Outlook, close to town but far enough away

For the size of room TV was too small for the distance away from the bed. Cobwebs everywhere - not well maintained

Anna was a brilliant host, fantastic breakfasts and also great recommendations on where to eat out. Thank you Anna!

The view was majestic, the room peaceful well appointed and comfortable and the breakfast the morning after was so lovely, the host friendly and inviting.

Lovely host, modern room and delicious breakfast

Big bed nice bathroom quite and tranquil 8 minutes from town hot tub was hot and pool was wet breakfast was great. Bloody good all-round 👍

Luxury suites with quality build

No cross ventilation in rooms. Somethings which are standard elsewhere, you need to ask for, such as hair dryer or plates. However, overall, a good experience and would recommend.

Modern B&B, right by the cycle trail, we were riding. Very comfortable room and a swimming pool right outside the door. Nice breakfast in the host's kitchen area. Taxi service was available for getting to and from Greytown, but we had other arrangements this time. Single night stay also appreciated for a cycle touring trip.

Nothing Springs to mind

The house was stunning and Anna was so lovely. The pool was an extra bonus on the hot days we were there. Anna was wonderful at preparing breakfast and was lovely to meet and talk to other visitors staying there.

The only thing which im sure was a genuine mistake was our bathroom bin wasnt clean and full of rubbish and the toilet wasnt clean when we went in. But these were minor things and we enjoyed our stay overall. Also maybe having some shampoo and conditioner would be good as we didnt bring any for two nights but after using pool hair needed a wash.

The location was very nice, great views, quiet, and the night sky was stunning. Close enough to Greytown but you do need a car to get about. The facilities were modern and everything was provided. The host was friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was filling and tasty, cooked fresh and served in the main kitchen. Overall we are glad we stayed.

The pool area was a nice extra, but the area needed some maintenance - cobwebs, overgrown grass, dried clippings etc. It would have been nice to have some seating and possibly an umbrella by the pool as there was nowhere to put a towel, sun block etc. Price was in the more premium range for one night, so these details mattered.

We stayed at Woodside Bed and Breakfast for our birthdays (recommended to us by Will from the Sauna Project), and it was such a fantastic experience! Anna is an amazing host, so welcoming, she even baked us birthday muffins and made a delicious breakfast the next morning. The spa under the starry sky was absolutely magical. A very peaceful and relaxing stay. The place itself is spotless (sparkling clean!), the bed was super comfy, and the bedroom/bathroom are beautifully decorated, in love with the bathroom everything neat and tidy. No clutter at all, just perfectly done. We loved our stay and will definitely be recommending it to others and coming back ourselves, maybe in summer so we can enjoy the pool this time.

The location, quality of accommodation. Modern comfortable, purpose built. Overlooking farmland and the ranges, was very quiet and relaxing. The spa a treat. Close to Greytown. Will definitely stay here again when wanting to escape the city for a weekend.

Beautiful night sky with a spa and wonderful hosts. Definitely coming back for a retreat! Loved our company with breakfast 🥰 and spoilt with local produce.

Anna was a very hospitable host. Nothing was a problem. Comfortable, spacious and clean room. Lovely breakfast offered. My only suggestion would be a couple more tea bags .

Host Anna was lovely, good breakfast and location. Only two teabags, no shampoo etc, small TV. For the price a few extras would have been nice.

It was lovely and quiet. Fantastic that they provided a taxi service as well. Breakfast was delicious.

The internet and tv were not working great and the place would look amazing with a little more maintenance and gardening.

Amazing location. Fantastic breakfast options! The facilities were excellent. We even made use of the owners private taxi service to a local vineyard, exceptional service! Happy to recommend!

It was a beautiful rural setting. Lovely place to relax, and that's what we came to do. Beautiful room, and a lovely spa. There is a pool, but the weather was too cold to use it unfortunately. Lovely owner who cooked a delicious breakfast!

The only thing I'd change is the tv size. Not a real issue, but slightly bigger would be fab.

Rooms were spacious and bright with lovely outlook. Pool was amazing! was nice to have a swim and sun bathe and enjoy the peace and quiet. Host was very nice and easy to communicate with.

Beautiful views Central location

Anna was a wonderful hostess and the rooms were very clean and spacious. Breakfast was also a very nice touch and tasty with homemade breads and jams.

The outoor space could have been better kept.

Very impressive new build with great facilities in the room and bathroom. Lovely view from the patio of the hills outback. We stayed on cold rainy days but the buildings were nice and warm. An ideal spot for looking around Greytown and the Martinborough wine district (20 minutes away) Your choice of breakfast and tea and coffee making facilities in the room

Great place just out of town. Rooms were nice and comfortable, breakfast was nice, Spa was nice little extra. Pool wasnt up and running while we were there (Picking it was too cold)

Perfect location for us as we were attending a wedding over the weekend. Host was friendly and accommodated our request for an earlier check-in. Lovely breakfast. The pool was an added bonus!

The food was delicious and the variety of choice was amazing. Everything done to perfection! The room was very stylish and comfortable. The location was beautiful with the backdrop of the Tararua Ranges and the Spa pool was a real treat.

The location was lovely & private. We enjoyed the Breakfast, so much so I have ordered the "Rich" Coffee beans that Anna used to make our Coffees with.

There wasn't anything we didn't like, the total experience was lovely & Anna was a superb Host
