolfgang - 20min spacerem wzdłuż jeziora.

Le design l’équipement l’espace du studio avec de bons choix de matériaux de qualité. L’amabilité des propriétaires et la vue sur le lac depuis la terrasse. Endroit un peu à l’extérieur (5min à pied pour rejoindre le centre) mais permet de profiter du calme.

Everything in the apartment was very clean and new, even better than the pictures. The terrasse’s view was breathtaking. The localization was amazing, 5minutes walk from the lake and the village.

We had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The apartment was truly 10/10 — beautiful, comfortable, spotless, and everything we could have hoped for. The host was incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. It’s clear that a lot of care and attention goes into making guests feel comfortable. Overall, an outstanding stay in Austria, and we would happily recommend Alpenblick Apartment to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay. We would absolutely love to come back!

Het is een prachtig huis dat omgebouwd is met verschillende appartementen. Prachtig ingericht, je kunt zien dat er veel aandacht is besteed aan de inrichting. Alles past prachtig bij elkaar. Schoon en fris appartement. Heel veel ruimte, wij waren met zijn tweeën in een tweepersoonsappartement, maar er was heel veel leefruimte met een groot en breed balkon (wij zaten op de begane grond met uitzicht op het meer). Op loopafstand van het centrum. Mochten we weer naar de Wolfsgangsee gaan dan komen we zeker terug.

Top locatie bij de Wolfgangsee. We hadden fietsen mee deze konden we zonder problemen stallen in de garage van het appartement en daar ook opladen. Eigenaren zeer vriendelijk. Mooi uitzicht. Schoon en prima verblijf. Heerlijk geslapen :-)

陽台居高俯瞰湖面，景色優美，屋後一片綠地。距離市中心很近，門前有階梯直接到公路，停車場旁邊也有小徑可直達公路。 廚房用品設備齊全，陽台沙發設備舒適。

房間內沒有小桌子，只有床頭小櫃，蓮蓬頭很大水很小，沐浴精跟乳液在牆面的盒子都很難壓

Tolle Lage, Neubau und hochwertige Ausstattung und Einrichtung. In der Küchenzeile alles vorhanden was gebraucht wird. Grosser Balkon im Ersten Stock mit traumhafter Aussicht auf den See.

Eigentlich nichts. Eine Überdachung bei den Parkplätzen wäre noch ein Wunsch.

Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Sehr professionell von Anmeldung, Schlüsselübergabe und super Infomappe. Toller großer Balkon mit Longemöbeln und Blick auf den See. Schönes Badezimmer. Alles liebevoll eingerichtet.

Die Straße direkt unterhalb dem Balkon, aber trotzdem gute Lage, man kann vieles zu Fuß erreichen.

Wunderschönes modern eingerichtetes Appartment mit zwei großen Fernsehern und ausziehbarer Sedda-Couch, Küchenausstattung super, tolles Boxspringbett, riesen Terrasse mit schönen Möbeln und Blick auf den Wolfgangsee, Fliegengitter und elektrische Rolläden an Fenstern und Terrassentür, Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus! Garage zum Einstellen und Aufladen der E-Bikes. Schöner und freier Badestrand 5 min entfernt. Badezimmer top, Seife, Duschgel, Bodylotion, Fön, Bade- und Handtücher vorhanden! Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter!

Einziges Manko in der Küche ist, dass im Kühlschrank leider kein Gefrierfach vorhanden ist! Sonst gibt es nichts zu beanstanden!

Klid, pohoda, garáž pro horská kola s možností nabíjení elektrokol. Pestrá nabídka nápojů v recepci. Nedaleko od centra a dobrá komunikace s majitelem.

Jediné minus bylo počasí, kdy nám jeden den pršelo, bohužel za to ubytovatel nemůže ☹️

Es ist soweit alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Badezimmer sind schön.

Am Mittwoch war unser Anreisetag, Dienstags bekamen wir dann eine Nachricht, dass wenn wir beide Schlafzimmer nutzen wollen, wir pro Nacht 30 Euro vor Ort zahlen sollen. Auf Nachfrage hieß es dann, die automatische Benachrichtigung über die Zusatzkosten funktionierte wohl nicht, aber selbst wenn wir diese Benachrichtigung direkt nach dem Buchungsabschluss bekommen hätten, ist es frech… Aber, es gab dann sofort ein „ist ok, wir können beide Schz. nutzen“ Dazu muss gesagt werden, wir buchten absichtlich die Wohnung mit 2 SchZ. Der Ausblick ist schön, aber der Balkon tagsüber kaum zu nutzen, da wahnsinnig laut. Kommt man nur Abends in die Wohnung, stört es nicht, möchte man die Wohnung als Auszeit nutzen - ist das sehr störend, du kannst dich kaum unterhalten (leider steht in der Beschreibung nichts von viel befahrener Strasse) Die Betten sind ok, die Topper rollen sich an den Ecken hoch, in der Mitte des Bettes ist ein starker Hubbel, die Kissen sind zu klein und die Decke zu warm. Die Wohnung befindet sich unterm Dach - Klima gibt es nicht und Ventilatoren sind auch keine vorhanden. Der Sonnenschirm zu klein für den großen Balkon, leider auch nicht abknickbar und das Balkongeländer war voller dicker Staubmäuse. Die sind uns in unser Getränkeglas geflogen. Würde man für die Wohnung max 150 Euro zahlen, wäre das ja zu verkraften aber bei fast 300 Euro die Nacht - stimmt da einfach zu viel nicht. Für das Geld, muss es dann auch perfekt sein.

