I had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was convenient, and the property had everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience easy and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay.

The apartment was cozy and worked well for my family of two adults and 3 children. We appreciated that home was near several shopping centers that included grocery stores and restaurants. Our family lives about 15 minutes from this rental, so it was convenient for us to visit with them while having our own space to enjoy during our trip.

We felt a bit deceived by the images of the ocean/beach from a window. We've stayed in beautiful homes on the beach before, and were expecting this home to be the same. While you can see see the ocean from the street when you park, there are no views of the ocean from the actual unit, which is in the back of a multi-unit property. While we did see the note from the owner that the beach was not accesible from the unit, we still expected to wake up to beautiful ocean views, which was not the case. Other than that, we found the unit to meet our needs.

The property owner was excellent to work with. She even upgraded the internet connection to meet our needs.

The location.

The property has not been properly maintained. The bathroom, the kitchen, the sofa bed, and other areas were not clean. Old towels, dirty dishes, and the toilet brush... nasty.

La comunicación con el anfitrión siempre fue óptima. Estuvo al pendiente y siempre cordial y dispuesto a complacer lo solicitado. El ambiente, el baño, la sala, la cocina, los cuartos, el laundry... todo impecable, en excelentes condiciones y suficientemente adecuado para pasar los días sin faltar nada. Muy recomendado.

Let’s see- staying here allowed us to see almost the entire island in the 5 days we were there (Read what we didn’t like to see why) So- apartment #3 has a great ac system, it’s nicely decorated & has all the basic things you could need I.e. kitchen items & chairs &towels for the beach so you don’t have to worry about bringing them on your vacation. Shower is good. The condo is located on a dead end street so it’s fairly quiet. I felt very safe there and it was quiet unlike other properties we viewed that talked about loud bars etc. Instructions were easy to follow and lockbox and key were easy to access. We paid for what we got.

What we didn’t like-Why we got to see so much of Puerto Rico… Well this is ADVERTISED as OCEANFRONT. While that may be true for apartment 1 & 2, apartment 3 IS NOT OCEAN FRONT & you will NOT be hear the waves crash during your stay or see the sunrise from a front window and you are NOT told that you may be assigned to apartment #3 when you book; you don’t get to choose. I think this is false advertising. The apartments are located on the Atlantic Ocean but you have to cross the road (remember quiet dead end street) to see it and there is a cliff that you will not be climbing down to get to an almost pristine beach that you CANT swim in! It does have black sand though and there is a way to get to the beach if you walk up into the parking lot and climb down the grassy area on the rocks. Just check the tide times. Again you’re not swimming or laying out here, but it’s beautiful!…The beds were terrible. We didn’t sleep good the entire time we were there. Whomever cleans this place, doesn’t do a good job. There was an inch of dust on the ceiling fans which I could live with but the mold on the corner of the shower was not ok….The outside faux grass is nasty. The JACUZZI- it’s a blow up Jacuzzi, not a hot tub. And WHILE these ppl do say that there is a camera on property, the fail to tell you that it gives them the ability to watch you while your using that jacuzzi so we opted not to utilize the amenity at all because that’s creepy. Again we understand cameras but we weren’t ok with that. So due to all these reasons, we stayed out of the room as much as possible.

Some issues happen with the vanities on the apartment.

Стены требует ремонта.Много плесни и отсутствие вентиляции в туалете и ванной комнате.Электро плита работает с перебоями.Невозможно приготовить еду на длительное время.

Ubicación; al cruzar te encontrarás con la playa directamente. Buena vista y ubicación. Amplio, limpio, me encantó. Super tranquilo. Sin duda vuelvo.

I loved hearing the waves crashing every time we were outside.

We couldn’t operate the hot tub. There was a small leak from the fridge which was a small worry since we bought food to cook. The host was very responsive to get it fixed.

The entire apartment, lots of near places.

The only thing I will say is, that the photo from the beach view looks like you can walk from the apartment to the beach and when we got there there was no way to access the beach, there was a cliff.

Es un remanso de paz.....para recargar baterías,buena comida y entretenimiento cerca....la vista a la playa maravillosa 🙌🙌

Cómodo accesible y anfitrión cordial excelente lugar

El baño tiene jacuzzi, es bien amplio y tiene aparte de bañera, ducha al lado.

