Reviewed Sep 19, 2026A few beds haphazardly arranged in a room of a house, and a single shared bathroom and toilet for a large number of people. The female staff member was optimistic and polite, though I wouldn't say the young guy particularly enjoyed his job. Don't expect a genuine hostel or hotel experience though, to be fair, the alternatives don't offer much either. I’d suggest thinking of it simply as a place to lay your head so you aren't stuck outside for the night.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026The location is very good in the Medina The staff was very helpful and friendly and made the stay very comfortable and relaxing.Especially Mobarak who was extremely helpful and kind throughout and dealt with any queries promtly and in a positive manner made the stay a pleasure.
No real issues,maybe to have lockers but this is due to space.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026The staff was very proactive and organized to support me and to answer any questions or requests. The breakfast is a simple, typical Moroccan meal, but delicious, and with a lot of food (which I was very happy with). The bedrooms are tiny but very clean, just like the pictures; you get what you pay for. The beds were comfortable. The rooms can be hot in summer, but the fan was enough for my room even when it was full (4 people).
The neighborhood can have very dirty streets, so it is a bit disgusting when you are dragging lots of luggage with you.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026This hostel is the bare minimum but has everything you need. The main guy who looks after the place was very cool. The breakfast was great and can also work as a pleasant social moment in the morning. 9am is quite late though! I liked the wall art. Wifi was fine.
The area is noisy. The shower takes a while to heat up. They'll tell you to plug it in 10 minutes before, but even 20 minutes isn't enough. Some actual desk space to work somewhere would be good. There are not enough bathrooms. As an artist, the AI-generated posters all around made me sad.

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026Le personnel était très gentil et serviable, le lit était très confortable et les rues sont calmes. Petit déjeuner, et service de lavage pour le linge disponible.
Le système douche est à revoir car pas fonctionnel à 100%, et pas de prise électrique près du lit.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026J’étais dans une chambre située juste à côté de l’espace commun extérieur : - j’étais enfumée et impossible d’aérer car la seule fenêtre donnait sur cet extérieur - Beaucoup de bruit car aucune isolation et tout le monde traîne sur cette terrasse (ce qui n’est pas anormale pour une auberge, c’est juste l’emplacement de la chambre qui ne convient pas) - beaucoup de lumière venant de cette terrasse et sans rideau dans la chambre, c’était super éclairé Bref impossible de dormir avant 2h du matin au moins

Camlar açık olmasına rağmen çok yoğun bir sigara kokusu vardı, çevreden gece geç saatlere kaadar çok ses geldi.mutfak ve teras daha hijyenik olabilir.

Layers of dirt on all surfaces No hot water for the shower Terrace with only a knee high railing to prevent you from falling three flours down ENTIRELY UNSAFE location: The western half of Casablanca's Old Town is impoverished and suffering. This is especially true for Boulevard Taha El Alaoui and Bab Marrakesh which are both next to the hostel. Walking along through clouds of flies we saw piles of fish entrails, rabid dying cats and people partially operated on begging for money while lying in the street. One person went for our bag, many people stared us down. For your safety I recommend staying anywhere in the new town, the small price difference is worth it. Casa Medina is not a cute old town like in other Moroccan cities, it's a shanty. If you do have to stay here, perhaps you can enter and leave the medina by the lit shopping alleys on the east side and avoid harm.

Cramped up place. Squeezed. The guy working/managing the place ( mubarak ) was being racist, cuz he initially thought i was from India. He did nit wanna listen cuz he said “ you are not my wife” . Completely unprofessional behaviour. Also the place was not all that clean. Flies buzzing around. You cant he smoking hash and managing a hostel.

Kaldığım oda pisti ve insanlar geceleri çok konuşuyor çok saygısızlar. Ortak olanda içilen ot konusu odanın içerisine giriyordu ve çok rahatsız ediyordu. Yatağım pencerenin yanındaydı ve pencere su akıtıyordu. Fiyat yüksek ve performans rezaletti. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmem.

C’est autorisé de fumer à l’intérieur donc l’odeur peut être désagréable pour les non fumeurs. La localisation est en plein cœur de la médina ce qui peut poser problème si jamais vous n’aimez pas être dans des rues accessibles qu’à pieds, il ne faut pas s’y perdre.

Reviewed Nov 13, 2025Pokój bardzo blisko centrum co sprawia też że jest bardzo głośno w nocy. Super obsługa. Za dodatkową opłatą jest też śniadanie. Jest kuchnia dwie i łazienki można też posiedzieć na dachu ale nie ma widoku. W nocy szczekają psy. Jest czysta pościel i ręcznik. Sklepy bardzo blisko. Atrakcje też bardzo blisko. Ogólnie polecam jeśli nie przyjeżdżasz na dłużej niż jedną lub dwie noce.

В душе вечером совсем не было напора, помыться не вышло. Вода только холодная не смотря на бойлер на стене.
