Expérience scandaleuse et totalement inacceptable. J’avais effectué et payé une réservation dans cet hôtel. À mon arrivée, alors que je suis français et que je vis en concubinage depuis 10 ans, on m’a demandé un acte de mariage pour pouvoir accéder à ma chambre. N’étant pas marié, l’hôtel a tout simplement refusé de me laisser entrer malgré ma réservation et mon paiement. Le plus choquant est qu’aucune solution ne m’a été proposée et que l’établissement a refusé d’annuler ma réservation ou de me rembourser. J’ai donc dû trouver un autre hôtel en urgence et louer deux chambres, avec des frais supplémentaires importants. Je trouve cette manière de traiter un client ayant réservé et payé à l’avance absolument inadmissible. L’accueil a été déplorable et la situation m’a profondément choqué. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement. Je demande le remboursement intégral de la réservation qui n’a pas été honorée par l’hôtel. Une expérience qui m’a malheureusement donné une très mauvaise image de mon séjour au Maroc. Je n’ai aucune intention de retourner dans cet hôtel.

A very beautiful, traditional old hotel with a lovely atmosphere and beautiful spaces. Although it is a little dated, it would only need some renovation and improvements to bring it back to its full potential. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the gardens and swimming pool are beautiful. The location is excellent—literally right next to the railway station and in the heart of Marrakech. A great place to stay for experiencing the city.

There are old, torn carpets in some areas of the corridors, which really need replacing. The breakfast was very poor and could definitely be improved. During guests’ visits, cleaners were sometimes wiping the floors, which could create a slipping hazard. The cleaners were clearly doing their best, but the hotel itself doesn’t really need more cleaning—it needs renovation and updating. Overall, it is a beautiful traditional hotel with great potential, but some areas are quite dated and would benefit from refurbishment.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and reception staff went above and beyond to help us after a cancelled flight and last minute check in. Shower was decent and breakfast was ok. If you want a busy area location was good. Issues with room but changed our room immediately.

Noisy as next to main road. Needs a redecorate and better cleaners and more drink options. Overall good value for the cheap price

The bathroom door in our room wasn't working. It was always open, it's good we were sisters but gives us the impression that it's not well maintained.

Für uns war die Lage ausschlaggebend für die Buchung - perfekt am Bahnhof und neben der Supratoursbus Station gelegen. Es war auch alles sauber.

Die Terrassentür hat nicht dicht verschlossen, sodass es im Zimmer, das zur Straßenseite lag,unglaublich laut war.

Les cafards, le personnel très froid. La propreté qui laisse à désirer. Aucune isolation phonique on dirait même qu’on dort dans une chambre partagée. Impossible à contacter sur booking ou pas téléphone non plus enfin bref à fuir.

Ondanks de ligging (vlakbij het treinstation en drukke buurt), ondervind je geen enkele (lawaai)hinder. Top! De kamers waren netjes en comfortabel, de tuin werd goed onderhouden en er is ook gelegenheid tot zwemmen! Prijs-kwaliteit aan te raden voor een kort verblijf.

Voor een goed ontbijt, boek je beter iets in de buurt. Het aanbod was zeer beperkt en vooral niet gezond. Bovendien werden de tafels nauwelijks afgeruimd en was het meubilair op het terras grotendeels stuk. Een groot contrast tussen de eetzaal en de slaapkamers!

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Es gibt einen schönen Garten mit Swimmingpool. Das Frühstücksbuffet war überschaubar aber man wurde satt. Brot und Kaffee waren gut.

Das Zimmer hat seine besten Jahre schon weit hinter sich. Die gesamte Anlage ist etwas ungepflegt. Man sollte mal die Fenster putzen und die Mülleimer regelmäßig leeren. Manches war einfach kaputt. Der Pool war voller Taben, daher wollte ich darin nicht schwimmen

wir kommen regelmäßig nach marrakesch und dir lage des hotels hat uns immer gefallen

leider wird alles im hotel immer schlechter. diesmal war das größte problem das frühstück 1. ein geringeres angebot an aufschnitt 2. aus dem kaffeeautomat kamen ameisen in die tassen, was man leider (ekel) erst richtig merkte als die tassen leer wurden. s. fotos den mitarbeiter an der rezeption interessierte die beschwerde überhaupt nicht.

تكلفة الإقامة تعتبر أكبر من الخدمات والمراقف ، غرف صغيرة جداً ، طرقات الغرف متسخة جداً تحتاج إلى تغيير .

3 propositions de chambres: 1 le ménage en cours, la 2eme salle de bains insalubre et salle … finalement la 3eme chambre a été la bonne! Globalement pas top si ce n’est la proximité de l’aéroport !
