Нет кондиционера, вантиляции не было, окна не открываються, солнечная сторона. Душно было очень. Заказывал самый большой номер поселили в среднем по размеру. Мои пожелания не были учтены.

Leuke ligging in een leuke mooie stad. Savond's waren er nog leuke plekjes om iets te gaan drinken. De stad had me wat overtroffen daar ik niet verwacht had dat het zo mooi zou zijn in Delft.

Uiteindelijk viel de kamer super goed mee buiten het feit dat er geen airco aanwezig was en het op dit moment buiten 30 graden geweest was. Dit is natuurlijk maar een luxe probleem. Voor de rest was de kamer en badkamer super ordelijk en mooi ingericht.

Im Zimmer gab es einen etwas unangenehmen Geruch. Die Fenster sind nicht zu offenen. Es stand ein Ventilator im Zimmer, der ziemlich auseinander gefallen war.

Gut sind Lage, geschmackvoller Frühstücksraum, nettes Frühstückspersonal und gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Nicht super aber ordentlich.

Die Wartung der Zimmer ist vernachlässigt: Haken lose, Lampen funktionieren nur teilweise, Fenster klemmen, Abfluss im Bad unvollständig und Safe lose im Schrank (wozu ist der dann gut?). Zimmerservice reinigt den Raum nicht, füllt keine Seife nach und nicht gelieferte Handtücher kann man ja selbst an der Rezeption abholen. Der Safe ist noch vom Vormieter geschlossen usw.

Er stonden wel bedlampen op het nachtkastje maar die konden nergens worden aangesloten (geen stopcontacten), ook het grote licht kon je niet uitdoen vanuit het bed. In de douche zat schimmel in de hoekjes.

The location is excellent being close to the centre of town, but not too close to be noisy. Also ideal for the tram stop. Breakfast room was very pleasant and had lots of Delft pottery of course. Reception team for friendly and helpful.

The bathroom in my ground floor room was very dated and one of the shower doors was I need of repair. The bed was stated as being a double, but was two beds pushed together with two separate toppers and a double sheet. The beds were not locked and came apart.

The staff were professional and helpful. The location was good.

1. No mini fridge! - I didn't specifically check this in the accommodation profile because surely this is standard these days. On our holiday around Holland, every other of the 4 accommodations we stayed at had a fridge. 2. No air conditioning. I wouldn't normally expect this necessarily and of course we were there during a heatwave. The reason I think this is an issue is that the photo on the site gives you the impression you may be in high-ceilinged, airy rooms with windows that you could open wide. However, it turns out that you are in a somewhat separate building in the attic rooms that retain heat and have very little window space. Very disappointing. 3. Mirror placement in the bathroom. I appreciate that the roof space is challenging but surely the mirrors could have been placed in such a way that you could look into them.

The breakfast in this hotel is set on Delft china in a room that looks like 100 years ago. In addition the staff member who runs it keeps all the visitors thinking they were in her own home.

Dutch homes often have the toilet and the sink in two separate rooms, as this hotel does. I find it inconvenient.

La posizione: l'hotel si trova a Oude Delft, a un passo da tutti i monumenti più famosi, in una zona piena di birrerie, ristoranti, piccoli negozi. Tutta la zona è molto romantica. L'hotel è all'interno di una struttura molto antica ed è sicuramente di grande fascino.

Al momento della prenotazione avevamo chiesto di poter soggiornare in una camera specifica (richiesta speciale confermata per iscritto dall'hotel), ma quando siamo arrivati ci hanno detto che la camera da noi richiesta (con tre mesi di anticipo) non era disponibile. Inoltre la camera che ci proponevano non coincideva, secondo noi, con il tipo di camera che avevamo pagato. Abbiamo protestato vivamente e allora ci hanno consentito di traslocare nella camera richiesta il giorno dopo quando sarebbe stata disponibile (per fortuna!). Ancora adesso ci chiediamo come mai una richiesta speciale fatta da un cliente e confermata dall'hotel possa essere dimenticata oppure ignorata. La camera era fredda, il riscaldamento non funzionava. Ci hanno detto che purtroppo l'hotel è dotato di riscaldamento centralizzato e non si poteva intervenire sul termostato, per cui siamo stati al freddo un'intera settimana. Stiamo parlando di un hotel 4 stelle che dovrebbe avere a cuore la soddisfazione e il comfort del cliente!