Die Wohnung war auf den ersten Blick gemütlich, wo sauber, modern und hell-wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Parken kann man direkt vor der Haustür. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und der Balkon mit Seeblick war für uns das schönste! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Es gibt absolut nichts zu meckern!

Sehr gemütliches, neues und stilvolles Appartment. Alles da, was man braucht. Bequeme Betten, schöne Aussicht auf See und Berge. St. Wolfgang ist fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

The apartmant is located 5 min on foot to city center, very spacious, clean, with festive decorations which gives special christmas vibe. The view from balcony is simply amazing!

1. Location The accommodation is located on one of the most beautiful parts of the lake. It’s also close to the Schafbergbahn train station and the town center, making it a perfect base for exploring all the main attractions. I traveled by rental car, and the dedicated parking area made it very convenient. 2. Condition of the accommodation The place is beautifully and neatly decorated in a warm wooden tone. The furniture and kitchen utensils are all well-equipped. Since the nearby supermarket closes around 6–7 PM, it was fun to buy some ingredients in advance and cook at the apartment. 3. Other notes There aren’t many shops or restaurants right around the accommodation, so it’s best suited for guests traveling by car. But it’s wonderfully quiet, and the mountain scenery and cows behind the property are so lovely. I also enjoyed going for a morning run along the lake right outside the accommodation, and cooking meals there was a great experience. Highly recommended! 4. Good to know As it’s an eco-friendly property, daily cleaning or extra towels may not be provided for short stays, so it’s good to use towels sparingly. I didn’t know this and had to make an extra request — thank you again for accommodating me! (It’s also a good idea to bring your own slippers.) There’s salt and pepper available, but no olive oil, so you might want to pick up a small bottle from the supermarket for cooking. The cups, dishes, cutlery, and kitchen tools are all perfect. I had such a wonderful stay and truly lovely memories :)

From the moment we arrived at Haus Alpenblick, we were genuinely impressed. The exterior was stunning—clearly newly renovated—and the interior exceeded our expectations even more. Our apartment was beautifully designed, with high-quality materials and furnishings that were evident from the very first glance. Despite being on the lowest floor, we enjoyed a lovely view thanks to the hillside location. During our travels, we've stayed in many accommodations, but there was always something essential missing. At Haus Alpenblick, however, everything we needed was thoughtfully provided. The kitchen was fully equipped with well-maintained cookware, plenty of pots, pans, cutlery, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, and more. Usually, we bring our own sponge and cloths because many places lack these basics—but here, everything was ready for a truly comfortable stay. The location was ideal: just a short walk to the lake and town center, yet wonderfully peaceful. It served as the perfect base for our outings, sightseeing, and swimming.

Für ältere Leute war es ein bißchen anstrengend vom See zum Haus zu Fuß hoch zu gehen. Eine Pfanne mit Teflonbeschichtung hat mir gefehlt

The apartment has stunning views of the lake and the pasture land. The living room and the bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect as it is not far from the town and at the same time, you can enjoy a tranquil environment of nature. The cow bells chime so beautifully that one seems to be in heavenly state.

One of the bathrooms inside the bedroom does not have doors. It lacks the privacy that one requires.

Within walking distance to the village. Fabulous views. The lotion and shower cream are absolutely gorgeous.

Wir haben uns im Haus Alpenblick rundum wohlgefühlt. Alles war sehr hochwertig, neu und genauso wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Besonders der wunderschöne Blick auf den Wolfgangsee hat uns begeistert! Der Check-in war völlig unkompliziert, der Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. In nur 3–4 Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Ortszentrum – perfekte Lage also. Wir würden uns freuen, unseren Urlaub hier wieder einmal verbringen zu dürfen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Very nice apartment, great view of the wolfgangsee! The furniture, kitchen and beds are all very high quality, and we really enjoy it.

May I missed it, but I don’t recall any mention of wolfgangsee card and guest mobility tickets during our booking and check-in, so we wasn’t aware of them until we’ve stayed for 2 days. It’s good that the hotel provide them quickly after requested, but it’d be better if the hotel communicate that in advance. There’s no washing machine in this hotel. And it’s unbelievable that the nearest laundering service is in Bad Ischl which is 30 minutes bus away!

The apartment is lovely and the view from the balcony is really special. It’s a really big spacious balcony also, we loved spending evenings there watching the sunset. It’s perfect for a weekend trip! Short walk downhill to the lake and a very nice promenade that takes you to the cute town.

We needed to walk a long flight of stairs to get back to the apartment from the lake but to be honest it’s worth it to have such an amazing view from the apartment.

It is a beautiful apartment, very well stocked with all you need to enjoy your holiday! Fantastic patio with views of the lake and mountains! Perfect location to the center of town. I would go back again in a heartbeat!
