La limpieza, demasiado pobre. Nos topamos con una prenda íntima (panty) sucio en el mueble. Habían telas de araña en el pasillo. El aire acondicionado sucio. La ventana del baño asquerosa.

Están bien, pero los muebles y armarios se pueden renovar. Los alrededores necesitan atención. Hay escombros y maleza.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026I do not like the place, for a senior person is too hard to go up the stairs and the area is too dark to go out during dark time.
The price I paid was too high due to the property location, Room in the 3rd floor, stairs no easy to go up and the bathroom too small.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026I love that this is located in the middle of the Arecibo city and close to Walmart, Econo's Supermarket, 2 malls, Sam's and many places to eat from Fast food to Restaurants. Really convenient. Staff was amazing really friendly and it has daily breakfast (donuts and fruits) with coffee and juice. The view of the beach is amazing and there is a path way to go see the water and have a walk in the beach. This area is very calm. The room was very clean and comfy, it felt like home.

Room was dated and the balcony could not be enjoyed as it didn't have illumination, the water from the AC units fron the rooma above ours was leaking into the balcony and the only chair available was too rusty to even sit on it.

The lobby and stairs area were a little sketchy. There were only two pillows on the bed. We could have used a couple more to watch tv more comfortably. Also one of the towels had a big bleach stain on it.

Even though I felt safe, I was surprised that I could access the inside of the building and up the stairs straight up. Maybe a security door for downstairs area. Again, I felt safe and nothing happened, just a thought.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026La ubicación es excelente frente al mar buena brisa un paraíso. La habitación limpia pero de mal gusto sabanas rojas y negras. El local entero necesita CARINO. Esta pidiendo una pintura a gritos. Parece estar abandonado a la suerte. Las alfombras no viejas - ancianas desgastadas. Las escaleras para acceder las habitaciones están graves, al menos deben darles una pintura xq están sucias y feas. El espacio del cuarto esta desperdiciado. Los muebles tipo TEMU. El lavamanos del baño es demasiado pequeño. El TV - grande y bueno. La vista al mar de mi cuarto espectacular - pero no se podia apreciar xq no había ninguna ventana - solo el cristal y estaba sucio por el salitre - no se podia apreciar la vista ni la brisa del mar ni escuchar las olas rompiendo en la orilla. En resumen, un sitio maravilloso pero abandonado. El cuarto limpio con toallas limpias - se puede dormir bien - pero el sitio tiene mucho mas potencial de lo que ofrece.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026Me gusto el cuarto, el ambiente. Comunicación excelente con los encargados. Si, las ventanas podrían limpiarse para ver mejor, pero no es la gran cosa. Buenísimo el precio, perfecto si necesitas quedarte por trabajo o despejarte de la realidad. Eramos 3, papa, mama e hijo y nos pareció muy bueno, limpio y cómodo. También muy bueno el desayuno.
Hasta ahora nada, solo que deben limpiar las ventanas, pero fuera de eso todo bien.

Stuff Didn't like: The bed was not comfortable didn't sleep well any of the 6 nights, the curtains are super light so as soon the sun come up at 6am or before will bright the room like is 12pm plus the bed sheets are to thin for a small room with a good air conditioner...

Nuestra habitación familiar #1, recomiendo que las cortinas sean "blackout" ..la luces del área de recepción prendidas toda la noche, entraba claridad. De lo demás todo bien.
