Rooms are very nice and spacious, good shower pressure, great breakfast. The personnel was very polite at all moments.

Prices might be cheaper if you book directly.

No elevator not a problem day to day just an issue with luggage. Very poor water pressure for my shower. Noisy rearranging of furniture in other rooms early in the morning. Cab service unfamiliar with location of the hotel made for redirection in all taxi cab trips.

Todo, el personal súper atento, nos ayudaron a hacer reservaciones y sus recomendaciones muy acertadas en restaurantes. Súper bien ubicado a media cuadra de la calle/mercado de artesanías.

Una verdadera delicia hospedarme en Five Queen. El único detalle es que estáben un callejón estrecho y la logística cob el estacionamiento es algo complicada. Pero la ubicación excelente, el desayuno que ofrecen muy casero y delicioso! Si regreso!

loved the staff, they were all very lovely and the hotel was just perfect for a get away, the only thing i would probably recommend is lobby music as during our breakfast is was uncomfortably quiet.

I’m a shopper so the location was great. Service was excellent and facilities were well kept. I would not recommend this location for anyone with mobility issues. They don’t have bars to hold onto in the bathroom or even furniture that can provide something to hold onto should you fall.

Modern and historic blend. Nice room size. Extra large closet. Bathroom set up was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Location had loud vehicle noise and blasting music weekend nights as well as late night/early morning dog barking. Smell of wood stain was pronounced. Cleaning product of fabuloso was overwhelming. For a nicer property, they should use natural, non-chemical products. WiFi was spotty to non-existent. Need boosters.

Wonderful Boutique Hotel within reasonable walking distance of the main square. The staff is very helpful. We recommend upper floor rooms, the ground floor rooms at simply too loud at times.

We really enjoyed the style of the property. I loved that it was so new and clean. The staff were all very nice, friendly and helpful. Housekeeping team do an outstanding job keeping everything perfect. The only let down for us was the breakfast, it was fresh but was very basic and not my expectation of an ‘English breakfast’.

I loved this small, boutique hotel. My room was very light and airy, with direct access to a nice terrace.

The only suggestion I have is to tell the guest what a beautiful terrace you have on the roof. We didn’t learn about it till the last day it makes this wonderful experience even better that should be shared immediately when the guest arrived

The hotel is a little over six months old having been completely renovated from a luxury colonial home. Everything is new from a fixture's standpoint. High Ceilings, comfortable bed. Nice rooftop decks available for use from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. On demand water heaters, so one has to let the shower warm up a few minutes. Outstanding responsive staff. An outstanding breakfast restaurant across the lane and about 10 doors down towards the ccenter of the Centro District.

The soaring ceiling is three stories tall and is opened by the staff. Very comfortable tables and seating below as well as a nicely appointed public "living room" space.

This lovely hotel had a convenient location, personalized attention and was extremely clean.

This is a rather new property built in a historic section of El Centro. Unlike other properties coming into the market, Five Queens Hotel is not intended for the ultra-luxury client but offers modern conveniences and a fantastic vibe throughout. Be prepared for stairs here - there is no elevator but assistance with suitcases is freely provided. I would have liked to rate an overall 4.5 here because there is room for improvement. There is a wait time for hot water on some days (just let it run) and the internet can be slow in the rooms themselves. The hotel does include daily breakfast prepared from scratch by the lovely staff, although you may find yourself going out for some mornings to experience some of the excellent breakfast spots close by. The outstanding staff truly made my stay at this hotel special! They felt like family after 5 days and their response time through WhatsApp was incredible. (Yes, get the app for all things SMA) The location is close to everything, I walked everywhere without issue. The typical noises of the town are muted a bit with Calle Loreto being a one-way street that is not traveled as much during the nighttime hours. Finally the hotel roof terrace offers outstanding views of sunsets and the monuments from two levels. Take a bottle of wine up the stairs and you’ll experience these serene experiences without the crowds (and prices) of the “famous” sunset views touted by many nearby restaurants!

Tuve una estancia agradable en este hotel. El lugar es impecable, ya que está prácticamente nuevo, lo que lo hace aún más acogedor. El personal fue increíblemente atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomendaría a cualquiera que busque comodidad y excelente servicio.

La habitación tiene lo mínimo indispensable para descansar adecuadamente y no esperes grandes espacios ni lujos; decoración de buen gusto. La construcción es muy bonita; el personal muy amable. El desayuno es sabroso. La ubicación es excelente! El estacionamiento, como en todo SMA, es una complejidad. Subir tres pisos por escaleras no es muy agradable. En la siguiente ocasión pediré habitación en PB o 1er Piso. Almohadas de distintas densidades y alturas se disfrutarían (más suaves).

This was a very nice property in a great location. Just a couple minor things. The volume on the TV in our room wouldn’t go higher than a whisper and our friends room had no wifi or TV. We did tell the front desk. Not sure if they tried to fix it or not but it was the same through our stay.