De ligging is mooi centraal. Wij hadden ‘s avonds een afspraak in het centrum en dan is deze locatie goed centraal op loopafstand.

Normaal boelen we 4 sterren + dus wellicht is de recensie wat te streng, maar de accommodatie verdient wel wat aandacht. Wij zaten in het 3e gedeelte (het hotel bestaat uit 3 gebouwen) en bij binnenkomst hing een sterke putlucht. Ons verblijf op de 1e was ruim en netjes maar de tafelpoot was afgebroken, gordijn hing half op de rails, de kozijnen kunnen onderhoud gebruiken en het tapijt in de kamer en op de ga gen is ook aan vernieuwing toe. De ‘vending machine’ in de hal was buiten gebruik. De ligging is top, de badkamer gedateerd maar schoon en ook het bed was netjes schoon. Het is jammer dat deze mooie locatie niet het onderhoud krijgt die het verdient. Ook de dames WC bij de entree van het hotel was op zondag ochtend ronduit niet fris.

It was overpriced compared to all the hotels I haven’t stayed in across Europe. The room was small, dark and oppressively stuffy. There shower holder was broken. It was also the only hotel that asked on arrival for a £100 guarantee against possible breakages!

Das Zimmer entspricht absolut nicht, auf den Fotos sehen die Zimmer anders aus. Die ganze Ausstattung ist irgendwie total geschmacklos und alt - Spannteppich, Vorhänge und zerrissene Gardinen. Das Fenster kann nicht geschlossen werden und ich hatte das Zimmer gegenüber der Kirchenglocke. Wahrscheinlich wäre es aber sowieso zu muffig gewesen. Matratzen sind durchgelegen. Das Badezimmer ist sehr alt mit einem ekeligen Plastikvorhang. Man fragt sich woher die 4 Sterne kommen. Würde ich nicht mehr buchen.

Pas du tout les standards d’un 4 étoile, très déçu par l’hôtel, tout faisait assez sale, la chambre était même un peu lugubre. La première réceptionniste lors de notre arrivee était très désagréable même si la deuxième au moment du Check out était très gentille

Matig ontbijt, weinig aanbod. Vriendelijke medew. maar kon in haar eentje bijvullen niet bijhouden. Airco rammelde van alle kanten, advies receptie: oordopjes in doen. Medew.receptie spreken gebrekkig Nederlands. Kleine douchecabine met scheve muur, onmogelijk om fatsoenlijk te douchen. Geen afstandsbediening tv en die we later kregen van receptie bleek niet te werken. Kamer zou ook nog een upgrade zijn geweest!

Schuine wanden, je kunt niet rechtopstaand douchen. Niet te doen. Meer schuine wanden- Hoofd stoten tegen balken of tv. Zwaar verouderd meubilair jaren 80, een lelijk ongezellig bij elkaarraapsel. Schuin hangend afleg plaatje boven ouderwets wastafeltje waar je sullen zo afglijden , de wastafel in. Deze is op zijn beurt met groot (veel te) afvoergat. Kussens zijn dik en hard.

Was a super location, close to the station and other transport links, very clean area with lots of bars and resteraunts within minutes of the hotel

I was not over impressed with the breakfast choice, although I opted for 3 breakfasts, I only had one in the hotel

Zeer kleine kamer en badkamer, behoorlijk comfortabel maar ook niet meer dan dat. Personeel zeer gevarieerd : sommigen, de ouderen, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, maar de jonge garde … er liep daar één jonge gast bij, die door de receptie gevraagd was ons naar onze kamer te begeleiden, wel, die was een complete ramp, “werkte” daar duidelijk tegen zijn zin, sprak geen woord, deed niet eens de deur open voir ons, niettegenstaande we daar stonden met onze handen vol bagage, enz. We kwamen hem ‘s anderendaags terug tegen bij het ontbijt, maar hij slaagde er ook daar niet in zich op welk vlak dan ook enigszins nuttig te maken.