El jacuzzi de afuera es inflable, pequeño y el agua estaba turbia. El apartamento por afuera la fachada no es bonita, pero por dentro es bonito, cómodo y muy limpio. El cuarto matrimonial, la luz se apagaba sola, al igual que el aire acondicionado en las madrugadas.

Buena terraza privada y comoda con Jacuzzi y mesas con sillas .cómodo interior y bonito lugar todo bien limpio .

El portón de la entrada hacia la terraza debería tener mejor seguridad para entrar ya que no tiene candado.

Super excelente me encanto el lugar, Ame la tranquilidad .. la dueña super atenta amable y muy servicial .. definitivamente volvere 💯💪💪🤩🤩🙏🙏

Was clean, the privacy and amenities.

The street to go to the property at the beginning is dark.

I liked the view of the beach and ocean. It was close to Utuado. The bathroom was a great size.

There are no complaints.

El apt esta ubicado en un lugar muy céntrico, la vista al mar está hermosa, está equipado con todo lo que necesitas para la estadía, definitivamente volvería otra vez

Excelente localización frente al mar, muy tranquila y cerca de restaurantes, gasolineras etc, fueron muy amables todo el tiempo. La pasamos muy bien. Por otro lado, Me pareció extraño que tuviera que pagar por ATH Mobile y no directamente desde la plataforma. Existen muchos fraudes exactamente así y me enteré luego, por suerte no es el caso, pero deberían cobrar desde la aplicación y no de otra manera para la seguridad y confianza del huésped. Recomiendo cambiar la estufa, es algo complicada de entender, el jacuzzy estaba sucio, tuvimos que vaciarlo, limpiarlo y llenarlo.

It is a very peaceful and quiet location across the street from the beach. The apartment is very clean, with plenty of space, and everything a small family or single business traveler needs for a short or extended stay: private laundry (washer and dryer), more than adequate refrigerator with freezer, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, blender, microwave, bath towels, soap, large TV, etc. Big back patio with tables, chairs, and covered jacuzzi. A mini-split AC blower in the main room and both bedrooms. Everything you need! Access to the very large, nearly private beach can be a little tricky to find (walk west about 500 feet and you'll see the path down the hill), but I enjoyed it tremendously. Exceptionally friendly, helpful, and responsive property manager! Johanna is a total gem and takes care of everything with great care and warmth. She made everything so easy and reasonable. I will definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommend.

La relación calidad-precio es muy buena. La zona es tranquila, poco turística y nada masificada, que fue precisamente lo que más nos gustó. Recomendamos las playas Poza del Obispo y poza de Don Guelo. Muchos chinchorros para comer friturillas por la carretera de la costa (solo fin de semana) y muchas otras cadenas de comida por los alrededores a los que se puede ir incluso a pie.

Estuvimos muy bien en la vivienda, lo único es que tal vez, como la casa está en la parte trasera del edificio, para ver el mar había que salir.

Location

No washer and dryer which was advertised. Towels were very small and not up to standards. As mentioned do not book if you need a washer or dryer because it has been removed. Our view of the water from our unit with a trailer parked directly in front of our unit.

Recently renovated apartment with an amazing ocean front view.

No easy access to the beach, as the house is located on the top of the hill. However if you manage to get down the hill to get to the beach you CAN’T swim because for the rocks in the water and constant big waves. The closest beach where you can swim is 15 min away. 2 famous sites to see in the area are permanently closed.

Great place and perfect location. The lovely view made it better and the host was the best!

The property was really convenient for my family and I. Everything we needed was provided. Rooms are comfortable and include ceiling fans and AC. There are restaurants and highways close.

Wifi signal didn't get correctly to the room.

Liked everything

This was the most amazing place to stay. Right on the beach. Glorious views and such a clean and modern place. The shower and tub were a dream. It was quiet, conducive to total relaxation. The host was so helpful and answered any questions immediately. Beds were so comfy, and the AC had great controllers.

Nothing! This is a true gem! You won't be disappointed!

The apartment was well equipped. Everything you needed was available. The jacuzzi was also very pleasant.

Oceanfront, good location, close to beach and stores, clean, private, safe, modern, awesome staff, good price, my kitty loved it, well cooled too, nice amenities, hot tub, private patio

Rear apartment has no view of the ocean. The front door has a half an inch gap underneath it. 2 crabs and couple of other critters walked right in. The bed is tiny and not comfortable.
